Private company during the interim. Rite Aid also reverse split previously. Management is not making good decisions. Commons can get liquidated over and over again as long as they have losses. I remember trading RAD 15 years ago when it was at 1.00

Commons get canceled. If they choose to restructure, new shares get issued. It's a really crooked system. A company can go bankrupt as many times as it needs to. The common shareholders are always the first to lose. That's why I never play with any 'Q' stock.

The OS is too high. Top Traders don't buy this junk. It's all misinformation. Top Traders target stocks with low OS that can easily be pumped. This can't and won't move.

OS under 1B. Needs to file or it will get zapped. Hire competent help and get the books in order or else tell the SEC you don't want a filing requirement via the proper form. No excuse to be SEC delinquent.
