Today's PR is the continuation of great things for SRGE.
The confirmation PR should be from the 'courting' company. Then what excuse will shorts have to continue against SRGE?
IMO
Best to all.
When did they start insider selling?
The divi isn't all that much.
Could the MM just pay it out of pocket if its more profitable, or less costly than buying the shares?
So much for that bearish confirmation americanbull's was looking for yesterday.

Go SRGE!!
If Matt is concerned about SEC repercussions and correct filings for them, I doubt he is going to worry too much about minor administrative details at the state level.

Actually, that is Mexican law.
Fortunately, Southridge Minerals in Mexico is the subsidiary of Southridge Enterprises in the USA.
(no need for "IMO" since this is a fact)

Congrats everyone on SRGE breaking the penny mark. . . and MORE!!!
That's an interesting way of interpreting today's results.
So who do I talk to about being defrauded through gains of $150 at the close?
LMAO
I think the acceptance of an offer would be best after full valuation assessments are done on all the properties. This would maximize the leverage for the shareholder value.
It might take a little more time, but it should be worth it if the properties are consistent throughout in terms of ore composition.
IMO

MMs do that all the time while waiting on the sideline.
Its a safety spot so they don't get caught up prematurely, before they are ready to enter the trading activity.

P.S. Why interpret only one side? Why not be fair and interpret the other side as well? Or is fairness something not to be expected from those type of posts?
Article_VII_Section_10_Shares cannot be created out of thin air.
Back to the original question: How can there be an increase to 10 billion shares?
Please explain how that is possible with the give by-laws?
You forgot that there is attorney letter involved for basic reporting standards.
The OTC has banned several attornies already for fraudulent endorsements. With the amount of antagonists of SRGE, I'm sure the company's attorney will be legit and clear the air on the OTC for the SEC.
IMO
Best to all.
How would they be fake financials if posted on the OTC?
I was a moderator for a short time during the summer, and unfortunately, moderators are just as biased and extreme as their posts on the board. I had to appeal to the admins many times as a long in order to provide balance to the negative views of SRGE.
Having 2 positive and 2 negative stickies is the resulting fairness for the contrasting positions between the moderators.

Maybe shorters are trying to recoup losses
by creating the mirage of a pump-and-dump scheme and scare people into selling or staying away. It wouldn't be the first time fake websites were used for manipulating and smearing the good name of a company.
IMO

Actually, that was my order hidden on bid.
It was for way more than 5 k shares, but it didn't get filled.. :(.
I'll try again at the open.
Selloff¿¿??¿? Highly UNLIKELY!!!
First -The volume has been relatively low and the PPS keeps increasing substantially. I think the major shorters were burned over the last couple of weeks, and THEY are staying at an arm's length away.
Second - This price level most likely reflects a cautionary valuation of SRGE until the filings are posted with an up listing. Once verifications come from the SEC reporting, the full valuation will occur to at least $.20 as suggested by Mather's, and more if the filings support what has been PRed.
Third - I don't see anyone looking to fill the gap back in the 30s. It's been more than a few days now and the predictability of news occurring in short spontaneous bursts will prevent shorters from having the time necessary to cycle through their schemes.
IMO
Best to all.
Actually, Mexico is not the most corrupt.
According to Transparency International countries like Argentina, Russia, Iran, and others have more corruption than Mexico. Luckily SRGE is not operating in those countries. Unfortunately SRGE is not operating in Norway, which tops the list of least corrupt countries.
And you are correct about government officials dropping SRGE if needed. That's what happened to BGL, and SRGE will continue to be a straight shooter in order to stay in good standing with the government..

I'm thinking .002 or a little bit below. My hunch is that one last shake down is wanted before this is allowed to settle down at a higher pps.
Go SRGE

If you are correct on the O/S=A/S, then that means there is no longer any risk of dilution.
the O/S is now maxxed out to the A/S
That is even better news since this thing trades so thin with all those shares available..
Thanks for finally giving some positive news on SRGE.

Spanish required for proper DD.
If someone claiming good DD doesn't know how to read Spanish, the DD is a "fairy tale" in and of itself.
Most records for Mexican mining interests and companies will be in Spanish, not English or psychically obtained, as some claims have been made.
This is a nice piece of DD with the photo of the newspaper article. I'll update the Ibox with the links you have provided over the past week.

Hopefully they are updating it and maybe upgrading the whole online experience and record keeping. SRGE information would be better represented then.

06/13/2012 - Southridge Acquires El Horconcito Gold Mine in Durango, Mexico
Today : Wednesday 13 June 2012
Southridge Enterprises Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SRGE) ("Southridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce today that Southridge Minerals, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, announces today it has signed a definitive agreement with San Dimas Mineria S.A. to acquire a 100% interest in the "El Horconcito" Gold property, in the state of Durango, Mexico. The Purchase Price for the assets comprising the mineral concessions "El Horconcito" shall be USD$2,250,000. El Horconcito is located in the San Dimas mining municipality of Durango, close to the Sinaloa border.
Currently within the region, Primero Mining operates the San Dimas Mine, a producing gold and silver asset that was purchased from Goldcorp in 2010. The San Dimas Mine has probable reserves of over half a million ounces of gold and 31.8 million ounces of silver.
Part of the prolific Sierra Madre Occidental gold belt, the world's largest epithermal precious metals belt, San Dimas is home to several world-class mining operations. Historical production in the San Dimas mining region is estimated to be over 11 million ounces gold and 582 million ounces of silver.
Southridge Minerals currently holds four other mineral properties in Mexico, the past producing and flagship property Cinco Minas, Gran Cabrera, Los Compadres and La Esperanza.
With metal prices forecasted to remain buoyant, properties that offer significant potential for Gold and Silver occurrence, a diverse management team, and a strong cash position, Southridge Minerals is well positioned to develop its opportunity to build shareholder value.
Additionally, Mathers Research has initiated research coverage of Southridge, with a "Speculative BUY" Opinion and a near term price target of $0.20 cents per share.
The Mathers Research report is available as a free download on the Mathers Research Website @ http://mathersresearch.com/srge-report.
For further information on the Company's Gold and Silver projects, visit our website: http://www.southridgeminerals.com.
Southridge Investors can access the following Southridge Minerals social media channels:
YouTube Cinco Minas Mexico Project:
All Bandera court rulings voided by August_17_2011 judgement.
Any reference to earlier court proceedings is immaterial. The only thing that matters is what a Mexican Federal Court decides. So far Bandera has not even mentioned about having presented a case in that forum.
So, logically, SRGE owns Cinco Minas.

05/31/2012 Major Short Interest Continues To Develop!!
See the ibox for the latest information from May.
The claims about no shorters in this stock are completely false.
I will bet that a larger short interest block will be seen for the first half of June. If very little volume occurs between now and the 16th, a self inflicted short-squeeze will occur.

08/31/2011 "the Company’s(Bandera) case should be decided by Mexican Federal Courts, rather than by State Courts. This had the effect of (i) voiding the decisions of the 9th Supreme Court of Jalisco (acting as appellate Court) of March 22, 2010 and of the 5th Mercantile Court (acting as first instance Court) of July 7, 2009; both of which had upheld the Company’s petition to enforce its ownership rights over the Properties; and (ii) having the case sent for decision to the relevant Federal Court."
In addition -
"will issue a news release informing about it and on its further strategy on the matter."
No news releas has been issued since the August 2011 ruling. How hard would it be to state "We are resubmitting the case to the Mexican Federal Court"
It must be very hard, since Bandera doesn't own the property that belongs to SRGE.

Note on stickies:
According to the Admins, the stickies should be shared between the two viewpoints in a balanced way (e.g. 2 for SRGE and 2 against SRGE.)
Admins have been notified of the unjust use and abuse of the stickies.
Bandera fails to assert claims against SRGE

Realization could mean .000001% chance of success.
and according to the disclamor for the Mexican websites, the information is from the contributing company.
IF Bandera has ownership, I don't know why they don't go ahead and fix the information, unless they can't without incurring some liability of fraud.
SRGE would have removed their information if it was fraudulent.
