Clever trap? Set the Board Member qualifications so high no applicants can be found, refuse any modification, and so eliminate JB's voting control. Is it legal? Sounds familiar - what was that guy's name? Perhaps JB's smallest print provides a little wiggle-room? There seems to be a final clause of legalese raising some kind of question. He has smart lawyers - hope they didn't let him down on this one.
