JBI is beyond a Wells Notice with a formal complaint filed by the SEC. A complaint JBI wouldn't settle. They are in real trouble with the SEC after the SEC provided numerous correspondence to correct the errors. Shame on those who are trying to shove this under a rug as that is truly a disservice to the shareholders.

Baldwin is gone. IMO John should step down from the CEO position. He would still have creative control and his super voting shares.
