S4W email chains with Sildo's eight month old video links

Voxx international special projects in New YorK? Tom Malone?

Malone will manage the company’s existing partnerships with 360fly in the action-camera market, AT&T for the connected car, Eyelock for iris-authentication biometric solutions, and S4W in marketing 4G streaming body cameras and services to law-enforcement personnel.

Neah's NExt tera watt factory

great video which now seems to have just been removed.....from the removed video dubbed in D Cutou's voice.

Not only is each battery 6 times better than the one Tesla had at that time....the gigafactory that is such a huge accomplishment....

Neah Video the Nxterra is (Next Terra factory Pending funding) is 6 times the production the tera watt factory...mentioned in the videos....

The missing link was be Polaris Battery Labs,

NEAH-POLARIS-TESTING-MANUFACTURING-REV6 https://vimeo.com/178787865

Morris' new Beaverton-based manufacturing and testing lab that might even the playing field for U.S. battery companies.

BYD and Motorola have a relationship.... wonder if that's were the money for the battery lab came from?
The might be the fifth largest battery maker in China....

BYD is Buffet money...

Motorola Links again

Companies face two immediate hurdles: money and time. Without millions of dollars and several years to create sample batteries and test new products, businesses can flounder, unable to showcase products to investors or customers.

The missing link could be Polaris Battery Labs, Morris' new Beaverton-based manufacturing and testing lab that might even the playing field for U.S. battery companies.

The battery industry is "completely dominated by Asian companies, yet all of the inventions come out of the U.S.," said Morris, 57, who has acted as a consultant for battery startups since 2003.

Morris previously spent 21 years with Motorola. He recently served as vice president of operations at battery company Enevate.

Morris said his for-hire lab is rare in the U.S., and demand is strong. Nearly 40 potential customers, mostly American, have expressed interest in working with Polaris once its lab opens in July, Morris said.

An anonymous investor based in Asia, who Morris said "owns the No. 5 battery-tech company in the world," paid $850,000 of Polaris' startup costs. Polaris also won a $50,000 grant from electric-vehicle industry group Drive Oregon, and the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute awarded $50,000 to Polaris, Portland State University and Oregon Institute of Technology.

I can understand a bogus teaming agreement...but why would S4W place this information on a sell/order sheet for a product as serious as their drone?

Continuous Flight
• UAS management solution for continuous uninterrupted flight missions
• UAS of various energy sources to extend flight times
• Integrated Neah Power battery for extended, multiple Hour flight times.

Still on the website. This is not some backyard toy drone. S4W is trying to attract high end clients, police, military, contractors etc. Why would they advertise falsely for Neah's sake, nothing to gain when you are already partnered with VOXX.

Think they are going to post fraudulent information like this:

"Integrated Neah Power battery for extended, multiple Hour flight times."

Really? So xyz police department calls S4W to place an order based on the above claims...what do they tell their potential client? Oh, we posted that information so our buddy Chris D'Couto could sell shares of his slimy, defunct fuel cell/battery company.
Right...

Not sure why the delay, but still waiting.

No , i am actually a shareholder and because of that and the fact that I care about even my "high risk" money i do not want them to fail.

That is actually NEWS posted by a different company not NEAH. Since the links were just fixed recently it would enforce that the news is most likely true.

After all , why fix the link so that it can be read if it was old and not valid news. Too bad S4W does not agree with you.

The fact that you do not want it to be true is a personal problem.

Strange logic there.

Do not know what NEAHs status is since D'Couto has gone incomunicado.

However I will inject a quote from the S4W CEO.

"Paul Sault, CEO of S4W noted, “Our engineering staff and consultants immediately recognized the transformative nature of NEAH Power’s Formira HOD™ and PowerChip® solutions, specifically, when incorporated in a highly disruptive product like our Smart Body Cam where continuous power is necessary for delivery of the ever-important personnel and public safety benefits they provide. ?

So he states the intent to use NEAH in the bodycam, so why do you decide it will not be used in the camera ?

S4W recently fixed their news links regarding NEAH and VOXX, I see this as a re-iteration of their partnership with both.

Everyone can do their own DD... three clicks as listed below.

Awesome find Bill. After all of these years following Neah, it would be an extraordinary event to hear the company announce the completion of a verified, ready for production product. With all of the due diligence you have posted, I am actually feeling rather optimistic.

Scouring the S4W website again,I saw this and had the same thought regarding VOXX's seriousness about the camera:

(inserted into the email chain)
Quote:
The ACCU.C 4G
body camera has been co-developed in partnership by S4W and VOXX Advanced Solutions
Corporation (VASC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VOXX International Corporation
(NASDAQ: VOXX), a worldwide leader in many automotive and consumer electronics

"The Audiovox® S4W Body Camera is the only Body Camera available in the market today designed and spec’d for the Military, holding the most current and top level DoD IT and Information Assurance Accreditations and Compliance certifications available."

I also went though all of the S4W partners websites and no one, other than Neah, appears to be producing batteries or fuel cells.

One S4W partner is offering this:

"Registration for this Drone/sUAS Pilot Training Program Experience™ is $5,800 (includes a Phantom 3 Professional aircraft, 1 extra intelligent battery,"
http://flexrightsolutions.com/commercial-drones/

The intelligent battery for the Phantom 3 last only 23 minutes:
http://store.dji.com/product/phantom-3-intelligent-flight-battery

The hydrogen drones that I have seen so far all run off of compressed gas. The formic acid reformer will truly revolutionize this market IMO. Much more convenient, especially for military or covert operations.

co-develop and market product incorporating NEAH POWER’s

http://www.s4worldwide.com/partners

Paul Sault, CEO of S4W complemented, “S4W welcomes the opportunity to co-develop and market product incorporating NEAH POWER’s advanced technologies. Our engineering staff and consultants immediately recognized the transformative nature of NEAH POWER’s Formira HOD™ and PowerChip® solutions, specifically, when incorporated in a highly disruptive product like our Smart Body Cam where continuous power is necessary for delivery of the ever-important personnel and public safety benefits they provide

Feature 024:

"[0024] An embodiment of a body camera may further include circuitry for charging an internal battery via inductive charging. Energy from an inductive charging pad may be transferred wirelessly through an inductive coupling to charge the internal battery. A body camera may further include charge monitoring circuitry to monitor the rate of charge and the amount of charge remaining. A body camera may include, for example, a 3.7V battery with 2,000 mAH. A body camera may use a higher voltage battery or a lower voltage battery and may further include one or ]more expandable battery packs. A body camera may also incorporate the use of a hydrogen, or other technology, fuel-cell for an extended battery life that may exceed 24 hours. A body camera may alternatively or additionally include a silicon-based battery for longer run time and/or longer battery lifetime. Hopefully we get some info on this in the update.
