Because dilution was a constant hindrance on the PPS. The institutional investor have cleaned up the remaining TOXIC financing. Bodes very well for the pps before the anticipated expert peer review publication. A minor reverse split of 1-25 is to our benefit as pps would increase handsomely. Otherwise the 1-75 will be enacted. All depends on the target pps. Still not terrible considering how scammy other CEOS are using 1 - 1000 or higher
