So why aren't dispensaries buying up these machines? The Zazz machine was unveiled 3 years ago in 2014. So where is the money? Three years and not one little itty bitty disZAZZster machine sold? Well you actually need to READ what is posted in the link! If you look at page 2 you will see STATE LAW requirements for a town in the STATE of California to incorporate.

Horrible reporting by this reporter. Failed to mention that Nipton is an unincorporated town and therefore not able to grow or sell MJ in San Bernardino County. The only way this little hamlet can be incorporated per state law is if they have 500 residents who are registered to vote and a total population of 10,000 people. Actually they would need to bring in 10K FEMA trailers and 10K homeless people. In order to incorporate they need to have 10K residents with 500 of them registered voters. No, Dave it is actually relatively easy. All you do is hire a really good general contractor who will bid the job and estimate the cost and time he can complete the job and hand it over to you. The general contractor will then bring in his sub-contractors for each phase of the project. Concrete, framers, plumbers, electricians, finishers and so on....
Now the general contractor bids the jobs cost and how much he will get paid. So he wants to get in and out of there as fast as possible since it affects his bottom line. There is no way that this project should be at 2 years with this little of progress. This should have taken no longer than a year to complete tops!

You left out the next few years there Dave. And why haven't we been able to see the "facility coming together" since you started the project? Why hasn't AG been posting weekly or at least monthly photos of the progress Davey? Why must shareholders have to try and get other shareholders to drive by and take pictures? Could it be because there is no progress Davey? Could it be that this entire grow-op venture is just another one of your scam projects that will never be completed just like every project over the last 19 years? What a scam!

Some people, including myself, have the number one rule that you NEVER marry a penny stock. I will more than likely play this scam again once it does it's reverse split. First off the town of Nipton is only 80 acres. Supposedly they bought another parcel of land down the road somewhere. So it is not 120 acres of contiguous land.
Back to financing. From what I can tell by your post,ERBB is going to finance all of this by issuing "preferred shares" to capital investors. So they are going to issue more shares to capital investors at 50% off the 52 week low. Dude this has been their MO for 19 years! lol Once they issues the shares they will put out BS PR's to pump the price and the CD holders will dump their shares and the retail investors will be left holding the bag. In the meantime ERBB will accomplish squat because the never have in the past 19 years which is easily verified in their financials. Eventually, which I think is really soon, they will have to issue a R/S in order to move the share price up because there are simply to many shares out there which was proven with this last run. There were over 5 BILLION shares traded over just a few weeks and the price could only get to .004! So if this is how ERBB is going to finance this pipe dream than it is going to be a blood bath for the longs here. If you want to play this stock you get in and get out. JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION...

There are only 8 reviews over 9 years. But let's just put the reviews aside as that had absolutely nothing to do with my original question. So please answer me this question if you are able.
Where is ERBB going to get the money to finance all those things that you said ERBB was going to make happen in Nipton? Simple question really. Where will they get the money? Has ERBB provided any information as to how they will finance this venture? If so can you please provide a link because I can't find anything on how they plan to finance this venture.

OMG! That is the response to my question? A few yelp reviews that span 9 years! LOL I have seen the pictures and the place is a dump! But back to my question. If this has been such a great destination spot where are the revenues? Why hasn't the hotel been at least updated or expanded to handle all those ever increasing tourist? The way you make it sound that hotel and campgrounds should have been making money hand over fist. But the reality is that the place is a dump with very few visitors that makes very little money.
The real question though is where will ERBB get the money to invest in this venture? It is fact that they have a pile of debt, little to no revenues and very little cash on hand? So where will they get the money? It is a legitimate question that deserves a better response than a link to yelp with a few reviews spanning 9 years.
By the way here is one of the more recent reviews (2/22/2017) from the link you sent me. The place is a dump!

Booked through Airbnb. I called ahead to let them know I was checking in after 5pm as outlined in their listing. I was told they'd be there until 6pm. I got there around 5:30 and nobody was there so I walked to the trading post to figure out what to do. The girl pulled an envelope with a note in it off the window (taped outside) as to where the key was. I got my key and walked in and noticed a pretty dirty common area-water cooler and coffee pot among other things. I went back to my room at the end of the hallway and noticed it was a shared bathroom-something that was not evident from the listing HEADER. It says private room, 1 room, 2 beds, 2 baths. You have to scroll down further to see it was shared with all of the other rooms. I had to go to the bathroom and noticed the door wouldn't even lock. This made me even more uncomfortable than the weird shack/trailers out back and the half a dozen feral cats lurking outside. The bedding looked old and very worn, the paint is cracking off the walls as you can see in the picture, and I have another picture of the note they have to guests saying keep trying for hot water, they promise it exists. This is all unacceptable but the things that made me leave immediately is when I came out of the bathroom I noticed a very young looking girl go into a room with a much older man, a biker. It looked like an uncomfortable situation like underage prostitution. I walked around the main area looking at the pictures of the history of the hotel and heard weird screaming sounds from that room. I had enough in 15 minutes to feel unsafe and that this place was unsanitary. I wrote a note, which I also have a picture of, that this is not what the ad looked like, and that I was not staying there. I put the keys back in the box, ran to my car and drove another hour and a half to Las Vegas where I could find a clean, safe room. I tried calling the Airbnb help line that night and got no answer. I requested my money back and received a message asking me to call Roxanne. I called 5 times with no success so I left her a message asking her to call me when it was convenient as I might have just been missing her with strange cell signal on the road. I never got a call from her. I called her again today and finally talked to her at which point she told me that she wouldn't be refunding my money because it had been a holiday weekend and she could have rented that room. Whatever the holiday weekend has to do with the fact that I was so uncomfortable I left and drove another hour and a half and paid $147 for a room in Las Vegas, is beyond me. I told her I was going to contact Airbnb and also leave a bad review and she asked if I was threatening her. I told her no, if she didn't want to refund me, then that's what I was GOING to do, not a threat when I'm following up on it.
So how much revenue is that dump called Nipton bringing in? If it is such a tourist oasis why do they have such a dump for a hotel? Seriously though if Nipton was such an awesome tourist attraction than why isn't that town already booming and generating money? The reality is that Nipton is not much of a tourist attraction. The place is a dump. Another question is where is ERBB going to get all that money to build out what you say they are going to do? Seriously I would love for you to explain how a company with so much debt an only about 40K in annual revenue is going to come up with cash to pay for all this?
