No it isn't more than enough. My subdivision is about 60 acres and there will only be about 90 homes once it is all built out. There is absolutely no possible way they can put all that into 80 acres. The other 40 are further down the road and not part of Nipton. Plus ERBB has no money to pull what you are saying off. Think of the costs of the infrasture alone. Where is all that money going to come from? What a con these guys at AG are pulling off here. This has to be their greatest con in their 19 years of conning. ERBB ON!$$$$
