Oh no! Forward split will destroy the momentum. This stock was doing just fine with a small float and small O/S. It had the potential of hitting $10 before they announced the F/S. What F/S split does is increase the O/S, thus making the stock more volatile. Right now it is in strong hands that are not willing to sell, but more shares will just bring in weak hands and this stock will head to pennies IMO. I have not seek a pinksheet stock that did well after a F/S or a R/S. Splits not work with pinkies. If the company believes in the quality of its product, then they should stay away from any splits. Investors like quality rather than quantity. Before they do the F/S, they should ask experienced investors in pinksheets what really happens after the F/S. Such stocks get shorted to a point of no return. The lesser the O/S and float, the higher the PPS, and the less volatile the stock will be. F/S is bad for this stock. It was doing just fine until they announced the F/S today. Watch-out how the MMs will short it if they do the F/S.
