For anyone going to the Oct. 15th meeting, if convenient, please ask the following questions:
1) For those TDCP investors who hold their shares through the r/s--assuming it is approved--how soon will TDCP issue the new post r/s shares? One week, one month,etc. Note: after the r/s you cannot trade your old pre r/s shares. Scottrade, etc. must receive new shares from the company before you can trade any shares held through the r/s.
2) Will you send the new post r/s shares to all investors at the same time? In other words, will Scottrade, Ameritrade, et al., receive the post r/s shares at the same time?
