Interesting interpretation...
mtcinc0, I believe the discrepancy between your trendline(s) and mine is created by the duration of time which both cover, respectfully. The trend I have indicated spans 5 months, as opposed to your 60 min. chart, which spans two weeks.
QASP: Technical Analysis Video [12.20.09]
Caught declining following a rally in price, Friday’s trading session may be suggestive of a potential reversal in trend after the ‘bulls’ spurred the price to close higher. Monday’s trading session will be imperative in confirming a reversal. Analysis, in video format, follows.

righty, I will post a chart of any interval and the accum/dist will appear identicle to the chart I posted. I think it may be your thick head that won't accept that this indicator is calculated over a recurring basis, in this case since we are dealing with daily intervals, on a daily basis. End of discussion.
Montly Chart, as per your request.

In order to understand why that is, one must first understand that a week consists of five sessions. Monday being day 1 of 5.
Shares fell $0.011, or 18%...not sure what you mean by fact is we have all seen acc dist drop like a rock under rising pps.
You might want to review Accum/Dist & OBV in the ChartSchool Section on StockCharts to understand that both values are derived directly from the price.
For instance under deriving Accum/Dist:
5.If the stock closes on the low, the absolute bottom of the range, then the value would be minus one.
Naturally, if the price closed at the lod, the accum/dist cannot possibly point north (positive).
I hope you do realize that if the price were to appreciate during Tuesday's trading session, the acc/dist, OBV and chiosc for nxti would curl north along with it (as had been the case following Friday's trading session). Technical Indicators can be very misleading with volatile stocks. For accurate T/A reading(s) on markets of this nature, it'd be best for one to refer to the weekly chart.
NXTI: Added 50K share this session to my holding in Next, Inc. Also had a substantial bid in with NITE for $0.045 for the entirety of Monday's trading session, with no fills.
Sellers made a crucial error in judgement this session, imho...reminds me of the correction in the market back in March of '09. Those who approached the panic with an equitable mind made out quite well as the rebound took place.
Added 50K this session. Also had a substantial bid in with NITE for $0.045 with no fills.

Excellent list lebreak. Is there that one in particular that stands out amongst the rest, in your opinion?
Excellent work Dave. I enjoy your style in selecting undervalued markets listed on the bulletin board that have tremendous growth potential. One day, this type of approach to investment in the otc will become common among savvy 'ihubbers', imho.
Why not look at it from the perspective that insiders have the same interest as you (hypothetically) do?
ALN report sounds good, but I tend to be especially careful with a Chinese company that has such a high percentage of insiders holding ...they tend to feed themselves first..
ALN: Continued accumulation in an undervalued market, trading at a discount to earnings; massive forward guidance issued last trading session.
American Lorain Corporation Reaffirms Guidance for 2009, Issues New Guidance for 2010
JUNAN COUNTY, China, Nov 19, 2009 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- American Lorain Corporation (NYSE Amex: ALN) ("American Lorain," or the "Company"), today announced that company management reaffirms guidance for the current fiscal year ending December 31, 2009, and issues new guidance for the next fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
Mr. Si Chen, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Lorain Corporation, stated: "We reaffirm guidance previously provided in our November 13, 2009, third-quarter earnings conference call and expect total sales revenue between $146 million and $148 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009. This would represent a revenue increase of 10%-12% for 2009 over 2008 levels. Furthermore, we expect net income of between $14.4 million and $14.8 million in the 2009 fiscal year. Our expectations for fiscal year 2009 sales revenue and net income are consistent with previous guidance for low-to-medium double-digit top-line growth.
Mr. Chen continued: "For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010, we issue new guidance for total sales revenue of approximately $182 million to $190 million. This would represent an increase of 25%-30% for 2010 over 2009 levels. We also project income of approximately $17.8 million to $19.0 million in the 2010 fiscal year.
"For fiscal 2010, our revenue and net income projections are based on three major factors. First, our strategy of strengthening our domestic sales channels through shifting sales to agents will provide a wider distribution for our products with access to more supermarkets and convenience stores. Second, our new agreements with popular chain restaurants in China, such as KUNGFU Catering Management Co. Ltd. and CSC Catering Management Co., will begin adding significant revenue in 2010. Third, our nationwide marketing campaign, funded by the recent private placement transaction which raised approximately $12 million, will boost sales, particularly in the convenience food segment."
Mr. Chen continued: "We view our strong sales and earnings thus far in 2009 and our high expectations for full-year 2009 and 2010 as validation of the effectiveness of our business model, our growth strategy and our commitment to providing the highest quality food products to customers."

Indeed it is getting noticed. Increasing money flow amongst bullish price movement paints a beautiful chart...the key is a close above $3.00/share, imho.
To address your earlier question: "Will Simmonds ever comment on the Newlook Loan?" and "Will WLSA ever receive anything back from Newlook from an earlier loan?" - I believe it has been attended to. This beating around the bush is childish when we both know that market-moving news will need to be of material, for instance, concerning the Connecticut project.
A Global Ship Lease rally by the looks of it.
In other words your best guess.
What makes you think WLSA will not be handed interest in Newlook Industries?

Excellent forward guidance released this morning. Amazing to see the lack of interest towards this undervalued Processed & Packaged Goods, small cap Chinese company. To-date they've the smallest valuation among all Processed & Packaged Goods companies, and lag behind approx. five-fold the average valuation in the Comsumer Goods Sector...ALN may comprise of a strong portfolio holding at these levels, imho.

I've written 'some' comparing & contrasting the two companies. I found Simmonds had organized his projects in a manner that avoids any conflict of interest. Per his words, excluding the Sunbay Port Hope, Ontario project, WLSA's initial efforts would be based in the United States, whereas Newlook would focus on Canadian-based projects.
I can understand your concerns over priorities. There is no doubt in my mind that Simmonds can be much more agressive and inspired in structuring very large deals, than he has come off in the past few months. Based on his character I am confident he will grow irritated with WLSA if the company does not begin netting him cash in the near future. It appears these thoughts may be enclosed in his subconcious. But once that irritation tickles his concious, he is very capable of signing an agreement worth tenfold any of Newlooks' projects.
That's a good question. It was not specified in the release. Newlook issuing payment of $750,000 on Wireless Age's behalf in settlement of $8.3 Million in debt was specified.
Wireless Age will also receive certain assets, including cash & equity from Newlook Industries, settling a long outstanding loan by the company. In the process, Newlook's interest in WLSA equity will be reduced or otherwise "cancelled".
After one individual has repeatedly harrassed online forums inquiring when Wireless Age would be repaid for their loan to Newlook, hopefully now, that very same individual will rest their case.
There are rules prohibiting such activity, namely multiple aliases (under one user)...that agree with one another. Almost manipulative, wouldn't one think?
As a major shareholder of WLSA, please explain how Simmonds would stand to benefit from poor performance in the market? Isn't it in his best interest to increase shareholder value, being a major shareholder himself?
Wlsa always had a great company. Its is being run by someone who wants to rape it of all its value. FOR HIS OWN GAIN.
What is it with you & this nonsense you post emphatically?
CEDT: post-$0.40 trading could signal blue sky breakout. Increasing volume continues to support the price appreciation.
