It would be very helpful if you can kindly explain the effects of the legalese in plain english, because simple minds like mine are not able to understand what is taking place in this apparent conspiracy. Can the letter of intent effectively change voting control if, or if not, certain events take place Etc? I cannot discern who is trying to do what, and to what purpose, and how. I'm sure it is no mystery to those who understand, and any light you can throw would be much appreciated. ex.
