Agreed. Failure to update production news will cause serious unease because of recent history. Rauber promised transparency but delivered silence because he had no positive information during his failed tenure. Continuing silence will inevitably tend to a conclusion that the the improvement so eagerly anticipated after p3 announcement has not been sustained. ex.
I understand that. What I said applies equally for the future. It would be beneficial if if could apply now because of the critical need for news, but if we have to wait we will have to wait another what ... 3 weeks ? ex.
This semantic discussion would not have arisen is the Company's message had been clear in the first place. Uksausage reasonably expects prompt half-quarterly period reports were intended - i.e. mid and end, which make sense and would represent a big improvement in transparency. In the immediate situation nothing is more important than confirmation of current performance. ex.
Agreed. At least Management should reveal its intentions regarding appointments. I have received no clear IR answer whether they have engaged search agency as they claimed was under consideration, or whether the Letter of Intent requirements can be modified. This, with p3 performance and solid RKT news, are the 3 vital subjects for early PR info. November deadline can still create all kinds of dangerous legal hoop-la and will be here all too soon if nothing is done in time. Remember - BOD is way overdue. ex.
With great respect I don't think the state of our knowledge permits meaningful calculations of your (or any other) type because there are simply too many unknowns. 'Proof of concept' to me means 1. continuous high volume processor performance and, equally important, 2. assured adequate feedstock supply at profitable cost. Although like you I believe Management is confident on both issues, we cannot say the concept is proved before they provide factual positive evidence. ex.
Are you saying Crayola alone can supply sufficient feedstock to satisfy your calculations? I make 17,500 lbs/hr x 24 hrs x say 20 days uptime/month result in free supply requirement of 3,500 tons/month. Math not my forte, but ... Seriously? ex.
Would not a new supply partnership adequate to allow redundant closure of Thorold be material information? Excited by new decisive leadership and hoping we see details very soon, ex.
Aren't we all? Essential news - BOD, RKT, p3.
The BOD situation is not exactly the same because it now includes a director who is not an executive, but more appointments are urgently needed. My message to IR recently requesting explanation of intention, and some time before the change asking whether a search organization had been engaged, received no clear answers. As the position regarding the Letter of Intent restrictions has now become obscure - at least to me - the subject needs clarification asap because of its importance in establishing early confidence that information policy has truly changed. ex.
Your Open Letter to the Whales is important and timely. The achievement of p3 would clearly not have been possible without their funding, and common sense indicates that no-one has more at stake in JBI's success or is more anxious to see sp recovery than they are. That increases the mystery of how, and by whom, the the Bogolin period was allowed to happen. I have no doubt that disaster was very near and was averted by Wesson, Bagai, and Heddle - which fully explains the outpouring of thanks and the renewed confidence now p3 has been given the chance it deserves to turn the Company around. The story we have watched over the past four years exceeds the limits of fiction so there are probably many more surprises in store, not least the true explanation of what occurred. ex.
Me too - ex.
A TV ad this morning says "Make it happen, Cap'n!" Can't put it better than that! ex.
Golly Moses! When the hit-and-run victim has been safely transferred to Hospital does he normally sit up in bed and shoot the ambulance driver? Huge thanks are due to Mr. Heddle who has single-handedly repulsed the pirates and rescued JBI from a last ditch emergency. ex.
10Q and CC texts have an appearance of recent and hasty preparation, but despite shortcomings contain very positive information.
1. Previous incompetent, disinterested, (and compromised?) management replaced.
2. p3 initial performance "extremely pleasing" to JB.
3. p4 and 5 bound for Jacksonville, confirming RKT agreement.
Who will not recognize an amazing improvement over yesterday's state of total ignorance on these vital issues? (OK: rhetorical question.)
Deficiencies remain for asap clarification: such as AGM and BOD completion intentions.
I say give the new brooms a big welcome and a minute or two to clean the stables and substantiate their ideas. Sell machines for revenue on acceptably advantageous terms ...? Please explain how else roll-out can be funded in a reasonable time frame in current financial circumstances? ex.
Causes unknown but effective. We shall see very soon. Have a great visit can't wait for your report. ex.
Yes - Setting aside the resolution of multiple immediate problems, what is Management's strategy for Company development? The plan for rapid flexible roll-out of 200 x 20-ton processors no longer appears relevant (as one might say !). As an indication for the future - if it is true that 4 & 5 are under construction, what deployment is intended for them? Best of luck with your bold effort - wish I could support you. ex.
4k - Answers to all your questions to Management are obligatory. The only worry with asking them so succinctly is that you will get short one phrase replies - whereas many of the subjects ramify in many directions, each needing further explanation. The fact is that we have been denied information to a scandalous degree ever since KR promised more transparency. It would probably take two days of non-stop interrogation by shareholders to discuss all the outstanding information deficit. This - availability of information - is in itself perhaps the most important question of all.
Sadly, it is difficult to imagine any improvement so long as the current directors continue to block BOD appointments - in itself a totally unacceptable device for conducting the Company business in unsupervised secrecy. ex.
I recall an old dictum about protesting 'too much'; don't you think Upper Case Bold is a little strident to lend credibility to your argument - some facts of which are disputed by other knowledeable posters. Besides which there are significant events and connections supporting the Trojan Horse on which you avoid all comment. The KR resignation (4x undoubtedly has the explanation correct), the bizarre BOD obstruction, and the TB appointment, did not occur for no reason and of their own accord. Or are you saying they are mere happenstance? ex.
Me too. I would not suggest anything else. But I think we have an uphill battle against unexpected and ruthless ill-wishers. Puke-making. ex.
I remember posting fears about a Trojan Horse when Rauber and Bogolin were appointed, because their RKT origin seemed suspiciously cozy. I am curious to know whether some of the May Group whales have special RKT connections of any sort. The relationship with our "partner" has hardly seemed generous to JBI. One can understand RKT's need to be satisfied that the processors really do work (for which there has been too little evidence) before going madly gung-ho, but a helping hand with some technical problems might have been useful. Of course it may have been extended - we don't know, just as we don't know anything else because we have been told or heard virtually nothing about RKT since their modest twitter-bird welcome. I think you are suspicious, jcoukr, about B and I because events have been suspicious since their advent, and their actions have been clothed in silence: the cause of Rauber's departure remains among these mysteries.
My concerns about RKT may be totally wide of the mark, but what is clear following Wesson's revelations is that someone with inside familiarity plays a deep hidden hand in the Company's affairs. ajmo. ex.
John Wesson - Any update on your knowledge of the BOD situation would be greatly appreciated. One of your messages indicated awareness of some undisclosed response to the current bizarre impasse: do you know of any progress in this direction, or see any way towards resolution? ex.
May I suggest - not "part", but the whole of the immediate problem. By their lack of action and information on urgent Company Business, primarily AGM and BOD, the current Directors are giving the impression that the ship is drifting rudderless. It is painful to watch waning confidence turn into credibility crisis because management cloaks its leadership failure and incompetence with obdurate silence on simple matters of procedural necessity. These decisions are required: they need to be announced. #3 news, while hugely important, must and will await actual results, tests, permits and the whole normal and difficult start-up rigmarole: anyone with a little common sense understands that it is simply unavailable prematurely. That is not true of the Company questions of vital concern which need immediate resolution. ex.
LoanR - Please enlarge on what it means! Your citation is unintelligible to me. ex.
Readers can judge what this is worth for themselves.
My message to IR on Saturday:
"Can you please answer Yes or No? Has management engaged the services of any Agency to select potential BOD candidates?"
Answer this am. "As we disclosed previously, we are in discussion with professional recruiting firms and continuing to make progress with board of director search. We understand the importance of this for the company and its shareholders, and we're working diligently to finish the process."
ex.
Agreed they have power in the sense of theoretical ability, but not in the sense that they can put it in practice. They wiil only do what they are told. TB is there because Nemo put him there - he had no qualification as CEO. For reasons now revealed, Nemo seeks to obstruct the formation of any BOD before ll.15.13, and my own (misguided? perhaps... wdik? I will delightedly eat every word if I'm wrong) view is that we shall see nothing but prevarication about 'professional agency' etc. etc. until it is too late and the pirates swarm aboard. Action is needed urgently but it has to come from somewhere other than current management. All strength to those trying to find an effective exit from the trap! ex.
Some hope, I fear, jcoukr. Since when could the puppet pull any strings? ex.
Cannot agree. It seems most unlikely that, however busy, JB is sitting "guessing as to why candidates have not been seated" when his voting control is at stake. Absent Wess's disclosure Neo's strategy might have succeeded unobserved, for he had only to stall any BOD until November 15th - still has so far as one can see - in order to succeed. Huge thanks are due to Wess for his revalations. JB's and individual shareholders' problem is to overcome the obstruction to BOD creation in the short few months remaining before a disastrous coup becomes a 'fait accompli'. ex.
muchas gracias. ex.
Thnx for clarification. What would be their (TB and MI) position in law if they were shown to have failed to appoint new BOD members by the May date due to influence of a signatory to the letter with special personal interest contrary to the interest of ordinary stockholders? As you say - what a **** ! ex.
Important info - thnx. In addition to their ability to appoint BOD members do TB and MI have a duty to do so? Was there not some required date recently passed which obliged such action and was ignored? Are they in jeopardy of any penalty? ex.
No-one? Strange that Wesson had no trouble assembling a slate which he and others found competent even though they could not meet every requirement. The trappers could probably have raised individual objections to fully qualified selections, since their aim was to obstruct any BOD formation. ex.
Clever trap? Set the Board Member qualifications so high no applicants can be found, refuse any modification, and so eliminate JB's voting control. Is it legal? Sounds familiar - what was that guy's name? Perhaps JB's smallest print provides a little wiggle-room? There seems to be a final clause of legalese raising some kind of question. He has smart lawyers - hope they didn't let him down on this one.
Management's immediate duty remains BREAK your inexcusable SILENCE now. Tomorrow is not too soon. ex.
It would be very helpful if you can kindly explain the effects of the legalese in plain english, because simple minds like mine are not able to understand what is taking place in this apparent conspiracy. Can the letter of intent effectively change voting control if, or if not, certain events take place Etc? I cannot discern who is trying to do what, and to what purpose, and how. I'm sure it is no mystery to those who understand, and any light you can throw would be much appreciated. ex.
Many shareholders are aware for your exceptional service and are deeply grateful. Are we to understand that a movement to create a BOD by special resolution is in process? If not are you able and prepared to provide the leadership which your unique knowledge needs to organize such action? ex.
It's a good habit. Where do you find reliable positive info when the Company is mute? ex.
Company silence is increasingly scary. Can you please explain basis of your continuing confidence? ex.
4k and 4x - While you're playing with numbers can you do a calculation just for 4th July Fun? Suppose - yes, just suppose - everything goes forward perfectly from now on. That is - p3 quickly provides complete proof of mechanical and profit concepts; alternative feedstocks and new partners remove all supply problems; authentic BOD and first competent management elevate Company to uplist and international activity so finance is guaranteed. At 1/1/2016 there are 20+ processors operating in North and South America and SP has reached 4k's three figure valuation, splits and bonus issues included. Now - watching the stock rise this summer Mr. Newcomer made a modest investment and bought 5000 shares at $1. He is understandably pleased with his purchase which has increased 100 fold and decides he wants to hold for his retirement income: the question is, what dividend return is he now receiving? just funning ... ex.
Commando - Apologies for 'glitch' repetition of message ... ex.
Very important post this morning, Commando, with very significant result! Your quote says "Short description: Mod for Proc 3, move emission Pt, add dust collector, cofeed used oil ..." Can you please advise full text because those dots may conceal info regarding future potential feedstock choices including tires, other plastics etc. International application of a new machine with extended application to NY permittable standards could expand business opportunity horizon beyond recognition. ex.
Very important post this morning, Commando, with very significant result! Your post includes: "Short description: Mod for Proc 3, move emission point, add dust collection, cofeed used oil ..."
Can you please provide detail on the full description because those dots could hide extremely relevant info regarding future development of feed stock components such as tires, other types plastic, etc.? International applications of a truly functional new machine permittable to NY standards changes the entire scenario.
