Glad to see all of this is fully acknowledged and admitted,,,,after so many have tried to dispell the same........LOL......all the ducks are in a row , and about to explode,,,,WAY beyond the negatives that have been "supposed" here......

"Then what's taking so long? They've raised millions of dollars. Tweaked for years. Gotten permits. Signed contracts. Yet still nothing except soon, on the verge of, around the corner, etc. What's the next delay? Too cold? Out of money?"
