Please post the correct chart.
If the chart you are referring to is actually made up, that should be extremely easy to verify. Let's see the real chart please. Maybe a side by side to see what information is different?
That is simply not accurate. I showed you the quote and it was not misquoted.
"Painted" is the word that is simply not accurate.
A made up chart?
I think I've heard it all now!
LMFAO
Thank you for understanding the PPS has closed up for months.
The word "painted" has no bearing on the statement because it's simply not accurate. It takes actual real-time trades to do a paint job. It's not something that happens retroactively, and it's not something that happens because someone reports that it happened. There is simply no paint job on this time and sales report.
Please show proof of PPS painting for months, because it's not anywhere on the time and sales information that I've shown.
It was your quote. Not anything I can do about it if it's an inaccurate statement.
You're welcome. Very happy to talk about facts and opinions here. I have this habit though, when I post an opinion, I say it's an opinion. I posted my opinion on the 9:30am to 9:31am sales on Friday. Said it looked like a market sell or someone trying to create panic.
What's not my opinion is that the buys were steady all day on Friday, just look at the trades....not my opinion that people were buying steadily. Posted factual information to back up the statement, and cannot find where someone else was saying it was small buys painting the PPS up. That is simply not an accurate statement. And that's not my opinion either.
Yes, it's obvious the PPS has been "up almost daily for months".
Friday's tape shows all buys after 10:23am. There were a few indeterminate prints between bid & ask, but I can't see on the tape where anything was painted at the close. Steady buys all afternoon, and pretty much all day.
The only selling worth mentioning on Friday was during the first 1 minute of the day....that's the time between 9:30am and 9:31am. Looks like someone hit a market sell by accident, or was just trying to create a panic. I wasn't watching L2 at the time.
So what happened to the red paint party? I'm still waiting for the market makers to barf all over the quote because their bids got slapped off the ask and all that jazz.
Maybe they don't own a wagner? Bunch of black & decker heads I bet.
I think the Wagner is under powered. I can soak down twice as many market makers with whatever color paint I want if I connect the bid side of L2 to the low pressure side of my air conditioner, and then run a 454 Hemi with a stroker kit right up their exhaust pipes.
Last time I did that, my mechanic got wind of what kind of laundry detergent I use, now I never hear the end of it....how white are your socks now....did that stain come out of the t-shirt....is it color safe....etc. Then he wonders why I do my own oil changes now. Isn't it obvious? It's because he couldn't blow a golfhose through a gardenball if he had all his wagners lined up in a row of sundaes. And that's why I stopped using wagner years ago. But some people still like them.
I'm gonna leave the feed bag on for a stretch here. I got my speed buffer ready to wax some UNVC offers tomorrow! Today they were throwing around wet meatballs, but tomorrow I think the softballs will come out, and eventually the hardballs....but I'll be waiting for the golfballs and hoping that when they come, I'm not checking my cat for hairballs. Golfballs are really hard, and fly really far when you hit them with a baseball bat (seriously)....just like when I hit that UNVC ask with my bid shares and make the market makers paint themselves into a corner so bad they need to actually step on wet paint before they can escape.
I got my catcher's mitt on and fixin to catch me some bid shares on the ask, as soon as I can move those MM's off the spread and get them to start giving money away for free. It's happened before and it can happen again.
Look back at January 5th, 2017. The bid shares jumped to the ask and caused a market maker to hit the offer, but he accidentally did it at the bid price for the stock he had up directly next to UNVC. Well, talk about a slugfest. He hit the offer so hard that the suction from the disappearing ask literally sucked some of the bid shares under the L2 divider. Meanwhile, everybody sitting on the offer got spanked, and the people on the bid got away with a bunch of free shares. I heard that guy got fired after that.
Anyway, good luck with the plowing job tomorrow. Bring a thermos of hot tea.
I think it's because we were supposed to get news like....what 11 weeks ago or something....and it hasn't come yet.
I believe the news is delayed due to a larger situation needing to fully materialize first. Several other companies involved with the timing on this one. Any delays along those avenues and the whole Conglomeration gets bottle-necked.
Not a fun wait, but I have high expectations for this company as well. We'll have a boom time at some point, hopefully sooner rather than later, but IMO, it's coming and it will be sweet!
A 31yo article from a mainstream news outlet has you questioning "his" resume. Who? For what now?
"His" must refer to Roger Grass, because that's who the article is about. So you're questioning Roger Grass's work history and resume, due to a 31yo article by the mainstream press that talks about Grass leaving Rite Aid.
I think the article is irrelevant to what's happening today. Plus, the information the mainstream press doles out to the public is largely inaccurate....as we can easily see today by their non-coverage of important current events across US cities.
But even if all the information in the 31yo article is correct....who cares? It doesn't make a difference to anything going on now.
From my terminal, AVOZ is a tradable stock. I can enter live bids/offers, and I can purchase or sell it through my etrade platform. It traded 125,000 shares today.
I haven't looked, nor do I think I will look.
This is a good site to reference if anyone needs/wants to check all the SOS's for whatever reason.

What's funny is, it doesn't work that way. People can buy and sell while the float is locked. That's what makes the PPS go up and down.
The word "locked" is obviously causing some confusion. It's not a literal LOCK on shares. It's more fluid.
But there are very detailed explanations, easy to find online, and they are factual. There's no reason to guess about any of this stuff when it's so easy to find the factual information.
I'm not here to support or denounce any name change dispute that is going on. I'm here because DD from another stock led me here.
I have no comment on any legalities or ticker compliance/noncompliance issues. OTC companies do a lot of things that make them seem shady, and a lot of them are very shady indeed. But my reasoning for liking this company is sound, and I'm fine with whatever is going on (or is perceived to be going on) behind the scenes.
If you feel you have a case, it's your right to pursue it to the fullest extent of the law. Whether or not I think it will go anywhere is irrelevant to your task at hand.
Good luck with your proceedings.
I don't think a company named "Altavoz Distribution" would have a legal name dispute with a company named "Altavoz Entertainment". It's two different names.
Report whatever you feel needs to be reported, that's why we have these systems in place. However, I think any lawsuit regarding a name would not even reach a judge.
GL, and keep us informed of your progress and SEC procedures. I would be very interested in seeing how this lawsuit progresses.
If you want to base your theories about the float and such on guesses, that is probably the source of your confusion.
Knowing what the float is, how it works, and how it affects PPS, is essential to understanding terms like "locked float".
I already know how the float works, and how it's pushed us up....what 3,700%....over the last several years. "Locked float" does not mean people can't sell. Nor does it mean there are no shares to buy. In a slow market a locked float isn't as easy to recognize.
The really fun part about how the float works is yet to come. Just remember....people are more inclined to sell when the PPS goes up. But when there are no shares for sale because nobody holding shares (the float) wants to sell....then you'll want to be familiar with how the float works in a situation like that.
Kudos to them!

Why would anybody continue to trade this in such small increments? We have these orders almost every day for 1k, 5k, 10k, 50k, etc.
I don't think these mini-buys are people accumulating. It wouldn't make sense.
If we take the number of buys, multiplied by the total amount of shares, then divide by the number of separate traders who got all excited to see a sale, but then it was only for 5k out of a 14,253,182 share sell order....I think we would find there is a secret coded message being spelled out in old WW II era codes that have already been broken.
Just read back the last 3 years of posts. I think that should cover it. Maybe look at an alternate source for information, instead of relying on just this one forum. Just to get different opinions I mean.
If you look in "other places around the internet", I bet you'll find some discussions on UNVC.

Because "TAGS" are protected by the international association of tag manufacturers, based in Sandwich, MA. (That's a real town! I'm not making this up!)
Mattress tags even have their own police force behind them.
TAGS are no joke!!!!
Funny thing happened to me last week. I was all ready to take a taxi uptown to meet some business associates. I even told them when I was on my way out...."I'm taking a taxi uptown".
But when I walked outside somebody told me the taxis were not the best way to get uptown, because there was a bus stop right across the street, and the bus was just about to pull up.
So I ditched my original plans of taking a taxi uptown and took a bus. When I got to my meeting and told everybody I had taken the bus there instead of a taxi, guess what everyone said?
"Glad you made it", "who cares how you got here, as long as you're here", "welcome to the meeting". You know, that sort of stuff.
Guess what nobody said? "The entire meeting is ruined because you never said anything about taking a bus", "I don't care if you reached your destination, you came by a different method", "how can we trust you now, you lied about taking a taxi".
Anybody see a similar situation with UNVC? Who cares what the method was, or is supposed to be, or is speculated to be....as long as we all end up at the same meeting at the end of the day....it doesn't matter how we got there.
Another GREEN day so far!
Ohhh, I didn't realize people buying the ask all day was supposed to be a negative indication. I never said anything about being at those lofty PPS numbers. I just indicated the day was filled with almost all buys.
Thank you for explaining how constant buy pressure on the ask is a negative thing!
Looks to me like the ask was bought all day LONG!!!! With the exception of that single 12,500 sell and the 249 shares that were indeterminate, IT WAS BUYS ALL DAY!!!!
271,335 BOUGHT from ask.
12,500 SOLD to bid.
249 between bid/ask.
Do the math. Actually there's no math to do. Lets just look at the numbers and let them speak for themselves.
It would be moronic Moronic MORONIC I say!!!!
Maybe the bloomberg people were on acid? Or....maybe it's correct, and someone else is on acid.
All I know is, it would be moronic to take acid and make a mistake like that. That's why the bloomberg information is NOT INCORRECT.
Bloomberg is not a bunch of moronic acid heads arbitrarily posting incorrect information about the companies they are paid to post details on.
Yes. Can you?
It would be pretty moronic of bloomberg to list Dr Dalton as a director of a company he is not involved with.
If bloomberg associates Dr Dalton with this dentistry company, there must be a reason. Maybe it would even answer some of this back and forth discussion about the company being in good standing.
Can you provide proof of this statement?
Ohhhhh, ok. So it's the wrong HRI....because why?
You're going to have to provide more proof than just saying it's the wrong HRI.
I've found the SOS information y'all are debating about. Has anybody else?
Who is: https://www.insuringsmiles.com ?
Maybe someone got fixated on checking MD and forgot to check other states? Maybe bloomberg is wrong? Or maybe Doc has this covered a different way?
If ever someone says "protect your face", expect to get hit right in the gut!!!! True for boxing and DDing!

I can't find Univec name anywhere in that link either. I didn't say it was there. It's kind of a deductive reasoning situation. That is why I used the word "possible" in regards to a connection.
Definite connection = Name/deal/collaboration/etc, mentioned/inked/PRed.
Possible connection = The possibility of a connection at some time, either presently or in the future.
Plain as day? Yes. A plain as day possibility.
Speaking of hockey sticks again:
Last time I brought up the Univec NHL connection, apparently someone thought I was joking, because I can't find that post anymore.
But here it is, plain as day, a possible connection between UNVC CBD products and the NHL (National Hockey League):

I vote for "fruitation" to be accepted as a legitimate word in the english language.
Who's with me?
Conversate also. Jeez, if fruitation goes over, we gotta push for conversate!!!!
Here are a few different PPS scenarios with SDRC:
1. The PPS rises
2. The PPS falls
3. The PPS stays the same
4. The PPS rises, then falls
5. The PPS falls, then rises
6. The PPS rises, falls, then rises again
7. The PPS falls, rises, then falls again
8. The PPS rises, falls, rises, falls, then rises again.
9. People recognize what a bargain SDRC is at low pennies and buy it up to well over a buck.
10. The market crashes and all stocks go to .0000
I am very confident that SDRC will follow one of the courses above. I'll be watching closely to see if I'm right!!!!
Well over a zillion %. Or is it a quad-zillion %? As soon as the numbers get over a zillion, it becomes difficult to figure these equations.
What's a zillion times a zillion zillion zillion? A quad-zillion....right?
That's a lot of duckies!!!!
