I was distracted and didn't get to edit my post in the 15 minutes. Here is the finished product - Mods you might want to delete the previous post - Thanks:
This is pretty funny. Check the leader of the High Tech Company - AMWI - World Class Leadership
I guess it is actually very sad for all of those who thought or still think AMWI is real company.
Here is an excerpt from the site listed above,
In 2010 I registered Healthy Future Group LLC with the state of Indiana. Today we focus on offering Shaklee products as a Shaklee Distributor and offer several services for designing and implementing sustainable applications.
-Jason Gerteisen CEO
Whats the over/under when it is a sub-penny?
We wouldn't be surprised if the name "Amwest" wasn't a play off of "Amway" as a cruel inside joke amongst the perpetrators of this con.
AMWI is headed by a guy who took online courses at Phoenix university - a diploma mill (NOT MIT) Ergo, people will stay away in droves. Actually, Gerteisen ran a one man MLM operation known as Healthy Future Group, LLC - out of his home! That has credibility written all over it. Gerteisen has zero qualifications to head-up a high tech company. Many of the scams in the penny world like to stick young unknowns in the position of CEO and or President in order to hide the true identity of the person(s) pulling the strings. These novice public company officers are lured into the schemes of experienced con men with promises of riches and the "glamor" of being in charge of a public company. This is a real company with huge potential.
You need to read the posts by Stock Barber about this company and you will save yourself some heartache. He is much more knowledgeable than myself and most others posting here and has no ax to grind - just a presenter of facts.
If you go and read a article written on November 21, 2011 about AMWI: Amwest Imaging Is A Shaklee Investment - this is a great read and you will get another view of a serial PnDer.
Here is a excerpt:
I guess I don't understand how anyone can still be on here pimping this dog and ignoring the facts. It certainly makes me curious as to the motives when someone makes such a ridiculous statement,
There is no huge potential as most of the big players are already dominating the market as stated in a previous post.
Caveat emptor.
IG
That Buzz you hear is crickets chirping.
You guys still think AMWI is a real company - WOW!
Oh, the Youtube video that is taking the world by storm - there has been 254 views as of today. I bet half are from here. Gosh, the Buzz on the streets is amazingly non-existent.
Lokdrop is just a dropbox wannabe. In addition to DB (rumor is there is they are headed for a IPO) there is CX.com (offers 10GB free), Box.net, Google Drive, Microsoft's SkyDrive, Amazon Cloud Drive and hard charging newcomer SugarSync, plus dozens of other competitors.
Dropbox is headed MIT graduates Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi.
In October 2011, Forbes published that Dropbox had 50 million users, of which 96% were using a free account.
Who are you going to use a company headed by MIT graduates, Google or Microsoft or one with a CEO of dubious credentials that was doing MLM a year ago.
Just more BS from the dog AKA AMWI.
IG
I hope you are joking. There is nothing about AMWI that would indicate anything other they are a dead man walking.
Let's at least get the facts correct.
This IS NOT any technology that AMWI developed. They have a limited licensing agreement with BION Enterprises LLC for 180 days. If they acquire more than 10,000 subscribers a month AMWI can get another 180 days. This would seem impossible since lokdrop has a Alexa Traffic Rank of: 3,637,577. Which means it has virtually zero traffic and they aren't doing any PPC.
It is neither a exclusive offer or new technology.
Also, it doesn't appear to be a test ad. It was uploaded on September 13, 2011 by BION and is 2:32 min in length, which is too long for a TV ad. Plus, I find it very interesting that BION doesn't have any press releases about the licensing agreement. In a quick search I can't where BION has acknowledged AMWI - they don't seem to think much of the licensing agreement.
This is the best part, since September of 2011 the video has a grand total of 120 views - pretty bad for trying to get 10,000 new subscribers a month.
As with most things concerning AMWI, it is much ado about nothing.
If this excites the touters so be it but anyone looking logically at the facts would know that AMWI is and always has been a PnD and was done to enrich a few insiders - there is no new "cloud" technology - even AMWI doesn't make this claim. It was started by non other than rickrob.
IG
I thought there would be one more paid promotion and it might go to 0.12. This was based on looking at how they did RICP. But, I think it is over and they have moved on to a new project.
Just wishful thinking now and that is a really bad investment strategy.
IG
What's the over/under on how many days before this is a sub-penny stock?
IG
Ellerman is in federal custody. Here is some info from BOP.gov:
ALEX WILLIAM ELLERMAN 43915-279 37-White-M UNKNOWN
HOUSTON FDC
His federal inmate registration is the 439 number and the UNKNOWN is his release date. He is at the Federal holdover in Houston.
Jim Dial come on down.
I hope that Phil Kueber is on the radar.
IG
They were wrongfully named in that lawsuit FYI
A sure sign of it stabilizing is that even with a low low volume we have stayed in the 4's
Excellent call - I think it will stabilize around $0.015
It seems my analysis of AMWI was dead on. If AMWI were a horse they would put it down.
For future reference follow the Fraud board here and if the same people are involved (RICP and AMWI) just turn and walk away - because just as this - it is fools gold.
iGlow
You mean facts like, "finally some good news, get it while you can" (in all caps). BTW, how has that been working for you. It seems like the market has responded to all the good news with nothing but yawns and crickets.
Many are still trying to put lipstick on a pig - but it is still a pig.
IG
I guess the truth is tough to accept. No, I will be here watching AMWI and providing details of their wrong doing when found.
I guess there are some on here that only want positive posts while they are losing money rather than have analysis about a fake and possibly even fraudulent company.
Here's a idea don't read my post - just read the fantasy by the dreamers and P and Ders on here.
IG
Get it While it's Cheap - Really???
What did the press release really say/mean. First thing I notice when I go to the lokdrop.com site I see, "Secure Offshore Encrypted File Hosting". This is a grievous error on AMWI's part because offshore hosting is usually meant for gambling, porn and file sharing - it gives the impression something nefarious is going on. This is just another amateurish mistake. The entire operation reeks of amateurs and worse.
Secondly, Gerteisen doesn't know what is going on with his company or hasn't read the website, as it states under the "How Lokdrop Works" tab that
Best of all you receive UNLIMITED space on our server
Amwest looks to achieve a higher number of users on LokDrop's 50GB accounts
The Company has been researching and developing new tools for the small business sector, those technologies will be used to achieve customer interaction and build profitable relationships with clients. New mobile applications are also on board in R&D at Amwest.
From one Jason Gerteisen, President of Amwest Imaging - He stated on March 13th of this year,
Getting ready for our San Francisco expo and the launch of our marketing campaign for the 3 current Amwest products! News will be out soon.
Here comes the volume we spoke about
It seems most missed the point about ZipClik.com.
Someone asked,
have same prob here with safari on a mac. and where is this info coming from? not seeing any legitimate link or post to back up your claim? please repost
There seems to be a great deal of confusion about cloud computing/software and AMWI.
AMWI - Cloud Computing
http://amwestimaging.com/page/acquisition-of-instant-website
Instant Website Technology Inc. is a “cloud software” Company whose primary business is providing relationship building tools and processes that help any business cultivate profitable relationships with customers, all through web based Cloud solutions; which triggered the immediate implementation of an aggressive growth strategy to capitalize on the explosive growth in the Cloud Computing (SaaS) sector of the market.
More Bad News for AMWI!
In checking their site for any information about a encryption project I went to http://zipclik.com and much to my surprise Chrome flashes a big warning:
I tried going to zipclik in Firefox and I got a similar warning.
So, the great encryption company that is charging you to protect your files can't protect their own site - amazing!
IG
PS Firefox Warning - Reported Attack Page! - Why Was This Page Blocked?
I have to disagree strongly about what DD is and is not.
In the stock market and in particular the pinks or penny stocks there are a certain cast of characters that seem to be serial P and Ders - these guys must be held accountable.
So, my definition of due diligence is gathering any information that is germane to the company and is helpful in making a informed decision based on fact and not on hope and wishes.
In the case of AMWI the dots are in a very close pattern that makes overlooking them fool-hearty when making any investment decision.
The dots are the same as was in RICP, HPGS, NXPN, AAPH, PEPR,...AMWI. Same cast of characters, same MO and the same results.
There have been instances of copied source code, the strange relationship with emarketteam...
I suppose you can ignore facts and yes they are facts about the principals involved in AMWI and I don't understand how you can think this is not part of any due diligence.
Everyone is always looking to hit the lottery while ignoring the facts.
Definitions:
An investigation or audit of a potential investment. Due diligence serves to confirm all material facts in regards to a sale.
Offers to purchase an asset are usually dependent on the results of due diligence analysis. This includes reviewing all financial records plus anything else deemed material to the sale.
Why would AMWI hitch it's wagon to RIM? RIM has gone from $60 to $12 in the last year.
The DoD has just certified its first non-Blackberry device: an Android-based tablet known as the Dell Streak (03-20-12). This is very bad for RIM.
iPhone replaces BlackBerry as top smartphone among mobile workers (http://articles.latimes.com/2011/nov/21/business/la-fi-1121-mobile-workers-20111121).
Apple overtakes BlackBerry on RIM's home turf of Canada(http://www.latimes.com/business/technology/la-fi-tn-blackberry-iphone-canada-20120323,0,2682332.story).
I have searched for any information about AMWI being involved in smartphone encryption and I can't find anything. Even on their site all they talk about in mobile technology is "relationship-building" software.
They even compare themselves to website building companies such as Open Table, Inc. and Intuit Inc. Neither company is involved in encryption.
Even if RIM was involved with a small company - the principals in AMWI would preclude any serious company from partnering with them.
IG
There seems to be a pattern of past behavior by the principals to indicate that this is a real possibility (Reverse Split).
On the DD Support Board and Fraud Research Team there is an excellent post by "nodummy" that everyone should read before investing in AMWI (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=70269639).
In a reply to nodummy it is revealed that RICP received a Cease Trade Order (http://cto-iov.csa-acvm.ca/SearchArticles.asp?Instance=101&Form=1&Names1=Riverdale+Capital+Ltd.%0d%0a&XSL=SearchArticlesCompany).
If anyone can read this and still think AMWI is a "real" legitimate company - please tell me what I am missing.
IG
I just read your post and I believe that when Phil Kueber had a higher profile in AMWI this is where the music reference came from. Kueber has been involved in the music industry for a long time it appears.
From March 7th, 2011,
Writers Group Film Corp. Announces Former MP3.com Key Executive as New President of Front Row Networks
I have never understood the dates given out - I thought on the 19th there was supposed to be something big happening also.
I have always thought if there were going to be any announcements they would be on March 28th - the opening day of The Consumer Engagement Conference.
This would get the most press coverage.
IG
From Facebook,
Getting ready for our San Francisco expo and the launch of our marketing campaign for the 3 current Amwest products!
Benefit of the Doubt - But?
With AMWI being on CNN and the Austin newspapers would someone please provide a link to just one article. I was also surprised that there wasn't a price surge do to them being on CNN "all day".
I would also like a excerpt from Agora Financial to verify the post about AMWI being mentioned.
IG
There is zero potential!
I am not sure why you don't understand that you can't do a typical analysis of AMWI when it is being controlled by the insiders.
But if you follow the 2 year snapshot of RICP you can understand that the prinipals behind it are the same as behind AMWI. Extremely easy to understand and evaluate.
What was stated is nonsensical when trying to apply stock analysis to penny stocks - this is especially true when insiders own 90% of the stock. At one time they owned 121 out of 135 million shares.

Austin Texas Newspapers - AMWI Info???
Here is a list of the newspapers published in Austin TX:
Austin American Statesman
Austin Business Journal
Austin Chronicle
Lake Travis View
Oak Hill Gazette
With The Austin American-Statesman being the major daily newspaper for Austin.
For the Statesman which requires registration the following searches where done on the site:
AMWI Results = ZERO
Amwest Imaging Results = ZERO
Google search using the following footprint:
site:http://www.statesman.com AMWI - Results = ZERO
site:http://www.statesman.com Amwest Imaging - Results = ZERO
Although I am having a hard time deciphering the following statement I think it means that there is information about AMWI published in the Austin newspapers:
The only reads you can get cheap about AMWI is in the Austin Texas news paper.
Ha! Guess the black berry app from zip click is a fake too? Ever think that they finished development but have run into a "private beta" phase thus it's hasn't been released. Guess you should find all the facts first before posting
Armwest announced today the release of their ZipClik app in BlackBerry App World.
Blackberry App from ZipClik - doesn't exist!
Ha! Guess the black berry app from zip click is a fake too? Ever think that they finished development but have run into a "private beta" phase thus it's hasn't been released. Guess you should find all the facts first before posting
AMWI's systematic release of false information.
As I have posted AMWI is vaporware - nothing to it. Here is an example of another press release that never materialized.
On November 29th, 2011 AMWI announced:
Amwest Imaging Inc.has officially announced that the company had developed an iPhone App for Zipclik encryption software. AMWI’s officials noted that the app will be soon available on Apple’s “app store”.
Everything I have posted has been backed by facts.
What you posted proves nothing about anyone at AMWI having a background in technology.
Where in your post did it prove that Gerteisen has a technical background. It looks like he took a few courses at the online school the University of Phoenix. And it looks like he took courses in business management. Is that what you are hanging your hat on?
I have found zero evidence of any tech company he is associated with - I have scraped the whois files and there is nothing about Gerteisen except for the MLM company.
Don't you think for a Executive Summary it is very thin on details.
You haven't proven anything.
IG
Can You Say Dropbox?
Old news and technology that is being done by Google, Amazon, Apple, MS and many many others.
This is just offline storage - it has been around for years in many forms.
Web companies like Google, Amazon and Yahoo have made this model work with innovations like Big Table, MapReduce, S3 and Hadoop, powering Web 2.0 innovations. It’s only a matter of time before this type of simplified technology captures the majority of new data that is exploding in enterprises; and that time is now. And - AMWI will not be part of this because they have no patents or innovative technology.
I guess the AMWI bunch can compete with the above mentioned companies.
Does it really make sense that a company that doesn't showcase it's tech talent and capabilities and lead by a guy in Indiana that has zero tech background.
You need to be more analytical in your thinking to separate fact from fiction.
I am eagerly awaiting the big March 15th PR.
IG
I am fairly certain most on here don't have a clue as to what the term cloud means.
Just a brief education: The term "cloud" is used as a metaphor for the Internet. Early on when someone was giving a presentation about all things Internet - a drawing of a cloud is used to represent the Internet.
It isn't something magical or new. Cloud actually means using shared resources such as Amazon's Web Services (AWS) which have S3 for storage and EC2 for shared computing resources.
In article you referenced all they are talking about is Apple's version of offline storage such as Dropbox - although Apple is claiming it is much better (we will see).
Google has been talking about getting into the cloud storage business via Google Drive.
AMWI has not spoken about cloud storage or computing. But when you run a pump and dump you want to have some new buzz words to stir up interest.
But, the reality is that AMWI don't have anything they have developed themselves (see my post on them ripping off http://doctracking.com/).
The Lokdrop product has online storage (Cloud) which many big time players have already done and AMWI can't compete with them technically.
IG
Did You Read the Press Release?
If you did read it - did you not understand what they stated was technically and fundamentally incorrect. Here is just one portion that does not stand up to any scrutiny,
Lack of security of Digital media is a constant threat to many businesses, organizations and individuals. The file sharing industry today offers users a convenient way to share files, but with little or no security.
.
There is not any threat to the security of digital media that has not been addressed by some outstanding tech companies for many years. This IP tracking is a bunch of nonsense.
You do understand that companies such as Cisco and Motorola has developed software-based DRM.
The NSA has been working on several DRM platforms for almost 10 years.
Plus, I pointed out in a previous post that BionBeta.com just copied a website (almost word for word) and the technology is badly outdated. I guess if you say a few tech buzz words (Cloud, secure digital media...) some folks will be gullible enough to buy it.
But some on here insist that some unknown startup where Phil Kueber as the puppet master, headed by a former MLMer with zero technology experience leading the company (Jason Gerteisen) is just what the DOD is looking for. I guess the thinking was should we get a Ph.D from Stanford to headup this company or should we get Jason???
If the technogly is so cutting or leading edge why is it available for $9.95 per month? Sounds like Dropbox without tech savvy or sophistication. The CEO Drew Houston is a MIT graduate.
Those behind AMWI should and will be prosecuted for what was a pump and pump but now it is over and as I have stated this will vanish much like RICP.
IG
Red Flags! A Google search for "Document Tracking"...
Reveals some pretty interesting issues. I was looking at a couple of random companies in the search and http://doctracking.com is the same site as http://bionbeta.com. When I compared the source code it was for all practical purposes identical.
But, DocTracking.com was created on 03-28-2003 and BionBeta.com was created on 09-24-2011. Also, when I did a "copyscape" check on a page on DocTracking it looks like this is a technology developed by an Indian IT Outsourcing company many years ago.
So it appears that AMWI is not just plagiarizing but stealing an entire website. They have nothing and certainly not any revolutionary software/hardware products or patents.
Just from initial cursory view of the 8-K, it was easy to determine that what AMWI is selling is old outdated document tracking product.
Here is an example of a "Real" tech company, watchdox.com. Take a quick look at their client list and management team. Here is a excerpt from the CEO - (graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.) I don't see a former MLMer running this tech company.
15 minutes of searching produced these results - I would be interested in hearing the P and D guys here explain this away.
IG
PS More stunning results to be posted later...
If you found any information it is as bogus as this company. They have nothing - there will be no earth shattering news from company. You say you won't post it because everyone should do their your own research. You are flatout making up any discoveries about the secret new techology that AMWI will release. I guarantee it doesn't exist. Phil, et el don't have a clue about the technology sector - but they are masters of picking your pocket.
I would like for you to explain how a extremely unsuccessful Multi-Level marketer (MLM) (Jason Gerteisen) in the middle of BFE Indiana is out of leftfield made the President of AMWI. I know the answer and it isn't pretty.
This company has served the purpose it was intended to do. What the guy(s) behind it didn't plan for was the lawsuit by George Sharp. They thought they could pump it up to around $4.75. The guys are already on to a new company.
This is exactly the same as RICP - just rinse and repeat. I am sure you will find old posts much like your at RICP talking about how great the company is going to be - won't happen - it is over.
IG
rickrob quote, I just know for a fact they do have a dynamite I have been in computer programming business for years, I just know for a fact they do have a dynamite product coming out that they already have the copy right on...
product coming out that they already have the copy right on,
but who knows they may sell the rights. Anyway, I am just a very
optamistic person.
I am calling complete BS on everything you have posted. First you wrote,
since the old punch card days. I also have a dual engineering
degree and one is a doctors degree in CE, but not a business degree.
Being a Mechanical Engineer with a Ph.D is Computational Fluid Dynamics and this isn't a mine is bigger than yours post but to point out all of the BS you have been disseminating about AMWI and investing in general.
I don't recall anyone who has a Ph.D saying I have a doctors degree (this is especially true of Engineers). Also, you state they have a great product release in mid February when in fact they have nothing coming out because AMWI is a facade - and in software terms all they have is vaporware.
A well educated person such as yourself would also know that it is optimistic and not optamistic as you wrote. Anyone with any knowledge either in investing or academics would certainly be aware that it is copyright and not "copy right".
It is despicable on your part to urge people to invest in AMWI by using statements such as,
Please provide this insider information you have about this fantastic product and a link to substantiate your claim. I know you won't and can't because it doesn't exist. I know I spent a fair amount of time using TESS and PatFT at http://www.uspto.gov to search for any patents or trademarks associated with AMWI or any of the companies related to them. There is nothing!
Moral of story, don't bring Kool-Aid to an Adult party.
So please post links to all of the press releases and copyrights that you claim to know about. I will be more than happy to issue a public mea culpa.
This company is dead in the water - it was used to accomplish exactly what it did (with small caveat). What the main players didn't expect and it caused them to make a new plan was the George Sharp legal filing and mentioning AMWI in the press release.
IG
Easy there Buffet - I guess 50,000 shares sounds much more impressive than $250.
You might get a small bounce and make a little money but the main players have already moved on. A new project/P and D is already being planned.
As you know now none of the companies were structured to be real profitable companies. They will fade into oblivion just like RICP.
IG
allangles - You Did a Lot of DD???
If that was the case either your analysis was faulty or you chose to ignore the fact this was not a real company and it's sole purpose was to make a few individuals a great deal of money.
Did you not see what happened to RICP (same people involved)?
The guys behind AMWI are either stupid or evil - my guess is the second.
My best guess is that between RICP and AMWI this will be passed over from Civil to Criminal and Phil Keuber will be taking a long vacation.
IG
