5 Rules. None of which is for Go4itbigtime. He makes his own rules which I understand are two
1. Nobody can sell until I say so
2. When I sell I am not stealing money from the buyer. Only other sellers are
LOL.......what incredible naivite
For the rest of us here's where CYBL is
1. Avoid the open. They see YOU coming sucker
2. 1-2-3-Drop-Up. Look for downtrends to reverse after a top, two lower highs and a double bottom.
3. Trends never turn on a dime. Reversals build slowly. The first sharp dip always finds buyers and the first sharp rise always finds sellers.
4. Bottoms take longer to form than tops. Fear acts more quickly than greed and causes stocks to drop from their own weight.
5. Beat the crowd in and out the door. You have to take their money before they take yours, period.
CYBL Breakout on news on contract with Boeing.
Boeing being what it is this run could very well be sustained way over a penny
It's a partial fill. Quite common unless all your trades are AONs
The major difference between 5% and 10% holder is that the 10% holder becomes a “Principal” holder and all kinds of restrictions in terms of selling (i.e rule 144) suddenly applies. In addition all the disclosure rules will also apply. You buy or sell, you file. There are other restrictions as well
5% owner just need to disclose when they become 5% owner and after that once a year. No need to file for buying and selling if change in ownership is less than 5%. No other restriction
HPCP - Tried to get in at 0.0006 while it was still offered. Didn't get a single share. Oh well........NEXT
Look for SC-13D or SC-13G filings at the SEC website or at the Pinksheet site
Two comments
-2nd quarter financials (audited or not!)
Quarterly financials are never audited. Even the largest NYSE companies never files formally audited quarterlies. SEC reporting only requires yearlies to be audited. Non SEC registered need never to report anything.
"2nd qtr Financials should be released by the deadline date at the end of August."
i guess we missed that deadline.
Dealine for quarterlies are 45 calendar days after end of quarter. That is, deadline was on August 14th. Not "end of August".
Agree, the NASD review of the 15C2-11 filing is taking much too long. Update on the progress would be of order.
and another chart just as depressing as the previous
TARR - Selling half here at 3.15
Made my day. Time for Martinis
TARR - Got in at 1.58. hehe
WWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Though recent distress in financial markets has "deepened" the housing slump, the overall economy has seen little impact so far, the U.S. Federal Reserve said Wednesday. That assessment, contained in the latest Beige Book, suggests that while a rate cut in two weeks may still be likely, officials may not see the same need for aggressive easing that financial markets expect.
and with that piece of news, the market is taking a big dump
PDVP Might be worthwhile at 3z2. new management might make things happen. any PR of substance should be good for a double. Bid in @ 3z2
PDVP
HDSN, DOMS and the ECN AUTO on the ask can’t be a good thing. HDSN and DOMS stock selling pros of the worst kind and who knows who’s selling thru AUTO.
On the other hand, the MMs on the bid side is all retail with the exception of AUTO, who’s likely just propping it up with a fake bid.
If HDSN moves off the ask and with a little more momentum, I might go for a few mill. Now, the 3 minute ticker looks like crap as does the 5 and 15 minute
If this is the loan conversion you are referring to
On June 21, 2007, Ascendiant Capital surrendered the Note for conversion into common stock at the fixed conversion price of $0.32 per share. The remaining principal of $99,000 plus accrued interest of $173 were converted into 309,916 shares of common stock.
then you should know that it was converted into unregistered stock as detailed in the 10Q and can't be sold for another year.

DJRT - News out
As i thought, there had to be a reason for DJRT rising out of dormancy yesterday. News leak. Although the news item isn't that great, DJRT just hired some PR company to promote its brand of racing experience and institutional investor visibility.
Time to take some profit here and let the rest ride. It's a low, low floater so you'll never know

Traded DJRT
aaaahhhh, the word was "traded". I must have forgotten the meaning of "trade" during the last runup 6 months ago. forgot totally the selling part of "trade" and got stuck holding the bag at 34 cents
bought a load at 0.13-0.14 and Im seeing the green light now.
Not sure what or who brought about the volume today. No news, no rumors
DJRT +31.76% , closed at HOD 0.224. Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure

DJRT on watch for tomorrow, breakout volume noted
Disclaimer: I am frontloaded w/ 0.17 avg

Next is the "weeeeeeeeee"
Me too. ZYNX is now 25% of my holdings
nah, looked more like retail capitulation to me, cause of the lack of volume and follow through. small market sell order
Doubt any MM is even actively monitoring this.
More on RSI
When looking for trend reversals, I look for divergences in the RSI. If a stock is heavily oversold, with the RSI under 30, look for gradual waves of higher lows and higher highs in the RSI reading. This is considered a positive divergence, and indication for a long entry. Conversely, if the RSI is over 70, look for a negative divergence, a series of lower highs, that may indicate a short entry or an exit point on a long position.
As with any technical indicator, RSI is just one of several I look at. I prefer to have at least three confirming indicators.
and, yes, when RSI readings are above 50, this is considered a bullish indicator

PR NEWSWIRE Benitec MOU With CalbaTech, Inc.
Stem cell storage service connected with potential Benitec HIV therapy
MELBOURNE, Australia, Aug 16., 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Benitec
Limited (ASX: BLT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with California-based CalbaTech, Inc. (CLBE) to provide stem cell storage services for US HIV patients who may use the healthy adult (or “blood” or “hematopoietic”) stem cells in future therapy.
Benitec has collaborated with City of Hope, a biomedical research and treatment center, in the development of a possible HIV therapeutic. This investigational HIV therapeutic creates the possibility that an adult (or “blood” or “hematopoietic”) stem cell based therapeutic may be able to take the place of anti-retroviral medication. Early banking of adult (or “blood” or “hematopoietic”) stem cells by HIV sufferers may be very prudent if a stem cell therapy is approved by the FDA after the conclusion of clinical trials.
This potential therapy surrounds a newly discovered possible way in which to fight HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, with genetically modified adult (or “blood” or “hematopoietic”) stem cells. The potential therapeutic may emerge as the first to use specially engineered, HIV-fighting genes that are inserted into patients’ own harvested adult (or “blood” or “hematopoietic”) stem cells. After re-infusion into the patient, the new treatment may allow patients’ bodies to produce HIV-resistant white blood cells indefinitely.
Benitec’s MOU with CalbaTech would provide, in the short term, that Benitec would receive fees for stem cell storage performed by CalbaTech’s subsidiary, TherapyStem, Inc. In the longer term, both Benitec and CalbaTech are encouraged that this potential new therapeutic will develop an effective HIV therapeutic that relies on healthy adult (or “blood” or “hematopoietic”) stem cells. CalbaTech believes that, in the future, as this potential therapeutic develops, TherapyStem will be able to treat the cells that have been banked by HIV patients and send those treated cells to a patient’s treating physician for re-injection. CalbaTech would pay to Benitec a fee for using the protocols developed for the treatment of the stem cells.
CalbaTech’s new subsidiary, TherapyStem, Inc., has created a patent-pending., process to harvest stem cells from HIV infected individuals to be cryopreserved for future transplantation into a client for medical purposes. All other stem cell collection services exclude the collection, processing and storage of blood from individuals with HIV. As the business of TherapyStem develops, the company also believes that it will be able to collect, process and store stem cells from umbilical cords that have come from a mother that has HIV. Those cords are currently excluded from collection by cord blood companies.

SEC Filing requirements and deadlines
The SEC rules under the Exchange Act require disclosure at quarterly and annual intervals, with specified significant events reported on a more current basis. Specifically, a domestic issuer subject to the Exchange Act must, among other obligations, file the following reports:
• An annual report on Form 10-K (or Form 10-KSB in the case of a small business issuer) no later than 90 calendar days after the end of its fiscal year;
• Quarterly reports on Form 10-Q (or Form 10-QSB in the case of a small business issuer) no later than 45 calendar days after the end of the first three quarters of its fiscal year; and
• Current reports on Form 8-K for a number of specified events generally within two business days after their occurrence.
The deadline for the 2nd quarter ended June 30 is today. Today is the 45th day. Also check the SEC Filing Calendar I gave you a link to
Quarterlies are due today. Not Friday
Quarterly report should be out Friday unless delayed again.

In Canada....Yes.....But in the US. NO
Now they must adhere to the laws of the Canadian exchange where before, they had free reigns in our market. Now, their laws apply. IMO.
and just how....would Canadian law be applicable in US
Appears the "Get a loan" part is the sticky point that does not work. The warrant part is no problem, even I could issue those using my $30 ink jet printer
z trade - OPRA OSEQ Transaction is being reported late and is out of sequence; i.e., later transactions have been reported for the particular trade.
PHGI used to have large so called AH reports which basically told you that PHGI was under continued dilution. PHGI threatend that particular MM (RBCM ex. CLYP) with legal action and this practice vanished over night.
I suspect that the "z" tactic may be a renewed MM effort to disguise fresh stock entering the market (i.e. dilution)
So do I and Thanks for reminding me.

did you ever hear of "hostile take over"?
In pinkie penny land.....gimme a break
Anyway, the RM is still a few months away.
These event need to happen first
1. RVNO files a PRE 14A with the SEC giving the details of the proposed merger.
2. SEC comments on RVNO's schedule 14A filing
3. RVNO revises the proposed filing as instructed and files a DEF 14A as a proxy for the RVNO SH to vote on (read Carnes to vote on)
4. NASD issues new symbol and Cusip.
5. Your PHGI shares will be "frozen" until your broker has received the new issue. Minimum 3 trading days, more likely 5-7 days.
6. While waiting, the pps tanks and you can't sell (see 5)
A lesson I learned long ago, never hold through any kind of merger. The risks are just too great it's just not worth the trouble
Don't be a fool - why in the world would Beebe spend his money on something that you can pay for. Your scenario has never happened ever in the penny world and never will
