Nope. No more dilution until September. And that's only if they don't pay the debt. Read the 8-K! This one's going north from here.
Actually, I lied....I remember watching Lehman Brothers bounce to over $10 from fifty cents in a week.
HOLY COW!! I've never seen a dead cat bounce so high!!!
It does feel that way.
PPS doesn't go up because you want it to, and it doesn't go down because you think it will. Value is in the eye of the buyer. Apparently you're not a buyer. I don't suppose you're a prophet, with the ability to see the future? And I'm fairly certain that you're not a financial adviser either? So we are each speculating as to the direction of movement in the share price. Good luck to you in whatever position you take. I can decide for myself to go long, as I am able to form my own opinion. And that opinion is that this stock is oversold and undervalued, and it's time for the chart to reverse.
GLTA
I agree with you. If I was the guy holding the note, I would convert now, but then I would hold onto the shares for the long run. I wouldn't just go ahead and sell into the market. That would be foolish.
I've been pouring over the 10-K. The convertible notes should be finished any time now. It's impossible to be accurate without more information, but just using the context of past conversions, I think that it really should be very soon.
That's hilarious! I think it held up pretty well today.
Just because you didn't pump it, and nobody paid for a pump, doesn't mean it wasn't pumped.
Not paid, just somebody pumped. It happens all the time. Dude asked...."What I miss" the answer is nothing....somebody pumped.
I'll show you my copy. I'm not lying.
pump spam. I got one in my e-mail last thursday.
Dude! It's RCAP!
I was in it a few times when it was running. I kept getting nervous and selling too soon. Might have been a good thing after all. I don't usually post much, I mostly just lurk and read.
It looks like dilution might not come after all.
RCAP reversal in progress
Wow, so many posts to read since last time I was here. I remember when this board was created back when ATRN was running. I bring mention of another stock that may up-tank in the future. RCAP RCS Capital Supposed to be a buyout by end of year and is seriously undervalued. Good luck to all!
Only til news of dilution comes, which is coming btw, then the drop comes.
Distressed Stock to watch=RCAP
Have your removed posts reviewed. I did, and my posts were restored.
How long does it take to cover 120 million shares?
Finviz reports consensus recommendation of analysts is 2.5 (Hold) with a price target of $2.50
They also say book value is $3.09 and cash per share is $1.88
Definitely undervalued here.
impatient trader changed his mind.
I am asking, BTW, because I respect your opinion. I've never spoken to you before, but I have read many of your posts on various boards. Should I treat it like the plague?
So, In your opinion, is this one a buy or a sell?
I like volatile!
Certain people like to spread Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt...there is no evidence to support his claims. This stock is ready to up tank.
This stock is gettin ready to rock! $MJMJ
$MJMJ Seriously undervalued and oversold here.
Listen to me. There are no investment grade stocks in this neighborhood. Only good trading opportunities. If you are looking for fundamentals, you are looking in the wrong place. Try Big Board stocks over $5
I trade technicals, and the technicals look great on MJMJ!
Maybe some dilution for the cash due at closing (which has probably already happened), but there will be a payment plan established with the seller for the Hotel(Likely a regular amortization schedule). This is standard for real estate that is being financed by seller. She will (in essence) have a senior security interest in the property and will retain the right to repossess in the event of default. The thing that I am most interested in is that they are making money, not closing their doors. They are progressing forward and expanding their horizons based on their successes, not folding up and walking away. Good things and good news are coming this way. Actions speak louder than words. I'd rather be in when real news comes, than sitting on sidelines being indecisive on rumors. Don't let the spreaders of FUD get you down. Once the deal is done, we will see details.
Goodbye. Good luck to you.

Poor guy, you lose money?
Put your big boy pants on.
That's new....you gonna start calling yourself bane?
Your equation is flawed. Back to the drawing board with you!
The purchase contract is implying seller financing....Owner Will Carry, keeps the right to repossess property in the event of default. I noticed that the seller had initialed that line of the contract. That would lead me to believe that they don't need to dilute for the Adagio Deal. Sometimes getting the appointment together for the closing can be difficult, and often the contract is amended/extended to restate the closing date. The only convertibles I noticed in the balance sheet was for about 90,000. I think we should be golden here.
yes please

Seller's are out! Time to move up.
