Wonder if he could read my old "Best of Bread". If only I knew were it was. Threw the thing out the window of my car in Texas back in '78 after the tape player started eating it.
JBI, Inc Stock Unusually Strong Despite SEC Action Alleging Securities Fraud

Make sure you read the comments!
That's from 2009. He already shut down and closed Pak-it and said he was getting his catalyst somewhere else.
And did you know that Javaco never had offices in Mexico?
Really? Do you have any proof other than a message board post?
Machinery & Land assets. There are no patents and very little inventory.
Operating expenses amounted to $11,022,351 for the nine month period ended September 30, 2011.
Here is the most recent 10Q.

Can you smell what John Bordynuik is cooking?! More like burning.....MONEY. There isn't enough even with the pipe to pay expenses for the next quarter.
JBI is beyond a Wells Notice with a formal complaint filed by the SEC. A complaint JBI wouldn't settle. They are in real trouble with the SEC after the SEC provided numerous correspondence to correct the errors. Shame on those who are trying to shove this under a rug as that is truly a disservice to the shareholders.
Baldwin is gone. IMO John should step down from the CEO position. He would still have creative control and his super voting shares.
Just another fraudster. Whereas on January 13, 1887, the Government of the United States moved to annul the patent issued to Bell on the grounds of fraud and misrepresentation, a case that the Supreme Court found viable and remanded for trial;

Technology Expert Uncovers Plastic-to-Oil Process (372)
( NewsUSA) - You might have heard about the "green technology" that will change the future, but John Bordynuik is developing that technology -- including a process that turns plastic waste into fuel.
Bordynuik, an environmentalist and acknowledged technology expert, has always focused on designing more efficient technologies. In improving processors and circuits in his clients' products as part of his data-recovery business, Bordynuik shunned ready-made parts for custom-built components knowing that an assembled product wouldn't work as well -- or as inexpensively -- as something built from the ground up.
Now as the CEO and President of the global technology company John Bordynuik, Inc. (JBI), Bordynuik applies that same perfectionist approach to new technologies. While going through his research archive, Bordynuik uncovered information about Plastic to Oil (P2O), a process that might turn out to be the most important technological development in recent memory. Originally developed when oil prices were low, the research regarding P2O was simply shoved aside. But times have changed -- when Bordynuik rediscovered the research, he knew he had hit a home run.
The P2O machine "can process about 20 metric tons of mixed plastics every day," said Bordynuik. "That works out to about 125 barrels a day."
In a large batch continuous-feed processor, the technology can extract one liter of oil from a kilogram of plastic, turning raw unwashed, mixed plastics into fuel. The process itself also proves "green" -- in emitting a gas byproduct, the process also creates its own fuel. Plastic bottles, plastic bags, plastic toys and tires -- waste products known to fill up landfills -- all become a renewable energy similar to biofuel.
JBI, which trades on the OTC market with the stock symbol JBII, is looking for people with manufacturing and farming facilities not running at full capacity to convert into P2O factories. Americans allowing P2O factories to run on their property will receive enough extra fuel from the P2O process to run their household or any onsite business operations. As P2O launches in 2010, JBI, Inc. hopes to establish 2,500 P2O sites in five or six years.
The company certainly won't struggle to find waste plastic -- Americans generate over 16 million tons of plastic each year.

Nah - not nervous. Not when they're chasing raggertail.
Love Mr. Bill. Just want to know if JBI has the facilities in place or will they be chasing their tail again.
Time for JBII to run....
Run?
Run out of money?
Run out of time?
Run out of excuses?
Run where?
Glad to see all of this is fully acknowledged and admitted,,,,after so many have tried to dispell the same........LOL......all the ducks are in a row , and about to explode,,,,WAY beyond the negatives that have been "supposed" here......
"Then what's taking so long? They've raised millions of dollars. Tweaked for years. Gotten permits. Signed contracts. Yet still nothing except soon, on the verge of, around the corner, etc. What's the next delay? Too cold? Out of money?"

someone tell tech you dont ship 17,000 gallons to do more testing...lollol

Whoa Nelly! My question was about transferring fuel in cold temperatures.
Just curious about the process. A lot of improvements and additions to the Niagara Falls facility have been talked about in filings and PR's and I don't remember seeing anything about heaters and pumps. It would be interesting to see.
I didn't say they didn't have #6. Just curious about how JBI's #6 matches up to ASTM standards on pour point.
Testing 400 barrels of #6 diesel? Why so much?
True but #6 has to meet certain ASTM standards to be called #6. Specifically ASTM D97-11 deals with the pour point of a petroleum.
Has anyone seen the test results of JBI's #6? An MSDS?
http://www.astm.org/search/site-search.html?query=msw+&cartname=mystore#74771449
I think you are looking for an MSDS that shows the ASTM standards for JBI products. I couldn't access anything but did find some references going back to 2010 that one had been created.
http://search.ccinfoweb.ccohs.ca/ccohs/jsp/search/search.jsp?QueryText=jbi&Search.x=0&Search.y=0&MaxDocs=500&ResultStart=1&SortSpec=Score+desc&hTab=2&hideTabs=F&searchOnly=2&Coll=mse&msdsStart=&msdsEnd=
Access Denied!
Sorry, you are not authorized to access this resource.
As of three hours ago JBII has a single MSDS on file at the CCOHS site, yet JBII's web site claims they have 3 products available for sale: diesel, furnace oil and fuel oil #6. Was the product sold to both Oxy Vinyls and Coco the same "Petroleum distillate" that MSDS refers to? Where are the MSDS sheets for the other JBII fuel products we were led to believe JBII would produce and sell?
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=27540452
BTW, a MSDS sheet had to be created for the output of the processor. This was required to import into Canada.

Temperature
No. 2 Fuel Oil. Typically handled in the range of -30° to 38°C / -20° to 100°F.
No. 6 Fuel Oil. Normally pumped above 38°C / 100°F to facilitate handling.
Unheated, buried tanks with two or more feet of ground cover will normally stay within a range of 4.5° to 21°C / 40° to 70°F, depending on locale and time of year. Tanks for No. 5 and No. 6 need heaters to decrease viscosity and decrease pipe friction losses.
http://www.pumpschool.com/applications/fueloil.htm
Good question. Another question is what has JBI done to facilitate pumping #6 to a rail car in freezing weather.
Did I miss a PR? This is just a rumor.
DEAD WRONG. Need to check your facts.
The rumor about the shipment states RAIL CAR. Here is the code regarding rail car sizes:
For me it wasn't about SIMPLE MATH. It was about SIMPLE READING
49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
Chapter I
Part 179, Specifications for Tank Cars
Subpart B-General Design Requirements
§179.13 Tank car capacity and gross weight limitation
Tank cars built after November 30, 1970, must not exceed 34,500 gallons capacity or 263,000 pounds gross weight on rail. Existing tank cars may not be converted to exceed 34,500 gallons capacity or 263,000 pounds gross weight on rail.
[Amdt. 179-4, 35 FR 14217, Sept. 9, 1970]
They go as small as 4,000 gallons, but the ones you typically see (fuel and organics) are around 10,000 to 30,000 gallons. Compressed gasses are much larger since they need a lot of headspace (empty volume) for the same capacity.
Read more: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_capacity_of_a_Railroad_Tank_Car#ixzz1jN86V4Yd
they just shipped a rail car from Georgia
It's called SIMPLE MATH
An oil tanker truck holds 200-215 barrels.
There are 42 gallons in a barrel.
17,000 divided by 42 = 405 barrels.
405 barrels is roughly two oil tanker trucks. Hence a 17,000 single purchase order = roughly double oil tanker load.
Quote:Double tanker load? WTF? Where do you get this stuff? If it is for real, 17,000 gallons doesnt even fill one rr car.
But let me guess....Indigo has never heard of John Bordynuik?
ROFL!!!!!
Double tanker load? WTF? Where do you get this stuff? If it is for real, 17,000 gallons doesnt even fill one rr car.
Guess the after hours pre-holiday PR topic:
1)"...JBI is pleased to announce that it has completed its 1st shipment of #2 Fuel Oil produced entirely by its exclusive Plastic to Oil process. This 1st 17,000 gallon shipment was produced in just X?X days by our 1st P2O processor using XX?XX pounds of free plastic feedstock...."
2)JBI is pleased to announce it has sold the assets of Pak-it for $XXXXXX. Sale was concluded XX/XX/XX
3)JBI is pleased to announce that processor 2 is running.
4)JBI is pleased to announce the placement of their first operating Rock-Tenn processor in _________,________(state).
5)JBI is pleased to announce the ________________________________
So processor #1 is a giant tinker toy and not producing. Pre-melt was needed due to metals mixed with plastic. The much ballyhooed 30 ton processor that was nearly ready over a year ago - doesn't exist. A 'shed' needed to be built to build additional processors so they wouldn't blow up the tinker toy.
I agree that when they got the consent order - at least one unit should have been dedicated to cash flow and customer samples while they tinkered with additional units.
Then again - that would have been a business plan. But as we all know now - there isn't one.
I'll accept that unit 1 was down while they tinkered with the pre-melt upgrades. But keep in mind that the pre-melt idea is fairly recent. Unit 1 should have been raking in the cash back in Dec 2009 when they got their consent order and certainly by Q1-2010 when they got their full permits.
JBI paid 1m for the media credits. They are only worth what was paid for them.
Do you know what DOMK paid for them?
Kind of like how JBI values inventory - if they don't pay for it, they don't have to show it in the financials.
Harvard course. A 4 day class? WOW!
Do you really think he can't master simple business mgmt.....give me a break....lol.....And remember he went to Harvard to take a course in that very thing.

ROTFLMAO. Big Oil? Scared of JBI? Per a recent PR, JBI is buying gasoline.
Don't forget the border patrol in your list of validators.
JBI MRF sorts plastic from other waste in Canada.
Sorted plastic is loaded onto a truck.
Truck takes plastic to New York.
Hello border patrol!
Plastic is offloaded at the processor site.
Processor makes fluid from Canadian plastic.
Fluid is loaded into a tanker truck.
Truck drives from New York back into Canada.
Hello border patrol!
Fluid is pumped into the blending facility.
Blending facility tanker truck goes to another facility probably in Canada (no border patrol validation here. sorry)
Truck picks up gasoline to mix with fluid from New York.
Resulting fluid is loaded into another tanker truck.
So don't forget the border patrol in your validation list! (Does JBI have to pay duties or taxes?)

RETAIL GAS PUMP? This hasn't hit any Gas pump yet.
Pak-it is sold. Gone. How much did they pay for Pak-it?
Or all the employees that were terminated when the 'automated' pak-it?
Shame on anyone who prays on the weak, and destroys for profit.
Well said.
Pak-it employees, Javaco employees, share holders, etc. etc.
Oh Please.....Check out the management bios for JBI? They're experts in what?
John, Jacob, Jingleheimer,Schmidt.

Same email. Isn't it possible he didn't recognize the name Bordynuik when asked by the the author of the article? Bordynuik is not the company. It's JBI. Bordynuik just works there.
