I noticed the other day that a bunch of oil stocks to buy because they were undersold included HES and Valero and COP ... COP was up a little, HES and Valero not/flat the rest were up that day of news article 1.5% +/- or more+.
HES I hate because they had my lease and sold to Sanchez and Sanchez didn't renew lease... now been looking for oil company to drill/lease in Eagleford oil which is hard in this glut.
So refinery stocks are lagging right now, but should be favorable if they get the oil on the cheap to get ahead of the others but if the locked in contracts back at 87 lets say then they're hurting. In other words, they may be down for a while, while analyst try to figure out if the lack of transport from Midland that ended price cuts to get ahead of the others is going to effect them with lower gasoline prices too. But as always with enough time it'll be high again...
This is incredible the price rises yesterday when press release made (points out its existence and undervalue) and then airheads forget and it goes down again after reaching 8/share. Anytime it hits 8/share it gets hit. Someone with deep pockets keeps shorting it for their put position would be my guess. But I guess if the company is dumping shares then they have bleek news for us... (not it unless IR lied, which could be the turnover). Maybe they just need a press release a day with each oil drop, reminding the overloaded brains with too much info to process to not forget its 19/share book value and rising not falling (at least not much if any).
PART IV - OTHER INFORMATION
(1) Name and telephone number of person to contact in regard to this notification.
Vince M. Guest CEO (949) 272-5677
(Name) (Title) (Telephone Number)
Take the number off the NT late filing. That number was not disconnected (but answering system that takes your message is similar if they don't respond).
That's the auditors problem not Treaty's other than providing the requested info. But if the same or similar people that have tried to bankrupt or end Treaty keep bringing up phantom issues for them to worry about then somewhere along the line they have do those things on their on clock without billing Treaty if they're worried about it. An auditor needs to stick with the books of the company and not a message board system or stalkers finding who they are and calling them with ... messages. The auditors have to justify time spent related to Treaty and not their personal fears of those phantom threats.
A friend for college went to work for them... I could call him and ask, "What's up! How's .... Hey, BTW, have you heard of Treaty Energy?" He's a CPA... No the probability is not zero because the news release said a Dallas private company. Count the Dallas area private oil and gas companies and take 1/total is the probability.
Thanks for the working knowledge info. I still think the CEO will stick to his guns and not sell out completely if any. I've been thinking about my first smart phone being a new BlackBerry. I just hate contracts would love to keep prepaid Net10 or something simple.
A probability in your case would imply knowledge of the facts. I take Sergeant Schultz's view, "I know nothing!". I do not know how PRIVCO is but I have a guess that is different from the post but will not say as then you'll think I'm an insider if so.
Had a good laugh on that one. Okay so those names are so big... let's say what if its true... hmmm.... That makes PRIVCO most likely someone big like
If end-of-month like last the shorters are putting it down below $1 if they can. Radio Shack is a great one month hold (IMO of course). Radio Shack could put out 3 or so great promo PR's the last 3 days of the month trading to fight back.
Does KWK still have Great River Basin 77K net acres?
Maybe preferred shares, they're available already though none issued at last filing. Maybe it's not as you thought then?
Nice breeze, did you get to talk with them, that's good. Thanks for sharing. Is that year-to-date or quarter revenue?
I had forgotten that I had saw a segment maybe in 60 Minutes on a field that required heating it to 500 degrees before harvesting oil. Thought it was Colorado NE didn't put the two together until your article (link two).
Eagleford wells are yearly improving of slower decline http://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.cfm?id=18171 so Treaty should try to obtain those that have figured out fracking on it to buy some royalty interest in (perhaps). But Bakken may be better as some well costs are less than 30/bbl there and most less than 60/bbl (don't remember story link it was recent with all the oil price drop though).
Has anyone been able to speak with Guest or Ali and ask them what the holdup is? Are they having problems with GEG being too small and unorganized to report their joint trading activity in a timely matter (if not gone-fishing)?
When I was looking at this company early this morning that's the conclusion I came to, that he appears to be fishing for a flip/buyout... since no production in filings and CEO big landman and prime acerage (easier to just sell it than develop it - I couldn't see a landman be an operator but plans for drilling I thought I skimmed so maybe he plans on milking the cow for years first then sell, probably not with uncertain oil prices so I figured once oil prices stabilized then got in the 90's maybe someone would be willing to buyout the company)...
That's not what they said...
Not so... Since end of March (if remember right) they can trade daily commodities. That's why they can show a profit (for the biggest reason). Don't feel like looking it up again.
CEO said already this year he would not sell. So if he accepts then BBRY CEO also has changed his mind on turning the company around and not endanger of failing (meaning he's now worried). Also, wouldn't it be a crash and burn on his deal with the hospital to communicate with all devices via BlackBerry?
Oh my... Just thought the real reason here... there was a PR with a computer O/S mentioned for BBRY... this could be an extension on that... in that they were contacting them to add BBRY O/S to computers for sell instead or with MS Windows and so they thought duh why don't you just sell to us and we pay royalty (like Shark Tank deal with Mister Wonderful or Robert....)
Did Marta spend daddy's money so they ran out before they could buy Treaty stock? What is a Zara clothing store magnet doing in little ole Treaty Energy?
I have crossed paths with the Adelson's in the high roller comp room at their casino in Vegas back in 2006 following an actress around (err, I mean was their at the same time a film was being filmed... lol). So what's a casino convention center magnet doing in little ole Treaty Energy?
David Koch is already known for oil and agriculture and donations for NOVA (thanks) but why bother with little ole Treaty Energy?
I'm ready to sell some of my "WorldCom" (UBRG) shares at 60 a share. What-a-deal! Let's uplist.... Yeeha!
Yawn!
Bull, the new view is that Saudi's are after market share ignoring the price (trying to lower production in the US). We'll see soon in November. Saudi's should get into the highway construction business and build vast highways in growing economies so everyone will buy a car and waste oil.
Take a Google of Greater Green River Formation (abc news) and you'll find an article that is mind blowing. Half the find is supposed to be bigger than all the known oil reserves... http://abcnews.go.com/Business/american-oil-find-holds-oil-opec/story?id=17536852
The whole book of law is taken into account. Is there not exceptions listed somewhere? Just going off of many stock board posts memory. Don't really give a flip to look it up (until I have a need too). But point is, other sections have exceptions to laws listed in other sections.
Example copyright. Everything can be a copyright violation almost. But elsewhere there is a fair use clause allowing you to make a copy for yourself of a page or two or a class you're teaching (within reason of not defrauding them of a royality, like handout of copyrighted pages of a book. But if its a handout of a appendix that is also sold as a one page note, now that could be out of line.
Capisce?
Until current status is restored it can't be required, they're already out of sync. Filings only have meaning if kept current. Nobody is being tricked here. They've warned everyone they're working in restoring filings. None can be required until then. That'll be like trying to prosecute a postal worker for delaying mail delivery because they had to poop at Starbucks. Pointless. Its technically against the law but nobody is going to prosecute it. Janet Reno retired with Clinton. Treaty hasn't done anything out of line yet filing wise. No 8k is needed until they become current is what I've understood. Of course, they should check with the different branches of governments too. Including Abilene if they're moving there, those Abilene Christian University influenced people don't know the meaning of mercy (lol) they can be like Dr. Charles Stanley and dang you to death. But if they're Bible thumpers one should be able to ask for forgiveness and be forgiven. I hate Abilene's exits are like a mile or two away from where normal ones are and by the time you see something you want to exit for you have to double back if so... always end up in Coleman refueling because of it. So pointless about not disclosing. He said they're about to disclose.
What? No Aubrey McClendon, Len Blavatnik, T. Boone Pickens, Charles Couch, Lindsey Williams
I'm sure its for the water system, right?
But oil still rules over water (so far)
HD causes speed problems (with more data transferred) for a reason not needed as quality sound is. I think ads at the top instead of links to venues would be better as I have to scroll down to see any many times (active X filtered).
They need to stop partying and get to work... get to Utah and start digging into Greater Green River Formation leases that 3 year leases should be ending soon (ABC news reported 2012 its big find... half the estimated oil is bigger than all other known oil in the world.
It'll be like Eagleford, they can't drill everywhere and lockup leases. There is just not enough time and rigs.
Get some Dallas billionaires together and buyout VOIL or other assets there. LOL ... because BECC is tapped out (500 million O/S approx.)
Well, what good is more oil... side of chicken BBQ'd and a Joya apple soda sounds better out in the parking lot sounds better.
Len Aubrey ... Aubrey Blavatnik... Len McClendon... Len Blavatnik... Gee whiz, what's the difference. Both want to ruin their companies with derivatives (and lose not win).
Aubrey killed CHK with derivatives and it appears Len is doing so too with derivatives losses.
Nuts! What a great stock if not for bad derivatives. Greed, a human mistake. Be humble, Lenny. God will left you up. In other words, don't think you're so smart that you can make extra capital for whatever reason you think your so big. Shoot, 2 quarters of heavy losses in derivatives.
Kiss up to the right crowd, be humble. The ... (Rockerfeller) charity group in Chicago sold oil stocks moments before the downfall. They move the market, not logic. War, Russia/Ukraine, MiddleEast... nothing defines oil price movement except the in-crowd. Be humble, honor them, maybe they'll throw you a bone.
GTATq might strike a deal as they seemed to have received an extension for ongoing talks (hearsay). http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=107376229
Found by checking posts at EPE poster trying to figure if it were worth trying to ask him a question and I couldn't help but notice his GTATQ posts.... not that I was questioning your opinion, (just saying don't take offense to me mentioning it, please).
I don't know they said rumor and let's face it everyone knows and its no secret. So they patted it with grace of truth, lol.
CNBC just reported a buyout offer for BBRY.... which doesn't make sense since CEI claimed they weren't for sale.
Here's a nice article on Sanchez state of mind... err... paying highest know / acre price ... lol... okay here
It has to do with primary business income being in phone contracts... and maybe required in their Military Mobile deal win. Perhaps it was just the fact that foreigner accented people running fix screens/phones carts in malls... if they can be busy doing it ... why not RSH... kind'a thought... Who you going to trust a cart or Radio Shack with a 90 day ...
They'll need more fighters to keep Keystone/TransCanada out. I even saw a Keystone/TransCanada ad here at iHub yesterday or Friday or Sat night....
Maybe the billboard is by T. Boone Pickens daily route (as he was once big on Canadian oil sands).
Be sure and see the recent (few weeks old) story about IBM on 60 Minutes... they're placing their whole future on a new chip design that can take up to 5 years to complete R & D.
Let's see what I can find... interesting can't find... hmmm maybe 60 Minutes rerun on CNBC or a CNBC special then... or the June 100 year old showing.... wow, anyway said the were putting billions into it.
Found
I think the problem lies with life of well production... it drops-off too quickly in a year. (While I saw today somewhere, (Argent Energy Trust) that eagleford drop was a low 15% after first year... WOW...
Universal stock continues against minimal filings.
Treaty stock continues against multiple filings.
Since Microsoft ignored advancing computing to speech... Get Asimo to be our new personal home computer (in other words, allow screen display on chest of Asimo and interface through speech recognition.
There was a third party software than worked with Windows 95, Guard Dog, Microsoft did everything they could/did to go insecure web surfing.... We (computer programmers) must all be dorks.... Let's prevent a working 3rd party security software and go more subtle security loss (meaning hard to realize they're insecure)... lol This is out of control.
