I like CMEY alot. Any ideas about where we will be pps wise by the end of the year? Do you know what the next big event everyone is looking for from CMEY? Thank you for any info you might be willing to share.
For those who want out of TDCP at .10 or better--stick around. There is a very good chance you will be to sell at or near that price. If you recall my comments a month ago about how many companies do their r/s’s, I stated that many companies like to combine good news with the r/s to lessen the pain. From what I can tell by those who attended the meeting and their comments, I think that scenario may be taking shape. The r/s should occur sometime in April 2012. Be on the look out for good news before that date. If you want out, that will be your sell signal. Best of luck to you in your future investments.
This is a great finish today. This stock should be way way down but alas it did not fall even 25%. No doubt the r/s was already baked into the pps. But today was the first day it was official. This is a clear bullish signal. I have not sold one single share of TDCP in the last 6 months. If my little darling tanks, I will buy more shares and swim in the tank!! In 18 to 36 months, this stock will fund my retirement. Go TDCP!!!
Given that the r/s was officially approved just this last Saturday, this stock should be down 75%+ today. So far things are looking ok. Let's see what happens during the remainder of the power hour.
Excellent, Excellent comments Artsy. Very helpful information. Thank you.
Thank you for the clarification. I wish these guys at TDCP would issue an Executive Summary or a write up of the highlights at the meeting. They should have let us listen in on the meeting via the internet. It does not cost much to make it available via the internet.
ok. I kinda felt that was the way it was. I will admit 1 Billion shares is too much. In any case, I would prefer a 15:1 r/s than a 35:1. Thanks for sharing your view.
My friend, please read Artsy post he just put up. He discussed the surprise as well. Apparently, the surprise is that the information being presented now by Dr. Rafri at the Oct 15th meeting is two years old. The good Doctor cannot discuss current info because it is not protected by patent as of yet. That is all I know. I am sorry.
WOW!!! Thank you for the post Artsy. Lots of good information.
I learned about the surprise from reading the comments here at ihub. As I understand it, TDCP said there is a surprise coming and it will be a very good one that we all will like but that because the surprise is not protected by a patent as yet, the surprise must be kept a secret for now. That is all I know.
I am hoping TDCP management will issue an Executive Summary or a Letter to the Shareholders providing an outline or the highlights of the October 15th meeting. I had several questions about the r/s. So far from the comments I have read here on the board, I cannot find that my questions have been answered by TDCP--the questions I submitted before the October 15 meeting. For example, will they forgo the r/s if the stock price for whatever reason goes to .50 to a $1.00? [This question is more relevant now than ever. Now that TDCP has publically established an outside date (12 months) for the proto-type, TDCP stock price can appreciate solely on speculation alone. In February 2009, I bought CTIC stock for .081. I sold those shares in February 2010 for $1.01. CTIC is a bio stock and she was coming up for a FDA hearing in 2010. She lost approval of her drug but the stock went up on speculation alone. True, TDCP is not a bio stock but the speculative factor will kick in now and grow as the 12 months proceed. I must confess I was wrong about how far along TDCP was in making the proto type. I believed they had it (and might announce it during the Oct. meeting) or were much further along than they are now indicating.] Some of my other questions are: How soon after the r/s will they issue the new shares to those of us who hold our shares through the r/s? What criteria will management use to decide in favor of a r/s of 15:1 verses 35:1? Will it be solely TDCP’s stock price? Maybe somebody who attended the meeting will answer my questions on Monday. Finally, from what I can tell from the comments posted so far from those who attended the meeting, I am convinced more than ever that TDCP will pay off big time. Apparently, there is a little surprise coming to us that management for legal/security reasons will not share with us at this time. I like surprises!! The one thing I fear more than anything is a buy out. Big money people must know where the future is. They know its 3D. However, I think we may have some protection from a buy out. The CSpace patent is owned by OKU. TDCP has a SRA to use the CSpace patent. There may be clause in the SRA that states that the SRA is non-transferable.I wish I could read what the SRA says. I do not want a buyout. I prefer to keep as much of the future profits in my checking account as possible. lol.
Excellent comments missionsman. Does anyone know if they will issue an Executive Summary of the Shareholder's Meeting?
Thank you for the info.
Hi Madman. Judging from the response so far--which is nothing--it appears that nothing of significance occurred. I have to leave in about 10 minutes. I will have to get caught up on the news later today. Ellery.
Great!
I agree it is a bit quiet. I suspect there are a lot of formalities they must go through. I wonder how many people are in attendance?
I hope we have some good news--any kind of good news will be appreciated. Go TDCP!
ECDC's stock price most likely already has the bad news concerning ZSTN baked into it. The mere fact of your discussion on iHUB shows the market already has factored in the bad news concerning ZSTN in the current stock price.
If Ameritrade is correct, the last trade for the day at ECDC was 1.4M shares. That is almost 1/2 of the total volume for the day. That seems to be rather large to me. It appears that either someone wants the stock to go lower or in the alternative, someone just wants out of ECDC--either because they found a better investment or because they need the money to avoid foreclosure. In either case, today's action suggest that if whoever is dumping--when they have finished the stock will go back up quickly and by a fairly large percentage.
I bought more ECDC today at .007. I think this is a steal. Go ECDC!
Please accept my apology. I should not have said anything. Sorry.
I would not let the today's price action bother you. If this stock does what I think it will do in the next 6 months or so, today's little drop will seem like a gift from Heaven for anyone who bought in.
I am not sure if I am "smart money" or not. But today I have bought more ECDC shares. I think the stock is a excellent investment.
I don't agree my friend. The CEO is a very gifted individual. A r/s is simply something we must get through together. If TDCP does not dilute immediately after the r/s we will be ok. In any case, TDCP will bring home the bacon for all us in a big way. It just takes time. Good luck to you too.
I know they CAN. My question is WILL THEY. I have been in r/s's where the dilution started the day AFTER the r/s. The company took advantage of the new higher stock price and diluted the Common Stock immediately. This of course reduced the stock price back to where it was before the r/s. Does TDCP intend to do that? Will they dilute the Common Stock immediately after or shortly after the r/s? Note, some companies hold off sending the new post r/s shares until AFTER they have already sold and diluted the Common Stock. That is why I want to know how soon TDCP will issue the new post r/s shares to Scottrade etc. Remember, you cannot sell your TDCP stock until NEW shares are issued. Thus, you are stuck for a period in the post r/s period for a while--during which time management dilutes the Common Stock. If TDCP holds off for six months or so AFTER the r/s to dilute the Common Stock that will be ok. By then we all should have our new post r/s shares and we can sell and then buy back in after the dilution. From the way this proxy sounds, I don't think TDCP plans to dilute the Common Stock immediately after the r/s but I want to make sure--if they would be willing to answer that question.
Question No. 7. Will TDCP management need to dilute the Common Stock shares AFTER the r/s to fund company operations? If yes, how many additional shares does TDCP estimate it will dilute the Common Stock by? In what year will the dilution of the Common Stock occur? In 2012, 2013, etc.?
4) If TDCP’s pps for whatever reason between now and April 2012 goes up to .30 to $1.00, will TDCP forgo the r/s?
5) Does TDCP promise not to do a r/s AFTER April 30, 2012? The reason I ask this question is because some companies did their r/s after the deadline stated in the proxy. Will TDCP be bound to the April 30th date–assuming the r/s is approved?
Thanks Mavrick for your help. Here are my questions either you or anyone attending can ask if convenient.
For anyone going to the Oct. 15th meeting, if convenient, please ask the following questions:
1) For those TDCP investors who hold their shares through the r/s--assuming it is approved--how soon will TDCP issue the new post r/s shares? One week, one month, etc. Note: after the r/s you cannot trade your old pre r/s shares. Scottrade, etc. must receive new shares from the company before you can trade any shares held through the r/s.
2) Will you send the new post r/s shares to all investors at the same time? In other words, will Scottrade, Ameritrade, et al., receive the post r/s shares at the same time?
3) Also, what are the criteria TDCP management will use to determine whether the r/s will be 15:1 or 35:1 etc.
Who is going to the meeting on Oct. 15th? One member of our board said they would be willing to take questions from the members of iHUB. If possible, please come forward at your earliest convenience. ty.
Madman, I checked back to all the post in September. I cannot find the guy who said he would take our questions. I was ill for most of September so I did not write down his name. Maybe he will come forward now. I think the guy lives in Oklahoma City if I am not mistaken. Thanks for your offer to help.
I am trying to remember who on our board is going to the meeting. There is a guy and he is willing to take questions. He is the one we should be submitting our questions to. I will try to find him.

I was just feisty that one day. My behavior has improved since then. I have not been posting as much lately because I have been very busy and a little under the weather as well. In any case, my message is the same. TDCP has a golden egg to lay. Be patient and wait for it to hatch. Don't be discouraged! Finally, the price action for TDCP is most likely related to the October 15th meeting. Stocks can go a bit wild during earning season and when a stockholders meeting is near. The r/s is so far off (April 2012) that it has almost zero affect right now on the stock price--assuming it is approved in the October meeting. Also, if Greece pulls Europe down and then the U.S. to a lesser extent, top quality stocks will become cheap and will be getting cheaper. I was beginning to think Bank of America and Sprint were about to become penny stocks today! I am gathering as much cash right now for a big buy if the crash comes in the next 90 days or so. Other than that I am working as hard as I can-- trying to stay out of jail. (As you know from my bio, I rob banks to buy stocks.) lol.
Even though I removed my TP for ILNS sometime ago, I bought shares today. The potential this stock has is absolutely unlimited. It is a speculative investment but the risk/reward ratio strongly favors taking the risk. GO ILNS!
I hope you are right.
Give it up guys. You cannot bull your way into a rally. ECDC will go up and a lot--but not today. If ECDC was going to move up 100% it would have done long by now. The issue to be decided now is: whether she can hold here. In any case, ECDC is one of the best penny stocks I have seen in a long time. This stock will make her investors some serious money in the not too distant future. Go ECDC!
ECDC is a great stock. There is a good chance she will be $1.00+ in the next 6 months--but not today. There must be a lot of investors in below .01. I have an order in to double my shares in ECDC. I put my order in at .0105 -- good till cancelled. Of course, I hope I am wrong and she takes off today. But so far the profit taking is killing any upside potential.
I have not been watching this stock too long but it feels like there are a lot of people in below .01. Those guys need to sell and get their profits before this baby can break out. Yesterday's news should have propelled this stock much higher on the open but that did not happen. There must be a lot of investors in below .01 or thereabouts. When these guys are gone, ECDC could take off.
If ECDC is going to break through .025 it needs a lot more volume than what we are getting now. The longer she holds at this level the less likely of a break through.
You have an interesting way of putting things RJ5. I am not sure how you make money if the stock goes down. I would never short a stock like this. I was trying to find out if this is a stock to hold for a year or so or should I take a quick profit. I listened to the Wall Street Newscast a few minutes ago that was aired in July. It sounds like this company is one you should keep. This could be a $2 or $3 stock in 18 or 24 months. In any case, thank you for your response.
