It will 100% not go that low again lol. Revenues are in the billions with the completed merger. PP has to catch up yo new financials aka should be $.30 min a share now with competed merger IMO

The EPS here is 1.07 that’s insane. Most stocks are 20x times their EPS in share price. I really think paper is possible here now IMO

Nope. This will most likely end up in the low .01s EOW the dumping is unreal. Sell vs buy is 4:1 currently. Either this was a planned pump and dump by the company and bigger capital or they just don’t give a sh*t about shareholders at this point. The more I read the filling the more you see this was an asset sell and not an “acquisition” they just worded it cleverly. When a company is broke and has no income the only thing left to do is an asset sell, that’s business 101. They have $14M debt. The only income they had was just cut in half and will probably continue to crash lower and lower as ETH continues to plunge. Ostendo most likely allowed SYSX to use their name in return for some commission off this P&D and to make it all look legit. Next update I have a feeling they will announce the deal was cancelled and act all sad even though this was all planned from the beginning. IMO

Looking forward to hearing some news about finalizing the Ostendo deal next week. Fridays are low volume so not expecting much tomorrow. Long hold!

The maturity date for biggers notes is in early July, so he has to conv before the potential AS raise /RS I believe they only released that new filing for legal reasons to appease conv debt holders

When SYSX was $15 a share the OS was around 200M from what I found. Right now the OS/AS is 499M technically this can go to $7+ without the Ostendo deal. But would take along time without this deal. With this deal I can see this having a very similar run to TSNP ($2) however we have a wayyy smaller OS (1/8 of the TSNP OS) technically if we did the same run as TSNP with our share structure now it would be $24 a share.

Agreed! Deal is set to close “on or before may 24” I highly the company would delay it last min. Even if they did (which there’s no proof they are) it’s still a gem that wayyyy under valued.. OS/AS 499M maxed out. And NASDAQ uplisting this year! This will be $4+ IMO

Not true. He bought $500k worth of shares at .006-.009 then tweeted he was long (misleading) then sold all around .08-.10 according to the filings. After we thought it was over and he dumped on us, the price fell to an absolute bottom of .028 then after he bought the low he tweets again he’s back in long. He’s slimy, he’s a frontloader, yea he bought the convertible debt but he scalped all of retail hard. $500k into $5M half he pocketed then the other half he bought the debt that converts into shares in a share. That is facts.

He’s been Forsure acting shady and posting misleading tweets. But we don’t need that POS frontloader. This is a gem by itself
