If they were wrongfully accused in the George Sharp lawsuit why wouldn't they sue for damages? It seems the day the lawsuit was announced the bottom fell out.

AMWI will never ever step into court unless the SEC brings criminal charges and I think this is a real possibility.

Look this company was never a business and always a PnD. The main players have already moved on to another project. The Facebook stuff is a joke, like the big announcement at San Fransico and Jason Gerteisen being the president of a High Tech company - pure non-sense.

If you want to make money look for companies were Philip Kueber files preliminary paperwork to go public and you can make a great deal of money.
