Just wanted to thank you for responding to my email early last week and I had another question. There is a lot of speculating and calculating going on over on the I-Hub boards but I was wondering if you could clear a few things up for us if you are permitted by law.
Do you think that we will see a PR prior to the investors expo coming up that Spooz will be attending? If so, will it pertain to SWARM, SpoozToolz, or both?
Yes, there will be a press release for the conference. This is a Spooz event, but 141 Capital will also have a presence.
Do you have any clue as to when 141 Capital's common shares will be on the market? (Specific date is not necessary, but if you have a particular month in mind)
Very soon.
Lastly is a personal question of mine. Where did the name "Spooz" originate?
When the S&P 500 futures contract was launched in 1982 at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the initial ticker was “SPU”. Traders dubbed the contract the Spoos. A few years ago, we were in the midst of a decision as to whether or not to change the name. While at Rivers, the resturaunt in the CME, I heard the word mentioned in other people’s conversation 20 times. My comment then was, “They are talking about us and we haven’t even arrived in Chicago yet.” We kept the name.
