MMs do that all the time while waiting on the sideline.

Its a safety spot so they don't get caught up prematurely, before they are ready to enter the trading activity.

P.S. Why interpret only one side? Why not be fair and interpret the other side as well? Or is fairness something not to be expected from those type of posts?
