I know they CAN. My question is WILL THEY. I have been in r/s's where the dilution started the day AFTER the r/s. The company took advantage of the new higher stock price and diluted the Common Stock immediately. This of course reduced the stock price back to where it was before the r/s. Does TDCP intend to do that? Will they dilute the Common Stock immediately after or shortly after the r/s? Note, some companies hold off sending the new post r/s shares until AFTER they have already sold and diluted the Common Stock. That is why I want to know how soon TDCP will issue the new post r/s shares to Scottrade etc. Remember, you cannot sell your TDCP stock until NEW shares are issued. Thus, you are stuck for a period in the post r/s period for a while--during which time management dilutes the Common Stock. If TDCP holds off for six months or so AFTER the r/s to dilute the Common Stock that will be ok. By then we all should have our new post r/s shares and we can sell and then buy back in after the dilution. From the way this proxy sounds, I don't think TDCP plans to dilute the Common Stock immediately after the r/s but I want to make sure--if they would be willing to answer that question.
