this quickly devolved into a semantic argument and that is fine.

I am fine with Brett Rosen and his partner making this deal with SBFM. Brett seems like a smart guy who is going to win either way.

I was always destined to lose or win the moment I bought this stock solely based on the Dr. fulfilling his business plan.

This is not a VYST situation where the company is clearly lying to shareholders. This situation is about a pink sheet stock that made a deal with a toxic lender. The company can buy its way out if the company is successful. We will all get crushed if the company is not successful.

We are all in agreement, no?
