Yes, it is clear what happened here today with SBFM.
This is EXACTLY the reason why America is the greatest country in the world!
Chocolate ice cream that will get you drunk??? SIGN ME UP!
I bought another 100k shares. My head says STOP but my gut says BUY.
wait....there are chocolates here??? And a free hotel breakfast bar?????
I love this stock!
seriously though....do people just not believe that the contracts are real?
This isn't rocket science. If even a small amount of revenue (a million per month) hits the books here this company is WAY undervalued.
bnow market cap now under 8 million usd. What is wrong with this picture?
I guess I am going to hold for awhile. I don't see what I am missing. My gut tells me to buy more but I can't find the reason why this is dropping.
Meanwhile, RVVTF, a otcbb pennystock from Canada is in stage 3 trials for its covid solution and is a target for buyout for its magic mushroom therapy.
It's ascension started at around .03 just like SBFM.
It is Canadian just like SBFM.
It is producing something of value that will get bought out by a major pharma....just like SBFM.
This train is leaving the station this summer and it is not looking back. These tickets are the last of the cheapies. Let the 3 month countdown start now.
- no dilution
- easily replicable business model with easy funding for medrecycler
- Solar panels coming
This is a $1 stock sometime in the next 24 months and Nick will be on the Nas in 5 years in my opinion.
We will agree to disagree.
The idea that no company on the otcbb can develop a product of value to a larger company is just plain stupid. It happens all the time. Add in the fact that the CEO here once developed a company with a billion dollar market cap then this situation where SBFM succeeds is all the more likely.
The point you are attempting to make is inane. I just went through a business sale in which our product was bought by an industry giant for the highest multiple ever. Everybody told us that what we were trying to do was not possible and we did it anyway.
I have been here before and I have participated in exactly what Dr. Slilaty is trying to do.
Sunshine Biopharma will either succeed or fail and the result will be solely based on the effectiveness of the products produced. The projection of people who aren't successful will have zero affect on the outcome here.
Tenkay, nobody really thinks this company is bringing a drug to market. Neither does Slilaty imo. This whole exercise is about producing something of value so the company and/or product is bought out by one of the big pharma giants.
Megas must be barely hanging on now. At his age it won’t be long until he is having cocktails with Urban Casavant and Mario Pino at the scammer’s bar down below.
I am still holding 45 million +.... I am just bored with the same conversation over and over.... I am looking forward to this summer with this stock for sure.
I must be really missing something here. This is EXACTLY the type of situation in which I would make a big profit. This stock should really be moving up.
I am going to hold and read some more.
lmao....somebody with shares just repainted at 4.01 so they can keep accumulating. Nice. Sorry about my 7 buy...I should have been more considerate. :)
Yeah I spent 200 bucks to paint the tape at 7.00......so what??
I hope as shareholders we are allowed to go to the free breakfast at some point.
That is the spirit, lol!
I have made so much money gambling like this over the last 6 months I can’t believe it. I like this one... good luck to us.
I don’t believe anybody anymore.... lol, I am gambling. This is a great story and great share structure though so if they are telling the truth there will be good money here.
High risk/ high reward with BNOW.
Lol, nope. I think that might run the pps up a bit. ;)
If anybody wants to unload some shares though, I will take everything at 4 and under.
I think we will see an OS of 446 million.
I was not a fan of Robin Williams the manic personality either, but he was an incredible actor. He was great in Awakenings and Dead Poet's Society as well.
Your point is well taken on the paperwork concerning the 8ks and the form 4s. Have a good Sunday. I am out for some pickleball. :)
you aren't comprehending what I am saying- I don't care if they convert! Brett Rosen and his partner deserve to get whatever is coming to them if this company succeeds in my opinion.
I don't see it either and that is (potentially) a problem.
To determine whether you need to submit an 8-K, your management team needs to ask itself this question: Does this event affect decisions made by investors, now or in the future? If you answer yes, then you need to file the 8-K.
I disgree. There is WAY more downside than upside. Most pink sheets companies fail. Hell, most QB companies fail and it is not even close.
However, that is why we are here, right? We are here for the risk and we hope for the reward.
I have made a lot of money betting on CEOs with visions. I have also lost a lot of money. I like Slilaty's chances.
That does not address any point I made.
You don't like the terms of the loan- I get that. However, every shareholder is aware of these terms.
Your point is also NOT FACTUAL. The company can pay off the note in cash with no penalty if the company succeeds in its business plan.
and you left out this-
Sunshine Biopharma said February 4 it signed an exclusive license agreement with the University of Georgia (UGA) for two unidentified anti-coronavirus compounds which UGA had previously developed and patented. Sunshine said the next step in its development plan involves testing of the efficacy of these compounds in transgenic mice that have been genetically engineered to become susceptible to infection by SARS-CoV-2. The mice will be and subsequently treated with the test compounds to determine if progression to diseases can be arrested. Such studies are anticipated to be underway later in February.
It would have taken you one minute to find this- https://www.genengnews.com/covid-19-candidates/sunshine-biopharma-and-university-of-georgia-sbfm-pl4-and-two-compounds/
I have no idea. He married a girl that I went to High School with and I lost track of them 35 years ago. I guess I am not one of those high school reunion types. ;)
Good news then for the company. According to Tenkay there is nothing that securitizes the debt.
Collateral- something pledged as security for repayment of a loan, to be forfeited in the event of a default.
"she put her house up as collateral for the bank loan"
Somebody call the Doctor. He does not have to pay back any of the loans. This should really improve the balance sheet.
Tenkay, that is provably untrue. Please read the press releases.
UGa is actively participating in this study.
What a great book. Fatjo's model was later copied by Service (largest funeral home business) and Sysco. Fatjo is a Houston legend for sure.
Excuse me..."collateral" has a definition. You are choosing to ignore the definition which is why this became a semantic argument. I chose to be polite and you chose to accuse me of ignoring facts?
You claimed that there is "no way" for the note to RBC to be paid off. That is clearly not true.
You then claimed that the note has no collateral when the collateral is in fact what securitizes the note- shares in the company.
You also questioned whether or not the SEC might suspend trading here and you presented NO EVIDENCE.
If you want to search for truth I am with you 100%. You should stick to facts though.
this quickly devolved into a semantic argument and that is fine.
I am fine with Brett Rosen and his partner making this deal with SBFM. Brett seems like a smart guy who is going to win either way.
I was always destined to lose or win the moment I bought this stock solely based on the Dr. fulfilling his business plan.
This is not a VYST situation where the company is clearly lying to shareholders. This situation is about a pink sheet stock that made a deal with a toxic lender. The company can buy its way out if the company is successful. We will all get crushed if the company is not successful.
We are all in agreement, no?
You said that RBC has no downside. Now you say that there is no collateral. You can't have it both ways.
Collateral is defined as "something pledged as security for repayment of a loan". The shares are the security.
Of course it is. The collateral (asset) is the company. The lender gets paid no matter what happens, no?
