Reaching production is the key element. Everyone have a nice weekend and don't forget to route for my "Steelers" in the Superbowl.
NBRI has been a buying opportunity for some time, and I don't think that is my opinion only. I have been Long and Strong for over three years and will patiently wait for the inevitable. No predictions, time will tell. Of the 20 or more mining stocks that I own, NBRI has the most potential. Do your own DD and see for yourself.
Phrantic: The one thing in our favor is the 5 million in funding and the proposed EB-5 funding. Those two items put us way above the run of the mill mining or exploration company. One property at a time, reinvesting in the other properties as funds become available is the key to a sucessful operation. I'm sure Perry is aware of that and will take full advantage of the funds available to generate maximum cash flow. North Bay Resources, in my humble opinion, could become a Major mining operation in the future.
Article is right about doing your own DD. I use bullion bulls canada guidelines.

I assume it's a stock transfer company and Royal Mines and Minerals is trying to generate cash flow.
It won't untill they make a statment about reserves in the ground.

Your response from Perry will most likely say he is concentrating on the Ruby Mine and the EB-5 funding.
Thanks. You should get a reply, but I doubt it will answer your question. Perry always answers my E-Mails, but is usually evasive on the B.C. properties.
My thought is that with "Financing" the MOU with the "Contract Mining Operation" could become a mining reality. Once mining starts, the one billion in Gold and Silver reserves make GNMT very attractive.
Would like to see an update on our B.C. JV's.
EB-5 funds received would do it.
Thanks
Why no Bid and Ask on GNMT???
Add the fact that only 6 MM's are actively buying and selling indicates to me that there are not many shares on the open market up for sale at this time. GLTA NBRI longs.
One MM selling @ .042 Everyoune else at .06 or higher. Should be interesting.
Gemstone: I hope so since I'm sitting on 1.6 Million. Will have to check on share structure. Think the total is onlt 68 million, which makes me happy.
Gemstone: I picked up another 45,000 at .031 per share. Seller is AUTO which makes me think that it's an investor trying to unload some shates before year end. There were 6.3 million shares purchased on November first between .031 and .045 per share and most of those investors are still holding.
My opinion only, but it would take one foreign investor with VERY DEEP POCKETS to come up with the necessary funds to operate the mine. A number of small investors are not going to get the job done. I beleive that Perry will get the job done, no matter what it takes. Time will tell. Let's all have faith that 2011 will be a turning point for this entire operation, both the Ruby mine and the JV properties.
Point taken. The big question is "Will we receive any foreign investment money?". If that dosent come into play we still have the $5,000,000.00 Tangiers that could be used to help us reach the production stage. That, after all, I beleive is the ultimate goal, "To have a producing gold mine" and to have our JV partners producing on our properties.

Walt: I aggree with you, but most likely you'll get paid if and when I do. When the Ruby Mine produces. Key personel will be needed at the very least to train the local work force in up to date mining practices. Mining has become a complicated business filled with government requlations that must be met to stay in business. This isn't magic, and will take time to come to be accomplished.
croaker246
Might disagree with you Walt. Labor for the mine would come from the local employment base, but the expertese for overseeing the operation, the needed equipment, and maintaining safety issues, etc. would need to come from experienced management. "Perry can't do all that by himself, he needs someone qualified in miming operations.
Croaker246
Ruby Mine update: I have “Perry looking into the RMMC state of the art precious metal recovery system, web site below.
http://www.royalmmc.com/
Also sent him a list of about ten US based “Contract Mining Services” that could operate the Ruby Mine from planning stage through production once the funding is in place.
croaker246
GEMSTONE: I'll secont that statement. With all our properties and the upcoming Ruby Gold Mine operation I can forsee NBRI becoming a Major player in the Gold market. All it would take is a little luck and the proper PR statments at the appropriate times. So far Perry has proved to me that he knows what he is doing.
Number one - I don't think Perry is interested in selling at this point. Number two - We need to be in production first. Number three - One of our JV's might be interested in buying out one of the B.C. properties sometime down the road.
Craoker246
I am more long term in my thinking. With all the properties that North Bay controls, it could become a major in my opinion. Started accumulating NBRI in 2008 and haven't sold any to date. That could change in 2011.

Goldigger:
I own 1.5 million plus shares.
Connection between your posts and AUMY????? TIA
Re: Stealing your lines / you and Walt are good teachers.
Cee-It:
In my opinion, once you see the uplist, that will free up Perry to submit updates and news releases for up-coming operations. I also think that once we start receiving foreign investors for the Ruby mine the pps on this stock will increase substantially. Could only be wishfull thinking on my part, but that's why we play this game. If you dont have faith in the stock that you buy, you're in the wrong game in my opinion.
Keep the faith and have a happy holiday.
Cee-it: only 90,200Shares sold at .03 or less per share for $2499.09 total. Now back to .033 per share with the next higher ask on level 2 at .037 per share. Relax and enjoy the action.
I'm still holding over 1.5 million shares and am in anticipation of this stock making me a millionaire. Our time will come in my opinion. Perry is from eastern pennsylvania and I am from western pennsylvania. That's no reason to buy his stock, I just like his attitude on life and his outlook for the company. Plus the fact that he has never been paid by this company and needs to make a go of it to receive his back compensation.

I see nice volume and price movement with no news to support it.
Could be somthing is coming. GLTA
