Doesn't matter who those people are, anybody who listens to that nonsense is about as intelligent as the people who bought this at $30.
$30 for BAYP? Now I've seen it all.
Absolutely. That would get the volume directed where it needs to be, on buying up those asks.
I agree the person is stupid, but he's still controlling the PPS and sucking the money out of a lot of people who don't understand what's going on.
It's a different kind of investment strategy, and when the multiple aliases get involved, it is illegal in the US. But thankfully for him, iHub is based in UK, so the SEC has no jurisdiction or authority to pursue the matter. It allows him to set the price where he wants and con people into buying and selling by using his multiple aliases in conjunction with the L2 manipulation.
All the denouncement of the strategy in the world isn't going to change the fact that he's pulling a lot of money out of the stock while accumulating a very large position for when we finally do move to fair market value.
Traders/investors misunderstanding what's going on is a big part of why the scam is so successful.
I prefer to give it a more serious look rather than just denounce it.
The manipulation will end when people hold their shares and stop hitting bids. Until then, there's a lot of shares this manipulating party has accumulated and will use to hold the offer down as long as he can. When he wants to reload on the bid, he puts up a prohibitively large offer. When he wants to let it move up, he'll pull the offers and put up large bids.
Buy volume will dry out those large offers, but the most important thing is that people stop hitting bids. The bid whacks are being used to stack the offer even as I type this post.
This guy isn't just going to disappear. If people want the PPS to move up, they need to remember what the fair market value is and accumulate with some conviction.
Let's look at the example you pointed out earlier today, what was it, 50,000+ bid whack turned around and put on the offer .015ish higher, maybe it was more like .02 higher.
50,000 shares for a .02 flip is $1,000, $750 if it was for a .015 gain.
Now imagine being the person who is sitting on best bid and best offer getting most of the volume that comes to each area. Always best bid, and always best offer. What he doesn't sell gets added to his inventory and that's why we have the perpetual reloading offer. It's being fed by the perpetual bid whacks because of the perpetual big offers. It's a cycle that can be broken if people stop hitting bids.
I hope that puts it in better perspective. You are 100% correct, it's not investing, it's a very effective way of controlling PPS and sucking the money out of new and experienced investors who don't understand why their position has gone red.
I'm glad you have decided to wait it out and add. That's what is necessary to move beyond this, patience and accumulation.
All I want to do is expose the manipulation, and whenever possible, the people doing it. Those who have been here since the INNO days know the game and know the players.
I don't want anyone to throw their shares away to this manipulation, so I do what I can to expose it.
What some people don't realize is, I wouldn't be sitting here and on other forums explaining in detail how to identify the manipulation, and how to put an end to it, if I had any part of it.
The people who are responsible for the games here and on L2 are the ones who want me to shut up. Understandable, since I've helped several people to understand the games and as a result, many shares have been held instead of fed into their bids. Understandable, but when multiple aliases come into play, that is illegal in the US, and against the rules of this forum.
Buy, hold, and don't hit bids is how to beat the manipulation.
Now come the attacks from the multiple aliases trying to turn this around on me. Same situation every time, just like LoganzRun did and all the other aliases in all the other stocks.
Attack the person exposing the manipulation is the status quo.
This confirms that my posts have reached the people playing the games and confused the hell out of them.
Really, do you think I'd do all that DD and then sell right before the move? Maybe I did, maybe I didn't. All that matters is that people are understanding the information I am posting and recognize the game, both on the quote and on the forums. What I do with my shares is my business. Remember months ago when you asked how many shares everyone had? How many did I say I had?
But patience is something you've taught me long ago. Now that I see the same games here as I've seen in other stocks I've been patient with, I know how to beat the game, and I love to tell others about it.
Glad you brought that up. Notice the L2 patterns as well. Like I've said a dozen times, bid whacks are being used to load and reload the offers, over and over.
Anyone want this to go up? Stop hitting bids. Easy peasy.
You agree with everything, always. Same as some other aliases on this board.
Always ask for DD, present nothing in return, and agree with everything.
Notice the pattern people. These multiple aliases are talking us in a circle....trying to at least.
When I was relatively new to UNQL I mistook what's going on with L2 as flipping. But as I watched it more closely, I was able to identify what's really going on.
L2 is under attack by someone who goes about trading very differently than many understand, that is why it's difficult to see, and easy to mistake it as flipping, or a big seller unloading. It's neither one.
Remember, the attacker does not think the same as an investor. PPS rising is not what he wants because he wants to accumulate as much as he can, as low as he can, and that means keeping pressure on the offer regardless of PPS, so he can reload on the bids and drive it down further. He knows as well as we do it's undervalued, so it doesn't matter how low it goes while the game is on, because ultimately we all know it's going up.
The game is simple. He uses prohibitively large offers to scare people into hitting his bids. How many months, day after day has there been a constant 64k or 35k or 24k, or similar type of offer, and a nice bid there to catch the bid whacks? Then to create even more sell pressure, he will undercut his own offer with more large offers to create the illusion that there are multiple large sellers all trying to get out at once.
So what do people do? They get frustrated and hit his bids. It's the same person on the bid as the offer folks, and every bid whack are shares he uses to stack more and more offers. He's built up and inventory of shares now that he can use to easily pour water on any move, and that inventory is what allows him to reload those offers when someone decides to buy a large block with hopes of clearing him out.
It's a perpetual cycle that will not go away....until people stop hitting his bids and volume dries out all his offers. Right now there isn't a strong enough buying crowd to knock him out, and he knows this. That is why he's able to keep pushing it lower and lower. He is all about creating doubt, and it's easy to do when there is low volume and a relatively small number of buyers.
So know what you're looking at folks, understand what the mindset of the attacker is, and STOP HITTING HIS BIDS! Hitting bids will perpetuate the cycle. Buying offers and holding is what will make it more and more difficult for this situation to continue. It's a commitment. Anyone buying this to take a shot, then getting bored, or whatever, and hitting his bids is feeding the very same cycle that squeezed them out.
Let's not forget the proposed *SECOND MERGER* that is in the 8k from October.
In the 8k that discusses the already completed merger, there is a proposal for an additional merger with UL India and UL China. These are the parent UL companies for those regions.

I'm enjoying your valuation information as well. Nice bounce for a lot of tickers EOD and a strong finish for UNQL.
Meanwhile, accumulation has been steadily rising since end of Nov.
What does this tell us? Even though the PPS is being manipulated down, there is still more accumulation than distribution happening.
Here's a nice description of the indicator by Investopedia: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accumulationdistribution.asp
He can manipulate it down as low as he wants, I'm not selling into it. Adding whenever possible....but NOT from the manipulators stack.
Good point about Mr Ray's holdings. He's our CEO for the US based operations and holds a substantial amount of stock.
Many catalysts coming here. We're overdue for a PR, and QB uplist is looming. Very much undervalued, as several posters have been illustrating.
I feel very confident in my position, and I have experience with this type of manipulation. Volume is a big part part of what will choke out this nonsense, but just as important, people need to stop hitting bids. It's those bid whack shares that are being used to hold the offer down. Run these clowns out of stock! Buy and hold and they won't be able to sustain the manipulation.
The manipulators only pick solid stocks with good potential. This one is way undervalued for reasons we've already discussed, so overall sentiment is that it will rise significantly. It's the perfect scenario for anyone accumulating an inventory of shares who wants to manipulate the PPS with them. They know it's going up eventually, just like we all do. But they have the time and funds to make it look bad for as long as they can....before they lose control.
The scheme is doomed to topple over when the majority of traders focus on accumulating and holding, instead of taking a shot and then selling into the first dip. How many times have we heard the word "patience"? Warren Buffet has a quote about patience....maybe some here have heard it.
The bigger picture is shocking, and it's very well orchestrated. Being able to recognize it is half the battle. Knowing how to get around it is the other half....and when I want to have fun with it, I antagonize the players until they expose themselves and start making outlandish demands and threats. Bunch of lowlives.
Sounds like you read my book.
LOL, I'm already on his list.
You forgot to ask for DD.
The gentleman who replied to me was Richard Lee, CEO of the Hong Kong parent comp[any that was the acquirer in the completed merger.

If he says information will be released in the public filings, I would be inclined to believe that shareholders requests for information would not be entertained. That is the most professional course of action they can take, IMO.
The board is being setup for a negative report regarding emailing the company.
I emailed them months ago before the name change and posted the email here. But here it is again for the new folks.
The reply was that all information will be released through the public company filings.
Emailing the company for information will not be productive, regardless of who does it and what questions are asked. They release information on their schedule, not because a shareholder sent them an email.
What makes you think he would know when the next PR will be out?
What makes you think ANYBODY would have that information?
Maybe time to dust off Masters1game, because Coys1014 and catishi have been outed.
Maybe make up some new ones, or pull another konk out of your ass.
What about konk, or MoMoney69? What do they say about UNQL?
I think they might ask kingofalltrades for advice.
Any word from catishi now?
Why do you think there will be no news between now and the next 10k?
Looking back to October last year, there have been numerous PRs discussing new routes and partners with multiple $10s of millions revenue, a credit increase to $25M, a shareholder letter, merger news. Plus we have the QB uplist pending.
Please explain why you think we will have to wait for that 10k....I think you mean 10Q.
I disagree, I think we'll hear news on multiple fronts, well in advance of the next quarterly report.
Thanks for your insight.
Exactly. That's why the **proposed second merger** with UL China and UL India is coming up in my mind again. This is the perfect time to expand the company and streamline operations even further.
It's great to see all the new eyes here this week! Welcome! Please check the iBox for an in depth look at all of the DD that's been presented here over the past several months. It was updated regularly until middle of last month or so. But there is some very informative information there, as well as links.
According to the original merger 8k, the newly formed Unique Logistics brought together the Boston, Atlanta, and New York divisions into the UL HK (Hong Kong) parent company.
Now, our new company has the option to further merge with UL China and UL India.
From the original merger 8k in October '20:

Thanks for the link to this Air, Ocean, & Rail Market Outlook report. According to this report, the demand for shipping services is up, but the industry is having trouble meeting the industry's needs.
https://www.scangl.com/media/2447/3-market-outlook-advisory.pdf
All good. It's a good number to look at to gauge efficiency.
Someone pointed out earlier that the company has recently streamlined operations by consolidating many branches into one company. Plus we have the second merger on the table with the parent offices in India and China. That time frame was 12 months from the already completed merger, so that's down to about 10 months now, maybe less.
So I haven't looked at operating margin because the sector is booming, the revenues are very strong, and they are taking major steps to streamline the company by consolidating all of these operations into one place.
Also remember they have a revolving credit of $25M with CoreFund Capital. CoreFund buys the accounts receivable, up to $25M, so Unique never has to worry about when they are getting paid.
Thanks for the explanation. I've been focusing on the revenues mostly, so it's good to get some different perspective on the numbers.
Please elaborate on why you are raising a concern about the operating margin. When I was new to investing, I had never even heard of "operating margin".
What prompted you to ask such a specific question about that particular part of the balance sheet?
Liked and retweeted. Thanks for the exposure!

Thank you for your kind words again.
If I can help people understand what they are seeing on L2, I can only hope that it will help them make more informed decisions.
I can't just sit here and watch it happen without at least trying to explain what I see. Very happy others are able to identify it in the box.
Let's stop feeding the bids folks. No bid whacks = no shares for them to stack on the offer.
C13 sees it very clearly.
Months ago I noticed that L2 was under attack by perpetual bid sitters collecting shares on the bid and flipping them out on the ask. It was obviously the same people bid sitting as were stacking the ask, because regardless if anyone else put a lower offer or higher bid, they would get shaved by a tick....on both sides, every time.
At first I thought it was flippers, but after watching it go on relentlessly every day, I concluded that it's a heavily funded and organized attack that works to prevent everyone else from getting filled on the bid or offer. Imagine if every time someone bought the offer or hit the bid, the orders were getting filled by only one person/entity. At that point, PPS doesn't matter. All they care about is keeping it in a range, and with a good spread. When they want it to rise, they pull the offers. Then when they need to reload, they stack the offer with big size, and sit on the bid to collect all the shares they scared out of unsure hands.
To sweeten the pot for these attackers, they picked a stock that is undervalued and has a high expectation that the PPS will rise to meet fair market value. Then they go onto various public forums with multiple different aliases, often being in a conversation with themselves arguing about one thing or another so they can swing sentiment back and forth with psychological games.
So far it's been working great for them because the volume is low most days. But if we look back at the historical volume, we see that on higher volume days, even days of 2M or 2.4M, the PPS has risen.
So to answer your question about the volume stopping the games, yes, that's what will stop it, and that can be verified.
Good eye. Once you see and understand what's going on, you can't not see it. Volume ends it.
Been an amazing start to '21. So many runners! UNQL will catch up to the pack soon enough!
I've brought that point up before. Bid whackers are only feeding the people holding this down and allowing them to reload the offers. I can't stop people from bid whacking, but i can try my best to alert them of the situation they are feeding into by doing it.
Volume ends this, bid whackers perpetuate it.
