May I suggest - not "part", but the whole of the immediate problem. By their lack of action and information on urgent Company Business, primarily AGM and BOD, the current Directors are giving the impression that the ship is drifting rudderless. It is painful to watch waning confidence turn into credibility crisis because management cloaks its leadership failure and incompetence with obdurate silence on simple matters of procedural necessity. These decisions are required: they need to be announced. #3 news, while hugely important, must and will await actual results, tests, permits and the whole normal and difficult start-up rigmarole: anyone with a little common sense understands that it is simply unavailable prematurely.
