I can't buy because I think it is MWM's pump. The stock has no news or merit.IMO
is MWM dumping after the pump?
Fat finger messed up the chart. lol
What happened to PACV? Did they become a shell?
Yea, that's what they usually do. They buy like crazy, then promote it in their website, then sell of and leave poor investors holding worthless bags. They tried that with SFNN but sold sooner> so they missed on the big ride up IMO. Gotta admit that the O/S and float is attractive. Maybe they were hired to give this one some attention.
Production figures will be available in the near future
shhhhh...you will bring the daytrader before I get in. Wait for me lol. As soon as I get some shares, then we can let the entire ihub in on it.
Just from observation from trading, anytime a company mentions the word "split" in pinkieland, the PR goes through the media wires and gets the attention of MMs and daytrader who in turn short a stock. Even though the company acted against it, the MMs came and saw how high it has been going and started their scare tactics by messing with the BID and ASK. IMO. Also, mentioning the F/S even though they acted against it raised a red flag on dillution which could easily lead one to believe that more shares from the treasury (A/S) will be added to the O/S. I hope they don't dillute. The company needs to stop issuing any PR about its stock and concentrate on its operations.
I don’t have BFDE shares yet but it is on the radar now. I have to say that anyone who has ever worked with T. Boone Pickens is a wealthy man. Mr. Pickens just donated over $160mil to Oklahoma state university (athletic dept.) and is listed as one of the wealthiest tycoon in the world. LoL. Also, the experience of Carl Swan just puts more confidence in my DD. Besides, All the big companies in the U.S have Oklahoma origin, e.g., Chesapeake, Kerr-, Frontier oil (FTO). I was actually in FTO in 2001 when it was still trading at $5. Look at it now after several F/S. It should be trading around $120 without the forward split). I also had Chesapeake (CHK) at $15 and sold at $30 within a couple of months before the F/S (should be trading now at $220 without the F/S. I am waiting to load up BFDE as soon as I visit some of these projects and also get some info from people I know that are drilling oil here in Oklahoma. I agree that this is not a flipping stock, but one to hold for 1-5 year especially if it is run by Carl Swan. I do not want to make the same mistakes I did with FTO and CHK by selling early LOL. http://www.topenergystocks.com/

The O/S is 25.3mil and the float is 12.3 mil. What a deal. I hope we there will be revenues by end of year to justify the float.
Because the A/F have to come out first. That is one of the conditions to be admitted in the OTCBB, I believe, not 100% sure though. But form 10 is another green light that the company already had the AF prepared and were waiting for the right moment to release it. Good move by the CEO IMO.
Actually, thats one of the good feature in a CEO. They hire credible CFOs and make lucrative acquisitions that in the long run would lead such a pennystock into DOW or NASDAQ. Why worry about the short term if the longterm might give you 100baggers lol.
MMs do that when they think that there might be a PR around the corner. They have little birdies everywhere that inform them of these things. Looks like the MMs are accumulating now..
Me too. I would hurt me to even hold it for 1 year so as to pay lower taxes (longterm capital gains). It might as well be one of those stocks you hold till the day you have enough from it to retire.
That's what it puzzling because that amount is not possible for any pump. Maybe something is happening from the inside. If it stays strong throughout the week, then I might try to load up.
Yippiee! It now makes me believe that the Board is made up of smart people. Since the float is in strong hands and almost gone, NASDAQ is pissible. Actually, I think we might his $4 pretty soon.
True. The only better chance nowadays is with reporting companies. I don't trust any .PK because they are usually not reporting companies and transparency is like a vocabulary to them. Also, companies with foreign connections are even worse even if they are reporting.
I don't short stocks. I will observe and do more DD to find out why the uptick today. Shorting is for MMs IMO. They make more money that way.
Boiler-room means that a company pays some pumpers to pump its stock at ihub and other forums. These pumpers normally operate in boiler-rooms because they know it is illegal. It is hard for the SEC to go knocking in underground bioler-rooms in search for them because they do not have an address.
Which rules 'management buying' out
Stocks normally move on news, or potential (insider info) news.
Experience tells me that it's either insider information in the works, or management is genuinely buying (nothing wrong with that), or some paid Ad in the works.
Actually, they get paid more at the big boards. However, what it the logical reason that it's up today if not a boiler room play?
We've seem plenty of boiler room specials here at pinkie-land lol
Looks like the usual fish and dump. The O/S is 5mil. probably someone playing it because of a low float to give it attention.
Well said buddy.
That one was applying to be in the NASDAQ. We are still in pinki-land. This F/S needs to be done at NASDAQ or AMEX IMO. To be in nasdaq, a company needs to be above $1 for three consecutive months and be a reporting company. If this company does a F/S, say 10:1, then the PPS will be at $0.30, making it impossible to get out of pinkie-land. First priority should be to get out of pinksheet IMO. The PPS was doing good and market capitalization was going up. Why spoil a good trend. This stock has been up for 5 consecutive days and we don't need to spoil that trend.
I know all that. I have never seen it work with a stock trading in the pinksheets. It sure works in the big boards. In pinkie-land, F/S in another form of dillution and R/S is another form of rip-off. I hope everything stays as is it right now. If it ain't broken, why fix it? The company needs to do this F/S at either AMEX or NASDAQ, but not as a pinksheet stock. Further more, the company has not yet gotten adequate attention to warrant a F/S. Did you see that big sell of this morning after the F/S PR? Same thing will happen as soon as they approve the F/S. This stock needs to trade as a quality stock. We do not need more shares that will ultimately dillute and hinder the company's valuation. Anyone who wants a quality stock must pay a premuim. Right now this stock is a qualitity stock. Please, no F/S. that's my cry.

All non-reporting stocks trading as pinksheet stocks get shorted for either F/S or R/S. It the company shows some revenue numbers to support any sell-off, then it will be fine IMO.
Oh no! Forward split will destroy the momentum. This stock was doing just fine with a small float and small O/S. It had the potential of hitting $10 before they announced the F/S. What F/S split does is increase the O/S, thus making the stock more volatile. Right now it is in strong hands that are not willing to sell, but more shares will just bring in weak hands and this stock will head to pennies IMO. I have not seek a pinksheet stock that did well after a F/S or a R/S. Splits not work with pinkies. If the company believes in the quality of its product, then they should stay away from any splits. Investors like quality rather than quantity. Before they do the F/S, they should ask experienced investors in pinksheets what really happens after the F/S. Such stocks get shorted to a point of no return. The lesser the O/S and float, the higher the PPS, and the less volatile the stock will be. F/S is bad for this stock. It was doing just fine until they announced the F/S today. Watch-out how the MMs will short it if they do the F/S.
What about GV?
Yap. The SFNN website has been updated. It is cool. You can even send an email throught the site lol http://www.sfnncorp.com/
How about in addition to that we get a PR stating that the company made another acquisition valued over $100Mil within the next few days?
Scottrade these days makes you put an order by phone whenever any stock gains more than 100% in a day. It's all the stocks that gain over 100%, not just SFNN. They do this to protect the regular investors from daytraders and their pump tactics. Daytrader rarely call in their order because they normally buy and sell the same day after a pump/hype etc. However, since SFNN is trading by fundamental, and since it is not a hyped stock, I would take the effort to call and make the order if I were you.
SFNN meets all the creteria in ibox.
Here is the first advice andrewcg.
Invest only in companies that are:
(1) reporting, (2) that show revenues, (3) that are profitable, (4) that are undervalued (5) that has mamagement with a proven track record (6), that issue only relevant PRs (no hype).
This is the only proven way of making some money in pennystock as well as the big boards.
Investment institutions normally hold longterm due to Tax implications, and also as part of their strategy. Remember that they mostly bought above these level, and therefore will wait longer for capital gains to be taxed at lower tax rates. If you look at all the 8Ks, you will realize that there are some stipulations that come with some of the issued shares. If you are tired of chasing hyped pinkies, just hold on to your shares because this is more like a start-up with lots of potential IMO.
Don't put too much on A/F coming out on Monday. Otherwise it will tank on Tuesday if the A/F is not released on that Monday. Remember what happened to SLJB when the investors were expecting the A/Fs on a cetain day but never got it on the expected date? Put your thought on End of year financials instead, if you expect a 10bagger IMO.
Yap. Atleast they were buys and not sells lol. We could use that kind of confidence.
