It's a known fact that most do not bother calling or complaining. There's just too many choices to deal with bad service.
Haven't you ever gone out to eat and received bad service? Most people just won't come back again. There's a few "complainers" that will speak to the manager or take the time and write long letters but they are few and far.
I am a business analyst and that's one aspect of my job. I review trends on whether patients come back for treatments or additional services. Just like any other businesses, hospitals deal with the same issue (customer satisfaction). I know what I'm talking about so don't treat me like I'm an idiot and use words such as "silly."
