Truck takes plastic to New York.

Plastic is offloaded at the processor site.
Processor makes fluid from Canadian plastic.
Fluid is loaded into a tanker truck.
Truck drives from New York back into Canada.

Fluid is pumped into the blending facility.
Blending facility tanker truck goes to another facility probably in Canada (no border patrol validation here. sorry)
Truck picks up gasoline to mix with fluid from New York.
Resulting fluid is loaded into another tanker truck.

So don't forget the border patrol in your validation list! (Does JBI have to pay duties or taxes?)
