I use to be a "worrier" until a few years back I had what they called a "panic" attack (which I mistook for dying). Money is great but it's not worth my life or anyone else's for that matter. Worry = stress and stress solves nothing. Now, instead of worrying or stressing over things, I wait for the worse to happen (and to date, nothing so bad has actually ever happened). I think we anticipate the worse and spend a lot of time dwelling about it happening (wasted time) when in reality, it's the sudden things that occur that we never even get the chance to stress about =0
