You are correct...I sold under the old one, I only left over $900,000 on the table....a big DOHHHHHHHHH
Will Republic ever pay out like American Airlines bankruptcy
those 1.17 were converted to only 11.00 after the new symbol?
NO....AA was bought out by US Air under the condition stock holders would be made whole.....RJETQ is only afloat due to operating agreements from mainlines allowing them more financing and the sale of Frontier.
I had AA at .53...sold at 1.17....my mistake, it was converted at 11.00
To all of you who followed this stock:
This has been a lesson for so many.
It's not the time for the "I told you so".
Always do your DD and trade wisely. This is not Gambling.
Yea, i realized that after shares got cancelled. BK plays can make big money coming out of BK.
There is nothing to buy now.
Beside that, why would you want to?
Restructured airline will be a privately held company

RJETQ: BK PLAN effective. All shares cancelled at 8:20 A.M.:
http://otce.finra.org/DLDeletions
I'm sure someone will make money ;)~~~~~
I'm sure someone is going to profit off of this for the next week.. Then POOF..
why are u idiots still holding, its worthless now, its official
One last pump and dump promotion I'm guessing
I'm wondering that myself.. This thing will be cancelled in about a week.
Even if someone is closing out a short position. They would still need a buyer, no? Why would anyone buy right now? Or do I have a misconception?
Dead cat bounce
A damn shame... Had alot of fun with the volatility of this thing, especially in early 2016.
R.I.P RJET
Very true, I'm glad I got out when I did.
with trading volume at almost 2 million so far today, I have to wonder who'd be on the buying end of this POS.
This is sudden death.
It won't matter what the price of the stock will be on the last day.
All shares will be rendered to $0.00.
It happened to me with a different company and lost a couple of Gs in the process.
I had not seen that docket. Thanks for the correction.
For what it's worth, I'm out of this already. Got out at .50
Completely wrong. The shares will be cancelled upon the effective date of the bankruptcy plan, which usually happens about two weeks after the plan is confirmed. The plan will be confirmed on 4/20/2017. Look at the docket -- that is when the plan confirmation hearing is now that the DoJ has approved the settlement with the partner airlines.
I don't understand why people don't sell. You own something that will be worth absolutely zero in 17 days and you can still sell it for $0.17.
// I'm short.
You understand cancelled right?
They go away. You have no shares anymore.
You get to deduct them on your taxes $3000.00 at a time
And what happen at the share we have?
Yes, 90 days:
(a) Termination of registration of a class of securities under section 12(g) of the Act ( 15 U.S.C. 78l(g)) shall take effect 90 days,
Look for shares to be cancelled on June 15, 2016.
Very true.. Still wondering when that hammer is going to drop. I think that I read they have 60 or 90 days after the Form 15 filing before they can cancel the shares. Don't exactly recall though.
Maybe we see a gut check drop to 10, but that doesn't change that the BK says current common shares are dead upon exit
So, the UAL incident this weekend was an RAH aircraft.. nice...
"The Embraer SA regional jet used on the April 9 flight to Louisville has 70 seats and is flown by Republic Airways Holdings Inc."
For you Republic pilots, looks like Bedford bent you over and ass raped you - AGAIN. Probably while reading the Bible to you. You should have seen it coming from miles away. Glad I left when I did. For you non-pilot types, you were warned over and over and over again that your stock was going to worthless. But you chose to believe it would be saved. Lesson learned, eh?
Form you mean, yes, that's what it is asking for.
§ 240.12g-4 Certifications of termination of registration under section 12(g).
(a) Termination of registration of a class of securities under section 12(g) of the Act ( 15 U.S.C. 78l(g)) shall take effect 90 days, or such shorter period as the Commission may determine, after the issuer certifies to the Commission on Form 15 ( § 249.323 of this chapter) that the class of securities is held of record by:
(1) Fewer than 300 persons, or in the case of a bank; a savings and loan holding company, as such term is defined in section 10 of the Home Owners' Loan Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1461); or a bank holding company, as such term is defined in section 2 of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 ( 12 U.S.C. 1841), 1,200 persons; or
Doesn't this down ask for the cancellation precisely?
I'm having trouble finding that. Can you provide a link?
Now that they have filed the Form 15, you were saying?
Its official...stock is being wiped out

Was there a new press release?
94% of creditors approved the plan...the equity wasn't even mentioned in the press release
RA will exit bankruptcy like Sandridge Energy (SD) did.
I'm making the comparison between the 2 companies so you can understand that this is very real and it happens.
I used to have a position in SD before bankruptcy.
Company started to go down in price to a point where from NYSE went to OTC.
They then filed for bankruptcy and as part of their plan they wiped all the shares leaving investors with $0.
Sandridge then created a brand new company with the same and even the same ticker and previous shareholders like me were left with nothing.
Judges are prone to approve these bankruptcy plans and RA is next.
