From my terminal, AVOZ is a tradable stock. I can enter live bids/offers, and I can purchase or sell it through my etrade platform. It traded 125,000 shares today.

There is nothing more then myself and other shareholders would like than for this stock to become tradable.

As I stated earlier, I know nothing of any name disputes going on, nor am I concerned about such purported proceedings. But if you or anyone believes they have a legitimate legal dispute, it's your/their right to pursue it through whatever means available.

While that's going on though, I'm not going to arbitrarily assume this company will be taken down by a name dispute. If I see official court documents, that would cause me to reassess the situation, but as of now I see nothing legal that's related to a name dispute.

I see many companies with one or several words in their business names that are the same. For example, General Dynamics, General Foods, General Mills, and General Motors. There are probably 50 or more companies with the name "American" in the title....like American Standard, American Eagle Outfitters, American Express, American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, etc.

I wonder if American Express sued American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings for using the word "American" in their company name? I doubt it.

I'd like to see whatever document(s) exist/existed that gave/give Altavoz Distribution exclusive rights to the word "Altavoz".
