If that was the case either your analysis was faulty or you chose to ignore the fact this was not a real company and it's sole purpose was to make a few individuals a great deal of money.

Did you not see what happened to RICP (same people involved)?

The guys behind AMWI are either stupid or evil - my guess is the second.

My best guess is that between RICP and AMWI this will be passed over from Civil to Criminal and Phil Keuber will be taking a long vacation.
