Also, I was responding to "Johnny's" comments in which he stated an issue in a non whining manner. However, I just read Penny's comments and can see how using terminology "sucks" can be a little offensive on this board.
I do believe there's a manner in which to make a point without seeming anal about it.
It wasn't silly. That's why we're being bombarded now with so many "surveys" from companies.
It's a known fact that most do not bother calling or complaining. There's just too many choices to deal with bad service.
Haven't you ever gone out to eat and received bad service? Most people just won't come back again. There's a few "complainers" that will speak to the manager or take the time and write long letters but they are few and far.
I am a business analyst and that's one aspect of my job. I review trends on whether patients come back for treatments or additional services. Just like any other businesses, hospitals deal with the same issue (customer satisfaction). I know what I'm talking about so don't treat me like I'm an idiot and use words such as "silly." Thank you =)

Your comment about "dropping the service" is EXACTLY the point. That's what most subscribers would do. Customer service is a very important aspect of any company.
I would contact customer service and address the issue but that's ONLY because I am biased. However, if I didn't own stocks, I would simply drop them. I think it's an important issue. I think it's great you live in Alaska and get such a great turn around. I live in NC which isn't as far from KY.
Zol, why are you taking it so personally?
I would like to see GNF succeed just as much as anyone else but there is an issue with waiting. I'd just hate to see them lose "subscribers" over this issue.
Also, I hope the people at GNF don't have the same attitude, "why are you still a subscriber?" instead of fixing the problem.

I use to be a "worrier" until a few years back I had what they called a "panic" attack (which I mistook for dying). Money is great but it's not worth my life or anyone else's for that matter. Worry = stress and stress solves nothing. Now, instead of worrying or stressing over things, I wait for the worse to happen (and to date, nothing so bad has actually ever happened). I think we anticipate the worse and spend a lot of time dwelling about it happening (wasted time) when in reality, it's the sudden things that occur that we never even get the chance to stress about =0

Someone mentioned yesterday that Napster was omitted but it's just in a different spot than usual. It's still there (p18 in the "middle").
I personally think we're just getting a little paranoid because of the slump. Just like the bible, you can read anything into the scriptures.
I don't think they want you to read anything into it one way or the other until a definite decision has been made. JMO

I guess you're right to an extent. I would never gamble money that I'd be scared of losing on stocks.
However, I did go thru my "panic" stage a few weeks ago and am now over it. I think the fear wasn't over losing money $ but more or less losing on a "hope."
I know a lot of people are here to make money but I also think they have an "attachment" to this company of some sorts. We all want to see it succeed. It's something bigger than just money (did I just type that?).
I have much respect for Oli =)
