ummmmmm zol, sorry if you're tired of people complaining but this is a GameZnflix board. All topics in reference to this company should be addressed whether good or bad.

Your comment about "dropping the service" is EXACTLY the point. That's what most subscribers would do. Customer service is a very important aspect of any company.

I would contact customer service and address the issue but that's ONLY because I am biased. However, if I didn't own stocks, I would simply drop them. I think it's an important issue. I think it's great you live in Alaska and get such a great turn around. I live in NC which isn't as far from KY.
