Same here Johnny. I sent mine back last Tuesday and received a notification yesterday my new movies are being shipped.

and before anyone comments, "did you call/email customer service," I'm going to say right now that MOST customers will NOT be hassled with bothering to go thru all that and will just drop their service or go with another company.
