These are now Neah's assets...hence the formira...
from an old post....
http://www.fuelcellmarkets.com/fuel_cell_markets/industry/3,1,1,7,6948.html
Tekion’s world class group of scientists and technologists in our Advanced Materials department has and is doing some amazing things. It is where science meets engineering and the result may be too small to see but very large in its impact. We believe the commercialization of all of our technologies will be dependent on our ability to utilize this cutting edge knowledge and processes from the nanomaterials field.
Tekion Solutions, Inc. is pursuing “direct liquid fueled fuel cell” fuel cell technologies. These liquid fuels allow us to develop products that range in sizes from milliwatts to kilowatts.
Our first commercially available fuel cell technology will be our direct formic acid fuel cell using Formira as it’s fuel. Formira is our brand name for a specialized formic acid.
At Tekion, our engineering analysis has shown that one type of fuel cell technology will not satisfy all the different portable power application requirements. For example, small portable electronics like mobile phones require a certain amount of power (usually 3 watts) which must fit within a cavity of approximately 10cc to 30cc. In order for a fuel cell technology to accomplish this, it must have the capability of operating at a high power density. Out of all the direct fuel micro fuel cells, (fuel cells which do not require hydrogen to operate) the direct formic acid fuel cell technology has demonstrated the highest power density.
As a result of this unique characteristic the engineers at our U.S. subsidiary, Renew Power, were able to integrate this fuel cell into a mobile phone utilizing the same space used for the battery. This was the world’s first fuel cell inside a mobile phone. These same engineers also made a direct formic acid fuel cell the size of a penny and demonstrated it powering a fan. Our product family for the direct formic acid fuel cell technology will range from milliwatts for sensors to 3 – 5 watts for mobile phones.
Motorola Teikon and Neah links or alumni......plus the ownership of the largest chip foundry Ne Xt terra like the Paul Sildo video...lots going on in Abu Dhabi.
The Neah video showed the batteries made on the silicon foundry chip equipment, it would seem if a company just upgraded its chip making equipment and was the largest (as called out in the video) chip making company that they could well use the older equipment to make the new Neah batteries.... NeXt Terra as in the title of the video.... coincidentally located in Abu Dhabi. (hardly a coincidence) and to top it off the Head of the company (Global foundries) is from Motorola Mobility....the same company that head of the Polaris Labs used to work for that just so happen to have an interest in (from the stickies)
(Tekion and Motorola, partnering with BASF)
to design and manufacture power packs.41 Presumably because
the catalyst poisoning issue in long-term application could
not be overcome, there were no further updates about these
developments, and Tekion’s assets were acquired by Neah
Power in 2013.42

Neah status?
We currently are doing our battery development at a third party facility in Beaverton, OR, and the Company is primarily focused on the battery development at this time. We are using a variety of consultants for business development, who are located worldwide, and who are compensated based on commercial success. We currently operate out of Edmonds, Washington.
Given the last known travel plans of the Neah CEO and CEO of marketing this is fairly interesting.....given the batteries still use a BASF electrolyte ... witting or unwitting ...LOL...
The strategy of utilizing FA as an energy
carrier to selectively release hydrogen
for electricity generation by fuel cells
looks promising. Moreover, many mobile
applications as well as the foundation
of stationary power plants can also
be envisioned.
True, but not many of the them stubble on to the best battery in the world in route to making a fuel cell...LOL
( just what would the best battery in the world be worth given Telsa is spending billions on batteries that in the video were 1/5 as powerful and much heavier)
Thats what it said in the video...there was alot of information on the video, button type batteries and a gel pack for phones...a new logo, and a new company name?
It did not appear they were short cash.
or that they had quit
or that they could not fund quarterly reports if they needed to...
Mr. May was paid for the poorly written 8K that was done they same time as as the report period and he seems to still be on staff for his $11,000 dollar per month...IMO...
And it looks like they have enough batteries and data to get the attention of whom ever the sent the samples to...
On The doc LinkedIn page he had written that he sent out information to the top 150 firms...
So maybe more than one company is interested...
Neah's NExt tera watt factory

Seems like the videos posted and removed sure makes a case for shareholders.....wonder if an 8k or any report might come out soon....
From below....
The Dr. has fiduciary responsibilities as a CEO, as with the BOD...etc.
If he tries to scam us, he will certainly be held accountable for the past 10 years of fraudulent claims.
The Dr. cannot hide behind the companies "Forward Looking Statements", hope he is being forthright.

Wouldn't this be a trip
It seems the videos have been removed...
The premise of was going to be Neah is putting together a tera watt factory not a giga factory like Telsa
There were sections of the video that said the world largest battery factory with the worlds best battery but the video was removed before I could complete it... I guess we were not supposed to see it....

I had recently visited the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the beginning of March, and again at the end of March to explore certain licensing relationships to implement manufacturing and other partnership agreements. There is clear, and enthusiastic interest, and we are negotiating to mutual benefit with them. We will update as this effort finalizes.
We are in discussions with the Economic Development Authority of two large States in the USA regarding relocating to enable their focus on renewable energy and battery storage. We expect this to get finalized in Q2 2016. (which matched well with the dates of the videos)

Business development and capital sourcing: This continues to be a challenge for the Company, and we are pursuing various financing and licensing avenues in different regions of the world.
I was in China in December 2016 for discussions related to the licensing of the Company products, due to the emphasis on the hydrogen economy in China. A NY Times, Jan 05 2017, report indicates that the China government is expected to spend about $350B between now and 2020 to deploy a hydrogen economy. The Company representatives, including myself, are scheduled to travel again to China during 25th - 31st March 2017 to further the dialog on the battery technology and the hydrogen technology.
Separately, I was traveling in the UAE and the UK in January 2017, to pursue funding and / or licensing avenues and we continue to have dialog with these entities.
We recently added Mr. Paul Sidlo to the Board of Directors. Mr. Sidlo, an accomplished executive and technology visionary is based out of Abu Dhabi, and is managing various relationships in the region that are critical to the future success of the Company.
We are in the process of shipping samples to Argonne National Laboratory related to the PowerChip® battery. We are very optimistic about the performance of the battery based on the performance we have seen to date.

Companies face two immediate hurdles: money and time. Without millions of dollars and several years to create sample batteries and test new products, businesses can flounder, unable to showcase products to investors or customers.
The missing link could be Polaris Battery Labs, Morris' new Beaverton-based manufacturing and testing lab that might even the playing field for U.S. battery companies.
The battery industry is "completely dominated by Asian companies, yet all of the inventions come out of the U.S.," said Morris, 57, who has acted as a consultant for battery startups since 2003.
Morris previously spent 21 years with Motorola. He recently served as vice president of operations at battery company Enevate.
Morris said his for-hire lab is rare in the U.S., and demand is strong. Nearly 40 potential customers, mostly American, have expressed interest in working with Polaris once its lab opens in July, Morris said.
An anonymous investor based in Asia, who Morris said "owns the No. 5 battery-tech company in the world," paid $850,000 of Polaris' startup costs. Polaris also won a $50,000 grant from electric-vehicle industry group Drive Oregon, and the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute awarded $50,000 to Polaris, Portland State University and Oregon Institute of Technology.

Neah has the Tekion patents, (Sean Huff is still a consultant or employee of Neah Power and shares Patents with Chris ) wonder who has the Motorola patents?
From 2011 Apple seems to have a patent for the fuel cell and Neah seems to be ahead of their schedule.. so may Neah is on schedule with their fuel cell development... maybe everyone involved think the same way...wonder who owns the motorola patents now...?
This eliminates the need for a bulky and heavy battery within the fuel cell system, which can significantly reduce the size, weight and cost of the fuel cell system,” reads one of the filings. “This fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack which converts fuel into electrical power. It also includes a controller which controls operation of the fuel cell system.”

Chris D'Couto registered a new domain last summer.
http://domainbigdata.com/nxenergi.us
New name for NEAH Power ? Or something else that may not be good for shareholders ?
The Dr. has been quiet for too long, the existence of the battery is good, will NEAH be able to manufacture it ?
The Bodycam to be available for purchase in Spring 2017, would be good to have batteries to put in it.

I can understand a bogus teaming agreement...but why would S4W place this information on a sell/order sheet for a product as serious as their drone?
Continuous Flight
• UAS management solution for continuous uninterrupted flight missions
• UAS of various energy sources to extend flight times
• Integrated Neah Power battery for extended, multiple Hour flight times.
Still on the website. This is not some backyard toy drone. S4W is trying to attract high end clients, police, military, contractors etc. Why would they advertise falsely for Neah's sake, nothing to gain when you are already partnered with VOXX.
Think they are going to post fraudulent information like this:
"Integrated Neah Power battery for extended, multiple Hour flight times."
Really? So xyz police department calls S4W to place an order based on the above claims...what do they tell their potential client? Oh, we posted that information so our buddy Chris D'Couto could sell shares of his slimy, defunct fuel cell/battery company.
Right...
Not sure why the delay, but still waiting.

No , i am actually a shareholder and because of that and the fact that I care about even my "high risk" money i do not want them to fail.
That is actually NEWS posted by a different company not NEAH. Since the links were just fixed recently it would enforce that the news is most likely true.
After all , why fix the link so that it can be read if it was old and not valid news. Too bad S4W does not agree with you.
The fact that you do not want it to be true is a personal problem.

Strange logic there.
Do not know what NEAHs status is since D'Couto has gone incomunicado.
However I will inject a quote from the S4W CEO.
"Paul Sault, CEO of S4W noted, “Our engineering staff and consultants immediately recognized the transformative nature of NEAH Power’s Formira HOD™ and PowerChip® solutions, specifically, when incorporated in a highly disruptive product like our Smart Body Cam where continuous power is necessary for delivery of the ever-important personnel and public safety benefits they provide. ?
So he states the intent to use NEAH in the bodycam, so why do you decide it will not be used in the camera ?
S4W recently fixed their news links regarding NEAH and VOXX, I see this as a re-iteration of their partnership with both.

Awesome find Bill. After all of these years following Neah, it would be an extraordinary event to hear the company announce the completion of a verified, ready for production product. With all of the due diligence you have posted, I am actually feeling rather optimistic.
Scouring the S4W website again,I saw this and had the same thought regarding VOXX's seriousness about the camera:
(inserted into the email chain)
Quote:
The ACCU.C 4G
body camera has been co-developed in partnership by S4W and VOXX Advanced Solutions
Corporation (VASC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VOXX International Corporation
(NASDAQ: VOXX), a worldwide leader in many automotive and consumer electronics
"The Audiovox® S4W Body Camera is the only Body Camera available in the market today designed and spec’d for the Military, holding the most current and top level DoD IT and Information Assurance Accreditations and Compliance certifications available."
I also went though all of the S4W partners websites and no one, other than Neah, appears to be producing batteries or fuel cells.
One S4W partner is offering this:
"Registration for this Drone/sUAS Pilot Training Program Experience™ is $5,800 (includes a Phantom 3 Professional aircraft, 1 extra intelligent battery,"
http://flexrightsolutions.com/commercial-drones/
The intelligent battery for the Phantom 3 last only 23 minutes:
http://store.dji.com/product/phantom-3-intelligent-flight-battery
The hydrogen drones that I have seen so far all run off of compressed gas. The formic acid reformer will truly revolutionize this market IMO. Much more convenient, especially for military or covert operations.
co-develop and market product incorporating NEAH POWER’s
http://www.s4worldwide.com/partners
Paul Sault, CEO of S4W complemented, “S4W welcomes the opportunity to co-develop and market product incorporating NEAH POWER’s advanced technologies. NEAH Power Systems and S4 Worldwide Execute Teaming Agreement for Business and Product Development
Posted on September 16, 2015 by Neah Power
S4 Worldwide to receive initial production of NEAH Power’s porous silicon battery for integration in Body Worn Cameras for Police and Security Professionals
Bothell, WA (Sept 16, 2015) – NEAH Power Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: NPWZ) (“NEAH POWER”) and S4W Worldwide Technologies (“S4W”) have announced a teaming agreement, by which both parties will work together to integrate NEAH POWER’s patented power generation and energy storage technologies with S4W’s industry leading security and defense products.
Under the agreement, NEAH POWER will deliver commercial units of its patented formic acid reformer fuel cell (Formira HOD™) and engineering units of its PowerChip® fuel cell and PowerChip® Battery. In addition, NEAH POWER will provide S4W with engineering and technical support to ensure successful integration into S4W’s products.
The agreement, which allows NEAH POWER and S4W to cooperatively market each of the other’s products, is expected to expand the number of distribution and sales channels available to the partners, and allow each to fully exploit the capabilities and growing customer bases of the other, with high capital efficiency.
Of particular focus in the agreement, is the cooperation of the parties on the anticipated commercialization and release of NEAH POWER’s ground breaking porous silicon-chip based PowerChip® Battery. In connection with the agreement, NEAH POWER will deliver S4W, as a preferred partner, initial production runs of the PowerChip® Battery for incorporation in S4W’s state-of-the-art body worn cameras currently being marketed to police and security professionals worldwide.
“We are most enthused to partner with S4W and their engineering teams to develop industry leading products with unprecedented durations of operation”, announced Chris D’Couto, President and CEO of Neah Power Systems, Inc. “The partnership with S4W, with its high caliber management and sales organization, will allow us to further advance our system integration strategy, while increasing the number of markets for the products offered by NEAH POWER and its partners. I strongly believe that this cooperation between NEAH POWER and S4W fits perfectly with our mantra to deliver power generation and energy storage solutions that are ‘smaller, lighter and more powerful’.”
S4W has an exclusive Technology Commercialization Agreement with Boeing Corporation for remote location surveillance equipment.
There were also Boeing rumors and Neah power floating around some time ago, maybe Neah will be part of the Sentry trailer and the Sentry drone...
https://www.linkedin.com/company/s4-worldwide-llc
Our Sentry is a trailer mounted, video camera and sensor platform that can communicate with the Internet via satellite, WiFi, mobile phone from extremely remote locations. Sentry has a self sustaining power system consisting of an array of solar panels and a bank of rechargeable batteries.
We have deployed S4W's SENTRY in the Oil and Gas industry as well as for SEPTA, the regional mass transit authority in the Philadelphia region.
S4W has recently announced a new product that has been developed with Boeing, called SENTRYGate. A high security gate that controls vehicle traffic at numerous US government installations around the world, has been coupled with S4W's communications, camera and mobile platform technology resulting in an access control system that can be operated from anywhere in the world via an Android device, IPhone or iPad.

The hydrogen drones that I have seen so far all run off of compressed gas. The formic acid reformer will truly revolutionize this market IMO. Much more convenient, especially for military or covert operations.

Solid-State Ceramic Technology: Designed with digital cameras, camcorders and cordless
phones in mind, Audiovox is demonstrating a super recharging system that can charge a two to
three hour solid-state ceramic battery in just a few minutes, instead of the hour or so it takes to
charge today’s lithium-ion batteries. The high-density, long-life battery can also sit in the closet
for up to two years without losing its charge, which means you won’t have to worry about
charging batteries when you grab the camera as you’re running out the door to the kid’s soccer
game. Look for this battery/super recharger in 2010-2011.
Fuel Cells: In the “coming sooner than you think” department, Audiovox is showing cuttingedge
fuel-cell technology for small, medium and large applications, including a handheld device
that accepts a cartridge that can provide 20 hours of charge time for a cell phone or smart phone.
“When the cartridge is spent, the resulting product is soapy water so there’s no negative impact
on the environment,” Lenzi said.
A brick-size fuel-cell booster for car batteries is also on display. “If you have a weak battery,”
Lenzi explained, “you pull this device out of your glove compartment, plug it into the cigarette

VOXX Advanced Solutions to Debut The Future of Body Cameras at ISC West 2017
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- VOXX Advanced Solutions Corporation (VASC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ: VOXX), today announced the Company will showcase ACCU.C 4G, a streaming 4G wearable body camera and 360-LP, a 360-degree body, dash and helmet camera at the upcoming ISC West Show in Las Vegas (April 5 – 7). Both camera solutions were designed for the specific needs of law enforcement officials and will be demonstrated inside the EyeLock booth (#8117) at the show. EyeLock, a market leader of iris-based identity authentication solutions, is a majority owned subsidiary of VOXX International.
ACCU.C 4G, a streaming 4G wearable body camera integrates streaming communication into a rugged, portable and reliable design, which is sure to surpass all expectations with a perfect combination of form and function. Designed for the specific needs of law enforcement officers, the ACCU.C 4G body camera provides clear, accurate video and audio footage for limitless use cases far beyond the capabilities of standard body cameras available today, and provides users with the ability to stream and/or record events as they happen. This device also provides certified users with a real-time assessment of ongoing events as they are happening and can live stream footage to nearby connected devices with text alert notifications.
360-LP, a highly versatile 360-degree body, dash and helmet camera utilizes the core technology developed by 360fly, Inc., VOXX's partner in the retail 360-degree camera space. 360-LP is changing the shape of video with a single-lens camera that captures stitch-less 360-degree video (2880x2880) with interactive and mobile viewing capabilities in powerful 4K resolution. The camera's unique form factor features a slim, curved designed developed to provide law enforcement officers with a multi-purpose solution for various use cases with the unique mounting options for the vehicle, helmet and body.
"The introduction of ACCU.C 4G and 360-LP provides advanced technology to law enforcement and other organizations with the ability to stream, capture and record real-time situations as they occur, beyond what is available in the traditional body camera market today. The addition of the ACCU.C 4G body camera for law enforcement officers will now give them the same capabilities that most cell phone equipped bystanders have today," said Tom Malone, President, VOXX Advanced Solutions Corporation. "In addition to the 360-LP offering being the most versatile 360-degree body camera on the market, it also acts as an in-vehicle dash camera, providing officers with footage far beyond what is captured in standard cameras today, which only record the view through the front windshield. With the 360-LP, officers can capture and record all events and activities in and around the vehicle, giving them a view of the front, sides, back and even inside the vehicle."
Both the ACCU.C 4G and 360-LP provide a complete and secure end-to-end solution, with a smooth transfer from event capture to file upload always preserving the complete integrity of a secure chain of custody for all audio and video content. The camera will automatically upload content captured via Wi-Fi, LTE (ACCU.C only) and/or direct download when placed into charging stations, so footage is never handled by human hands. The data management software is the last piece to making this a complete end-to-end solution, providing users with remote archiving capabilities to store, manage, search, and review captured footage.

There is a BOD that you would think would file timely reports see prior post. Mostly likely hied Mr Mays.. .
Neah Power Systems Inc. (NPWZ:OTCBB) and they have invented a better and safer battery. It's a lithium battery but one that has a higher power density than other lithium batteries now in use. Comparing the Tesla 18650 battery, the Neah Power battery has 1500 Watt-hours per liter (Wh/L) and 500 Watt-hours per kilogram (Wh/kg) and the standard Tesla 18650 battery has 280 Wh/l and 120 Wh/kg. Thus the Neah Power battery delivers 400%–500% more power than the Tesla battery and is safer.
he standard battery powering the current body cameras for police needs recharging every four hours. Neah Power has an order from a company supplying police cameras and the Neah Power battery will last a full shift or up to thirteen hours between charges.
I can't go into the technical details of what makes the batteries better because I don't understand all of the issues but basically the internals of the battery are fabricated on standard computer chip making machines. The Neah Power battery is made up of 320,000 micro batteries per square inch. If for any reason one of the 320,000 micro batteries goes bad, due to the physical separation between the individual batteries, there is no cross contamination. With a conventional two-dimensional battery, every point is connected to every other point. When one fails, the whole thing blows up. Literally.
Neah Power suffers the same sorts of problems every other young technical company suffers from. They have a lack of money and a lack of visibility. I liked the story enough that I went out on the open market and bought shares. The company needs to raise money and should any readers be interested, I suggest you contact the President Chris D'Couto directly for more information.
I hate the share structure; they have 1.9 billion shares outstanding and as of right now, the shares are quoted at $0.0009 apiece. I had a real problem figuring out just how many shares I got and I was afraid when I placed an order in getting the decimal point in the wrong place and owning the company shortly thereafter. But as of right now the company has a market cap of about $1.7 million. Various projections guess the total demand for battery storage in the world between $60 billion and $120 billion per year.
The process that Neah Power has invented to create the battery innards on a chip-making machine is highly scalable, unlike current technology. The company is in discussion with various large computer companies and automobile manufacturers but naturally whom they are talking to is not public information.
Neah Power did recently receive a grant from the U.S Department of Energy for their lithium battery development. It wouldn't take much in the way of news to drive this stock far higher
He had the skills to raise 70 million with less in hand then what he has today. I would think with what this board has found, he will come up with enough for the next step if he has not already made some deal waiting on test run of batteries or the fuel cell. With just him and the board in on whatever it might be there might not be the volume in the stock that most might be waiting for. IMO
His contacts seem to rate his skills fairly high and there are some highly successful people giving their input as to his skill...
He just does want to cant not seem to address them to the satisfaction of some of the Neah Power Ihub board members...

Motorola has made a strategic investment in North American micro fuel cell developer Tekion with a view to the inevitable rise of the fuel cell as a power source for mobile products. Tekion is driven by the mission to take mobile devices "off the grid". By integrating advanced battery technology with micro fuel cell technology, Tekion is creating a new "personal power source", known as the Formira Power Pack, that will fit inside mobile products and enable consumers to stay connected for as long as needed. Tekion's technology provides a competitive advantage for portable electronic products in the power range of milliwatts to 50 watts and energy range of 10 to 100 watt-hours. Several products and markets fall within these power and energy levels including: industrial handheld computers, satellite communication devices, notebook PCs, and other mobile products.

Business Update Monday ? getting interest from multiple parties from the consumer to the defense sector on the battery
From November 3, 2016
Updates on Monday? There is a lot that could be updated from prior Shareholder letters.......
The work related to DOE grant has started, and we have been exchanging various information with Argonne National Laboratory. We will continue to update as we make progress on this.
We are negotiating with groups in India to license the non-battery technologies for certain market rights in India. This is still in early stage, and we continue to maintain dialog. The group that we eventually partner with would also be instrumental in negotiating the licensing with the DRDO.
We are getting interest from multiple parties from the consumer to the defense sector on the battery. We continue to maintain dialog with these groups while we strive to complete the capitalization of the Company.
Thank you for your continued support, and best regards,
Chris D'Couto
BOTHELL, Washington, November 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
Neah Power Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: NPWZ) (OTC: NPWZ) - today issued the following Company update:
We continue our diligent efforts to capitalize the Company to realize the potential of the different technologies. For recent followers of the Company, we want to highlight our key products. We have the PowerChip® anaerobic (non-air) fuel cell, most recently accepted by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) of the Government of India. We also have the Formira Hydrogen on Demand (Formira HOD), the most energy dense solution for the generation of hydrogen from a safe liquid source. The BuzzBar Suite is an off-grid charging solution for consumer and commercial applications. We shipped our BuzzBar Gen2 product, and have a Gen3 design that will ship once we close the next round of financing. Finally, we have the PowerChip® Battery which recently received a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy in the Advanced manufacturing category in partnership with Argonne National Laboratory. All of our products and technologies are covered by 15 patents, 11 pending patent applications and various trade secrets and know how.
Capital Sourcing: This continues to be a challenge for the Company, and we are pursuing a variety of options to meet this critical need. We believe the Company has to be adequately capitalized to be able to source material and build products, and thus enabling the capitalization is a priority for the management of the Company. I have had multiple visits to the UAE where we continue to explore financing and business opportunities. We will update as this effort progresses.
Business update:
March 16, 2016
NEAH was invited to participate in the White House briefing on Feb 17. We have had various commercialization and capitalization discussions occur based on the networking at that event. As a direct result of attending the White House conference on Climate Change, we have been invited to attend three USTDA Reverse Trade Missions Focused on Energy Storage. The delegates are senior officials from South Africa, Jordon, Brazil, Colombia, India, the Philippines, Turkey and Vietnam.
I recently visited the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to explore certain licensing relationships to implement manufacturing and other partnership agreements. There is tremendous interest with the entities I met with to develop UAE into a renewable energy focused hub. We continue to explore and to finalize a mutually beneficial business relationship here.
We are in discussions with the Economic Development Authority of State in the USA regarding relocating to that State to enable their focus on renewable energy and battery storage. We expect this to get finalized in Q2 2016.
We continue to make progress on the previously announced MOU with a South Africa entity. We are in almost daily discussions with them, and are targeting an agreement with them by end of Q2 2016. This will provide a key production pathway for meeting our customer needs.
We have been negotiating a licensing agreement with an entity in India for the BuzzBar Suite and the Formira HOD products. India has been identified as one of the fastest growing markets for off-grid power, and this relationship can enable NEAH products to serve this region.
We have been negotiating a Formira HOD licensing with a group in Taiwan for the Greater China Region. Similar to India, the demand for off-grid power is significant, and continuing to grow in this region. This licensee partner is expected to visit us in the near future which will enable us to complete the anticipated transaction.
Our discussions with the DRDO are ongoing, and we expect to schedule a visit in Q2 2016.
We plan to submit for two separate grants for certain DOE funding with a National Laboratory in the US during the next 30 days.
Finally, the PowerChip® Battery continues to get tremendous interest from consumers and commercial entities. We are negotiating preliminary orders for this product, and due to the outsourced manufacturing model, we believe we can manufacture this very capital efficiently
While our capitalization situation is very challenging, the management is diligently working to complete various capitalization and commercialization activities that will help unlock the potential of the Company. We are pursuing licensing agreements initially since that would enable licensee partners to create manufacturing infrastructure to meet their needs but also the needs of NEAH.
Customer Sales / Licensing Discussions
The Company is also actively engaged in the following sales and licensing initiatives which are expected to deliver results and sales revenues in the near term:
We have a non-binding MOU for a strategic Joint Venture with a South African Consortium comprised of a Provincial Government and Platinum Mining Conglomerates regarding the sale and transfer of a license to produce NEAH Power’s fuel cell products for sale in Africa and the Middle East. Said JV is expected to generate significant revenues, as well as provide a preferred source of raw materials for the production of NEAH Power fuel cells and reformers. This JV is expected to generate short term revenue and ongoing royalty payments creating significant long term value for the Company. We are finalizing dates to visit, and to potentially execute final documents during the visit, for this initiative.
Our Teaming Agreements with Clear Path Technologies, Tectonica (Pvt) Ltd, S4W Technologies, Silent Falcon and Black-I Robotics, to integrate NEAH Power’s power generation and energy storage technologies in mature product lines with established customer bases, while rapidly and cost-effectively developing global markets for its products. Some of the licensing agreements under negotiation, discussed in Part I, developed from these Teaming agreements. Anticipated sales revenues under these teaming agreements is expected to reach $20mm in three years.
We are discussing a strategic Joint Venture with a Street Furniture/Outdoor Advertising company regarding the sale and integration of NEAH Power’s remote power solutions for long-term operation of public advertising displays to be installed under existing municipal contracts. Anticipated sales revenues under this JV is expected to reach $6mm in two years.
The True Market Cap of Neah – It Does Not Look
Unreasonable At All – Easily Can be Higher
Old but this text and the prior text have some figures for a starting point for what the Market Cap could be....wonder how the current shareholders will be treated .....
http://neahpower.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/NPWZ-August-5-2015.pdf
Neah Power Systems has tremendous growth opportunities in its future. A company with such growth
opportunities will likely spend most of its money on pursuing these opportunities rather than paying
back insiders. Therefore, we believe it is very likely that the insiders who were owed money will
eventually take stock in order to cancel out the debts.
The convertible debt will likely be converted to common equity at anywhere between the $0.003 and
$0.005, which will create shareholder dilution, but nothing that is not absorbable into the capital table
without too much pain. There could be quite a bit of variability in the number of shares to which the
preferred stock converts, but if we just assume that it will convert at or around the current price,
approximately 385 million shares of dilution will occur.
This leaves us with a theoretical true share count of approximately 2.12 billion and with the shares
currently trading at approximately 1/2 cent we get a true total market capitalization of only about $11
million.
Do not believe this is unreasonable for a company with such a strong patent portfolio and cutting edge
technologies that are targeted at some very dynamic market areas.
But not believe a market capitalization of approximately $11 million for this Company is in any way
out of line. We can see situations occurring in the near and mid-term future that would support a much
higher valuation and share price.
