Excuse me..."collateral" has a definition. You are choosing to ignore the definition which is why this became a semantic argument. I chose to be polite and you chose to accuse me of ignoring facts?

You claimed that there is "no way" for the note to RBC to be paid off. That is clearly not true.

You then claimed that the note has no collateral when the collateral is in fact what securitizes the note- shares in the company.

You also questioned whether or not the SEC might suspend trading here and you presented NO EVIDENCE.

If you want to search for truth I am with you 100%. You should stick to facts though.
