The double screens help him with using both sides of his mouth :)
I don't disagree, however last time this happened it was good for Gold traders. Somehow, Gold has become a catalyst driven engine where hysterics and prognostication of political figures are manipulated to trump fundamentally significant facts.
Near term is a toss up. In 5 days the house will be battling again for debt ceiling/budget limits. Will be volatile
Gold week is coming up. India and China expected to increase purchases. That coupled with the potential Gov shut down and looming debt ceiling issue may give a nice bump.

Asian Physical Demand Could Support Gold - Commerzbank
Tuesday September 24, 2013 8:44 AM
Stronger physical demand from Asia could offer some support to the gold market, says Commerzbank. They expect that Chinese gold buyers could take advantage of the recent price break to stock up ahead of next week’s “Golden Week” holiday. The bank says India may import more gold again in the coming weeks, following a weekend meeting between gold importers and the government aimed at easing the congested import situation. “At present, considerable quantities of gold are still in storage waiting to clear customs at Indian airports. In India, the festival and wedding season is just around the corner – this is the country’s period of highest demand, which should be even more buoyant this year thanks to a good monsoon season. This should preclude any continued slide in the price of gold,” they say.

NP. For an obscure blog site, there seems to be some decent macro views as I read through it last night. I'm banking on a cat fight in DC in 5 days. We shall see
.???
....And reweighing of the markets in the last 10 minutes
I was being cautious.... Actually deleted "40%" before posting
When is this supposed to happen?
Cost of producing the new blackberry and not being able to monetize. Watch this thing close down 30%. Wish I had puts right now.
800k shares bought right before halt....
BBRY halted for news
Made 170% on SRPT today
Thank you
I was looking at the chart and had an intermediate term goal of $31 on GDX until yesterday. I have to believe this is just healthy capitulation, but always like to hear other opinions. Appreciate the reply
How do you see GLD and GDX shaking out through next week?
Z = Zephyr?
Where does everyone see GDX over the next two weeks?
247% collectively today on my ABX and GDX calls.
Good day
LOL!
Who am I to judge? Big ups to free market capitalism
"buyout rumors (LOL!)"
Christ...my money is on this one
Made 56% on the Oct 62.50 Calls today. Not a bad 48 hours. Closed out ledger until market speaks on the taper.
To add some color here, I actually just closed out my last position for a gain [5th today :)] in my trading account and will remain sidelined until the fed and then the market speaks. Got lucky with the rising tide today, didn't feel comfortable floating these positions (GMCR, YELP, DDD, UNXL, VHC) overnight or into the later half of the week until it is more clear if the taper is priced in or not. Point being, it's not just DSS, I don't trust any stock right now.
Yes it will, but hopefully a blockbuster Q1 next year. GL
Still sidelined. Waiting for fed taper to see how that effects the market. That and the time between now and the 4 month mark for Mrkman (next month). If I miss a few points so be it, but I'd like to see sub $1.15 for ideal entry.
Ouch....just about wiped out a years worth of gains AH
NP
Yes sir!
Nothing new on PACER since 9/4 case management filing
