If we get a good PR... who knows, lol. If no PR, I think we linger in the .003 to .006 range. Good time for flippers IMO. I don't play the flip tho :(
Hurry up and wait!
Thanks!!!
Wait... what? So I show my my non-naivity when it comes to excuses, facts, and reasons? So, what you are saying is that I see through your excuses, lack of facts and failure to reason?
Well, in that case... Thanks m8!
lol IMO IMO IMO hahahah
You posted the following (an English teacher rolled over in his/her grave):
You show your naivity when it comes to financial transactions and forensic audits.
Not excuses, facts and reasons.
imo
People should LOOK before they leap... that's all I'm saying.
Some will listen... some will leap.
To each their own.
GLTU and your investments.
So it's a foregone conclusion? I wonder why the OSC/ASC/RCMP hasn't seen your foregone conclusion...
excuses... excuses!!! lol! IMO
Sulja case was a slam dunk. Yes, of course! That is why OSC/ASC/RCMP is still investigating... riiiight.
SLJB has assets. RCMP is holding the proof. What is taking so long??? Sulja Bros family business going to jail??? I don't think so! AF's will come in time. The patient longs will be rewarded for their serious investment.
Good luck to you and whatever you plan to do after this.
LOL
Yes, I'm sure that's what they'd say... lol. All just my opinion. We all know there's a lot more that goes on behind the scenes. Lawyers would never come out and say... well, the plaintiff didn't have a leg to stand on...
IMO his lawyer bailed him out before humiliation... Just my opinion...
Wanna bet the Drago suit got dropped because the plaintiff was not a serious long term investor? I mean, what type of court takes anyone in this stock for less than a few months seriously? I'm pretty sure businesses are given some leniency over stock control as long as it is in the interest of the overall good... i.e. raising millions of dollars to expand the business!
Hmmm... starting to sound like SLJB is following through.
In my opinion of course. Connect your own dots.
And I'll chase it with a shot of Whiskey.
Amen to that brother!
Nice, glad to hear that. Yeah, it's a pretty sweet photo posting site. I may even get some prints from my marriage... or... well... at least post them there :0)
I think your post crosses the line... You should not threaten physical violence agaisnt anyone. Let justice serve its purpose.
El Camino, I typed the address to the pics i posted into my laptop and it came up with no problem.. no log in. But I'm on the same internet.. not sure if it goes by IP address. You actually had to log in to view?
I read the PR's, read the Windsor Star garbage, considered the pictures and input I've received from T/S and SLJB IR.
I'm sorry, but until you actually give me something to change my mind you havn't succeeded. You post opinions. The court registries are not the lands end. You really have to do better.
Please, try again. I'm serious. I'll consider anything you can show me that is actually proof... Hearsay about court records or even considering court records as THE ONE AND ONLY BASIS for your argument that a PR is true or fals is just... well.. it's limited to say the least.
Man, this is too funny.
Nope, just hearsay. Try again.
He called it "proof" in his opinion. Proof is never a matter of opinion... It is a matter of FACT.
lol... all too easy here.
You called it "proof" in your opinion. Proof is never a matter of opinion... It is a matter of FACT.
lol... all too easy here.
And you call THAT proof. It's you opinion, NOT proof.
Good luck in getting anyone to consider this "proof".
I really hope there is another extension... It will only serve to BOLSTER my confidence that the OSC/ASC/RCMP is finding SLJB more and more a reputable and legitimate company.
Yeah, so you are equating PR's to due process. I don't get it. Due process = PR's??? DOES NOT COMPUTE.
Prove any of the PR's as lies. I'm sure the OSC would like your inputs too... I mean... I'm sure the OSC would like access to your PROOF.
I tested the site I used... I don't think there was a requirement to log in.
Aye, salute!
You allowed your mind to be made up after Nov 15, 2006. No, not a long.
I'm glad. I'm sure you will sound like the same broken record of disgruntled short term investors they started hearing back in November. Good luck to you.
So now due process = public releases?
What color is the sky in your world? What planet are you on?
Oh no, the AF's are late.... Everyone jump ship. Whatever.
Folks, you don't just spring up onvernight into a multimillion dollar business. SLJB is a family run business of over 20 years. The SLJB business plan has been made clear to those who care enough to read about it. Operations are being pursued in Canada and have roots in the USA from the LFWK days. Also, SLJB is interested in developing ME projects.
My opinion is that this OSC/ASC business will be cleared up and was really the product of angry short term investors who levied all their hopes on timely production of AF's. Shame on them and too bad for them being so short-sighted. When the full weight of the Sulja family business tradition and all the support they have comes through... Well, the longs will all be smugger than they already are.
Good luck to everyone. Buy the cheap shares while you still can IMO. Sulja has been around for 20+ years and they aren't just gonna roll over at the onset of a little pressure.
Prima Facie means: "on its first appearance". That means the ASC statement needs to be proven. Once Sulja settles the OSC issues the ASC will also be settled. The ASC statement makes it sound like SLJB cutout and ran from Ontario for safe haven in Alberta... That's outrageous and ridiculous:
1. SLJB still has operations in Ontario
2. Sulja Bros Building Supplies ANNOUNCED the move and expansion... the move/expansion to Alberta and the expansion of Ontario operations.
They aren't trying to dodge a bullet... there is NO smoking gun in their hand. Utter nonsense from the ASC IMO and doing more to hurt the public good then to pursue it. SLJB needs to come through with the AF's which can only be done once the RCMP cooperates and gives back the AF documents. Not fair that SLJB has cooperated for so long but has to put up with RCMP delays. It's just not due process.
Once again... here's the communication from SLJB on June 26... the ASC statement was made in AUGUST... Nothing to hide by Sulja Bros:
"Calgary is Canada's fastest growing market, and we would like to take this opportunity to concentrate our efforts there," said Sulja. "In order to facilitate this move, we are expanding our location on County Road 17 to service our clients, and closing down our Harrow location. The decision to close Harrow after 19 years was a hard one, but we are ultimately responsible to our shareholders."
He continued, "We have secured a location in Calgary and shortly after the Grand Opening there, I will be traveling to other prospective locations that we have been researching for further expansions."
lol, whhhhaatttevvverrrr. No it's not, plenty of inventory!
Hmmm, well... I guess you are going to continue losing arguments by turning a blind eye to communication from the company. The PR says that they closded down the Harrow location.
Good to see accurate info from SLJB as verified by Woody's pictures. Thank youy Woody!
Oh, there you go again ignoring the PR aspect of it.... I wonder why that is:
"Calgary is Canada's fastest growing market, and we would like to take this opportunity to concentrate our efforts there," said Sulja. "In order to facilitate this move, we are expanding our location on County Road 17 to service our clients, and closing down our Harrow location. The decision to close Harrow after 19 years was a hard one, but we are ultimately responsible to our shareholders."
He continued, "We have secured a location in Calgary and shortly after the Grand Opening there, I will be traveling to other prospective locations that we have been researching for further expansions."
Here's your sign... you going to continue basing arguments that are refuted by easily verifiable PR's? Did you see Frenchy's pictures? Okay, now visualize Frenchy's pictures and read this PR... then connect the dots:
"Calgary is Canada's fastest growing market, and we would like to take this opportunity to concentrate our efforts there," said Sulja. "In order to facilitate this move, we are expanding our location on County Road 17 to service our clients, and closing down our Harrow location. The decision to close Harrow after 19 years was a hard one, but we are ultimately responsible to our shareholders."
He continued, "We have secured a location in Calgary and shortly after the Grand Opening there, I will be traveling to other prospective locations that we have been researching for further expansions."
Maybe you didn't see the PR. The world has known of the Harrow closure since the June 26 PR. No surprise the gate would be up, in the way, unpassable, closed... or how ever you want to say it. Here's an excerpt:
"Calgary is Canada's fastest growing market, and we would like to take this opportunity to concentrate our efforts there," said Sulja. "In order to facilitate this move, we are expanding our location on County Road 17 to service our clients, and closing down our Harrow location. The decision to close Harrow after 19 years was a hard one, but we are ultimately responsible to our shareholders."
He continued, "We have secured a location in Calgary and shortly after the Grand Opening there, I will be traveling to other prospective locations that we have been researching for further expansions."
Sounds like some tight-knit networking IMO. Good for business!
Yeah, the gate was UP... as in closed. We all read the PR... OFN... Here's what I said: You sent me a picture of the closed Harrow location with the gate up. Yes, I read the PR. I know they closed. Thank you for the picture.
lol... you are too funny.
Woody posted:
"Well, believe what you want.
A picture is a picture.
There is no open gate in the Harrow pic BTW. "
Well, that is YOUR opinion and I respect it. We all must wait for AF's to verify what is and what is not.
GLTU.
http://grande25.myphotoalbum.com for Woody's pics.
Here's my take:
Woody,
I give you my sincere gratitude for sending me those pictures. I think you are very considerate for doing what you have done. However, I'm not sure what you mean by proving credibility. Showing someone pictures does not make you credible. What makes you credible is consistent integrity over a long period of time. I am not saying that you aren't credible. What I'm saying is that you have to take everything you get from these boards rather it be text, links, or photos with a grain of salt. So with that said, until we meet in person, shake hands, have a beer, talk about SLJB, business, etc etc etc... you know.. it just takes a lot more than some text and pictures to really establish credibility.
So, Thanks for the pictures. Now some background on my self. I have about 15 years experience in reviewing military intelligence photos. Most of it was practical work in the field and more recently I've completed some undergraduate level coursework. What I'm saying is that I'm critical in what I look at.
You sent me a picture of the closed Harrow location with the gate up. Yes, I read the PR. I know they closed. Thank you for the picture.
You sent me pictures of the open SAM's/Sulja location showing empty cargo/flatbed trucks. There were at least two of these pictures where people were actually in the parking lot talking to eachother. Nice timing I guess... Or they are so busy that you just happened to cruise by when there were people outside being busy. I like the idea that there were people outside just by coincidence... makes think that it's not just a fluke since it was that way in at least two of the pics you sent me. Also, there was a red truck "custon inullation". It was active since it was at two locations in the parking lot from two different pics. This is also good, shows that the business is networking and working with other building supply chains.
It was odd to me that you always took pictures from a moving car (except Tecumseh). It's just a whole can of worms for questions. I know you are capable of getting out of the car because of the pics you showed me of the Tecumseh location. I could see what looked to be a reasonably fit male wearing a #34 sports t-shirt? But hey, I know how it is... or I know how I am. I tend to recoil from public scenes too. That's just the way I am. If you want to take pics from moving cars and take pictures at locations when they are closed for business, no problem. fine.
The bottom line IMO is that the pictures you took show just what Frenchy's pictures showed, albeit from different vantage points. That is, pictures that show a functional and legitimate business. Now we have to wait for SLJB to show us the MONEY.. errr I mean AF's to really verify all the claims since the LFWK days.
Thank you again for the pictures. If I've offended you in any way, I apologize sincerely. I hope you, me and other posters here can all talk about this some day over a beer and some pretzels :)
This stock is funny... we have what? One token basher? Where's the hard core basher crew?
lol, okay... okay... :)
