That "T" looks to me like a technical glitch on the PR Newswire. If you look at their previous press releases, the word Enerjel and the phrase "powered by Fuse" both have the "TM" trademark symbol tagged on to their ends in superscript format. So I suspect the appearance of the "T" in today's release is just some kind of text-corruption. My best guess right now, anyway. I actually just called Fuse to alert them, hope maybe they'll get it fixed before it hits others newswires...
