Horrible reporting by this reporter. Failed to mention that Nipton is an unincorporated town and therefore not able to grow or sell MJ in San Bernardino County. The only way this little hamlet can be incorporated per state law is if they have 500 residents who are registered to vote and a total population of 10,000 people. Nipton currently has a population of 6. Here is a link that might interest you.

And what was really horrible about this reporting is the fact that they never mentioned that ERBB is a share selling scam with a 14 billion share float with a share value at 18/100 of a penny. I see that the article also didn't mention that ERBB has practically zero dollars in revenue and a mountain of toxic debt. But you never know Jed maybe ERBB will strike some of that black gold, Texas Tea! Then the first thing you know old Jed will be a millionaire! lol
