As stated last time, please don't bash my post or Errol's response. If you don't believe it, feel free to give him a call or email him. He actually encourages you to do so! It's gonna be a green week leading into Christmas imo.
Email I received yesterday just after market close from Errol.

Subject: Hello Errol
Errol,
Greetings! I was wondering if you now have any information that you could provide us, Spooz/141 Capital investors, about the 141 share structure? Also, do you believe that the 141 IPO could happen in December or January? Thank you.
Allen
Awesome DD man.
It just simply doesn't get any better than that!! That information and your DD!
I can't believe this stock is trading at these levels. This thing is so far below the radar! It's crazy. I'm not pumping by any means, I just know how many people are going to be kicking themselves in the teeth for eyeballing this but never pulling the trigger when the March '08 PR's from DVPC / NFEI start rolling.
Good for us, thats for sure. Just kind of sad!
Damn, Jimbob, these are some damn cheap shares at these prices. I wish I had some quarters under my couch cushions!
First off, for those of you guys who are going to bash the word "soon", please don't bother even reading my post. For everyone else, this isn't much, but very promising nonetheless.
Email from Paul, 5 minutes ago.
Allen,
I have recently returned from a very successful trip and I can report to you that we are working harder at Spooz than at anytime in our history. We are preparing for our expected launch in January 2008 and are on schedule. Things look great and although I can not reveal who our distribution partners are at this stage we will deliver product to at least 3 large brokers in January.
Look for news soon on the 141 Capital front as it is rapidly nearing completion.
Have a great weekend.
Best Regards,
Paul
Ouch, what's happening over this way Jim?
Please read seabreezing's post from The Situation Room

I stand corrected but in my defense, I post what he tells me in response to my questions. I don't change or add anything. It is what it is. In 6 months you will be glad you let a few shares sit in the corner of your portfolio.
Not a personal attack on anyone, but if someone wants to start up a public company and turn it into a multi-million business overnight. Please pm me, I'll take a few shares. Until then, I don't mind letting a company take its time rather than release a alpha platform that isn't worth a damn.
In case this will sooth some of the impatientness going around this board the past week, Paul confirmed to me today (11/28/07) that STv2 is still an absolute go in January '08. He also said that we will be seeing a PR from 141 Capital "very soon". My exact question was "Will we be seeing anything out of 141 Capital by the end of the year". He was very straight forward in saying "Yes, very soon"
He has moved from "soon" to "very soon" and you know that he has to watch the way he phrases things so that he doesn't hang himself. He is a bit to intelligent for that.
We have a month left until January. We all need to simply hang out around the fire or maybe do a little christmas shopping and let the story unfold and quit double guessing ourselves. That is the last thing any new investor would want to see!
MNM / Martingale
Could we add a measurement table to the I-Box so new investors don't get confused between mcf and mmcf?
Thanks
Looks great man. Good job to all who put it together. Now any new investors will be up to speed in 5 minutes.
I talked to Bill Conboy (IR guy for NFEI) today for roughly 25 minutes. I wish I had a note pad to remember everything but this is what i can recall him saying.
--They have a few wells being drilled now.
--They have 9 producing!
--Their last report stated that they have 12 BCF and he said that they are hoping that the new report that comes out around March will state that they have 25 BCF.
--He said that they can have up to 600 wells on the property but of course that is quite a way away.
--They have $7.5 million dollars in the bank now.
--They have the right calculations to show where their stock is worth $3 and at the time i was talking to him it was at like $1.15ish and that 400,000 is the highest volume day they've had since going public.
--I asked him how DVPC is as a partner and he said that they are very good partners and that DVPC pays their 1/3rd on time, everytime. He said that Dover is pretty much along for the ride but New Frontier is the operator and get to make the calls (for the most part) But ultimately, no problems and would work together in the future if both companies management strategies headed down the same course.
--They will be producing 3-4 MCF when the 2nd compressor is installed and that when the new wells get going they hope to be at 9/10 MCF a day by the end of 2008. (10 times exactly what they have flowing today)
If I remember more I will post.
Martingale,
Does this apply for DVPC also?
Simply pick up the phone and call Spooz HQ and see what they tell you and compare. I'm not targeting you, Binks, but everyone who puts their own money into this (any) stock should do DD of their own and not go off of what others say on a online message board.
However, I can assure you that Martingale isn't going to knowingly post false information. Check his track record.
I think that alot of people are feeling a little "bitter" because they didn't get to talk to Paul yesterday, as Martingale did, and they feel a little out of the loop. However, as much as it is his job to run the company in a legit fashion and make money, it is just as much your job to continue your due diligence on a company that you have your hard earned money in. Don't feel left out. Pick up the phone and call someone at Spooz headquarters. It's your job!!
Don't let the share price scare you. This is a great time for accumulation. =)
No I didn't. However, I do believe that MC has that as one of his questions to be sent to Paul this evening. Thats a good question and I'm hoping we have an answer for that tomorrow when he replies.
E-mail from Paul regarding REGDEX filing. Could someone please explain this a little better. I think I confused myself even more regarding this. lol.

Greetings,
Paul, Could you please elaborate on the recent REGDEX filing? It has a lot of investors scared and they are bailing .. atleast for now. You and your management team have always stuck by the same coin - "We operate in a manner that is in the best interest of our shareholders, no dilution, etc." and you better believe we appreciate that because we do! So I was just curious as to what is behind the recent filing. Thank You.
Allen,
This is simply a Form D filing made for Reg D offerings that proceed it. It has nothing whatsoever to do with future offerings as it is done subsequent to exempt offerings.

Email from Paul,
I sent this out on Thursday and just got a reply from him. My two questions were 1) Was SWARM/141 using in creating his revenue projections and 2) What actually comes in the Z Package? Here is Paul's reply.
***Note to Allie -- I will be emailing you my questions from now on so that you can forward them along to Spooz. That is a great idea***
Allen,
Thanks for your kind letter. We did use the 141 Capital license in the revenue projections. The ZPro package includes the Spooz Core, SpoozChartz, the Custom Pricing Module, and the Auto-Spreader (when it becomes available). The monthly subscription is $600 per month.

Meg,
Please don't put your hard earned money on anyones "word" or "promotion". I know it's easy to do and every beginner starts by doing it once or twice and they just get thrashed. Do your own DD on every company you invest in and make sure you stay on top of news, etc.
As far as RBRM, you may be down now but I am confident this stock will take off again. You can't hold down a fully reporting pinky in the medical field! This thing is clean as hell and I have no doubts it will run like the wind one more time. Sell out when your comfortable. When it pulls back, jump back in for another run! Not so sure i'd hold this one long term.
Great man. Thanks for the update.
Jersey,
Please keep us posted on your conversation with Richard .. When you finally get ahold of him! TIA
This is starting to get ridiculous. This company is as clean as one could possibly be on the pinks and it is getting treated like this? amazing.
My best advice for you all who have a few dollars that you wont miss, would be to gobble up a few shares at this very cheap price and store them away for a year or so. Thats definitely what I plan on doing.
Email from Paul! His answers are bolded. My questions are in regular text format. (from Oct 3, 2007)
Greetings Paul,
Just wanted to thank you for responding to my email early last week and I had another question. There is a lot of speculating and calculating going on over on the I-Hub boards but I was wondering if you could clear a few things up for us if you are permitted by law.
Do you think that we will see a PR prior to the investors expo coming up that Spooz will be attending? If so, will it pertain to SWARM, SpoozToolz, or both?
Yes, there will be a press release for the conference. This is a Spooz event, but 141 Capital will also have a presence.
Do you have any clue as to when 141 Capital's common shares will be on the market? (Specific date is not necessary, but if you have a particular month in mind)
Very soon.
Lastly is a personal question of mine. Where did the name "Spooz" originate?
When the S&P 500 futures contract was launched in 1982 at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the initial ticker was “SPU”. Traders dubbed the contract the Spoos. A few years ago, we were in the midst of a decision as to whether or not to change the name. While at Rivers, the resturaunt in the CME, I heard the word mentioned in other people’s conversation 20 times. My comment then was, “They are talking about us and we haven’t even arrived in Chicago yet.” We kept the name.
Thank you very much Paul for taking the time to answer our questions. It is greatly appreciated! God bless you and your staff. Keep the faith!
Email response from Paul to me on Sep 27, 07.
Paul,
I am a Spooz investor for nearly 6 months now and I have a few questions that I would like for you to try and answer if the law permits. When do you think 141 Capital will go public? Do you see this happening by '08? Also, I'm pretty sure that you can't answer whether 141 will turn SWARM into a hedge fund variation but under the license you created, are they permitted to use SWARM in whatever way boosts their financials the greatest? Are there any limits? Thank you in advance for the questions you are allowed to answer. God bless you and your staff.
It is our intention to have 141 Capital trading in the public market before the end of October 2007. 141 can utilize SWARM to trade futures and derivatives only under the license agreement. The license strictly limits trading to these asset classes which do not include securities. I can not comment on whether the 141 plan is to evolve into a hedge fund

You will have to beat me to it, monkeyman! You have plenty of shares, let me gobble a few up :P
My pleasure guys. Glad I could help put something out there that is useful for you guys like you all consistently do for me!
Also, Someone was asking who owned 141 Capital. I cannot mention who owns them, as I don't know myself, but here is a whois search for the 141 Capital website. If you notice, it is registered to Errol Stone who is Spooz's Executive VP, Secretary, and Director. It is also the same address as Spooz. Enjoy.

Not exactly! Just that board is nothing like this one. It's like night and day.
Defireman,
We respect everyones opinion around here! We have heard yours, now move on. Hearing it 85 times today is getting a bit obsurd! If it weren't for you being on the SPZI board I would have already ignored you but I actually enjoy you over there.
Volume is getting crazy here. Watch it!

Wow. Nice one.
Hey Martingale, Could you send me an email so that I could ask you a question about a post you made the other day? TIA
Great news Zoom.
Penny, when you say your gonna ride this one for the long ride .. are you saying a few months or over a year? Just wondering.
