Thanks! How does that saying go, "a rising tide..."
How about: "the rising Green MMJ Tsunami known as OWCP lifts all yachts"
Don't honestly know how it works for OTC today, but when I was a MM ages ago the designated MM got all SEC filings in advance.
Kinda makes you wonder about how they walked it down before letting it blast off.
And, no, there is nothing illegal no insider trading etc. It was all legal to "allow for the orderly operation of markets". Wink wink. Nudge nudge.
Boom! FDA trial updated!!!
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02976779
They are putting that new money to work right away! Trial end date is JULY for Phase 1 FDA.
In case anyone is wondering why trials in Israel and the US, you need FDA approval to get, among other things, insurance companies to pay for costly prescription meds.
It is my understanding the IRB approvals will allow Over The Counter sales. FDA will allow prescription sales. Please correct me if I'm wrong. :)
Are you in healthcare? A doctor? Just wondering.
http://mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSTRE7450SV20110506
Many doctors aren't happy with so many clinical trials taking place overseas (61% in this Reuters article) but its all about keeping costs down.
Many companies are selling new medicines in Asia, EU and South America, to help fund FDA trials.
I think the old bio tech model of IPO'ing at $50 a share and then praying the money doesn't run out before Phase 3 starts is a broken model. Who buys those IPOs now? They just go down and down and down.
You can see how smartly OWCP uses their funds. That $1,624,640, if my math is correct, will go far in firing up various parts of our impressive Pipeline.
I predict we will be seeing some new 8-Ks in the coming months that have nothing to do with psoriasis.
A truly amazing company with a blindingly bright future!
Binjo! IRB Safety Seal of Approval is GOLD on our CBD cream. Solid GOLD!
The hardest decision will be the exterior color!!!
My order isn't being filled at .38. Weird. Guess I gotta call my broker.
Capital gains?
I'm new to OTC stock investing, so here's a question for the long term pros.
What are the pros and cons of a reverse split for an OTCQB company like $PMCB?
CLAIRY: I know what it means technically, I guess I'm asking what people have witnessed with respect to other OTC stocks they were holding in the past that did a reverse split. TIA!

Announces $32 Price Target

Trump wants to speed up FDA approval process, especially for cancer. For people who are literally dying of cancers, I think clinical testing should be sped up.
http://thehill.com/blogs/in-the-know/in-the-know/317813-patriots-owner-trump-helped-in-my-toughest-time
Not sure buddy. Looks like everyone is just waiting. Not much buying right now. Hoping it will close a few cents higher.
Honestly, of all the future $OWCP 8-Ks, the one I'm looking most forward to is news of an uplisting.
OK, actually, the one I'm most looking forward to is Phase 3 multiple melanoma midpoint results, LOL, but that's longer term. Shorter term, uplist! Please!
Oh gosh, I'm just learning how to mod a board here. Probably have to change the name to Triple9's Cursed Choices real soon. Karma is a B when you try to boast!
OTC MM traded right though my order. Hoping to be filled at some point.
No offense meant, but if someone doesn't know what an ETF is they sure the hell should not be trading OTC stocks.
Truly is the Wild West. They all just want to make a ton of money so they get promoted up to NASDAQ stocks/options/etfs.
When you understand someone's motivations it makes it easy to understanding their behaviour.
Thanks. I feel for you. I had eczema on my hands in my twenties. It was a very harsh year. Went to many doctors. Tried everything on the market. Called in sick on days where it was really bad. The way some people looked at my hands, like I was a leeper, still burns in my memory today.
Wish you all the best and I hope you are able to get your hands on OWCP's cream in the very near future.

Do you know what the current top "gold standard" treatments by Big Pharma are for psoriasis treatment?
Methotrexate. Side effects: "The most common side effect is nausea, which is usually alleviated by supplementing the drug with folic acid. Other side effects are more serious. Liver damage is a primary concern with methotrexate, especially for people who drink alcohol or who are diabetic or obese. (The risk of liver damage is high enough that, after taking the drug for a year or more, patients often require a liver biopsy to test for toxins in the organ.) Methotrexate can also cause birth defects and cannot be used during pregnancy."
Cyclosporine. Side effects: "Cyclosporine reduces the flow of blood through the kidneys, which impairs their function and can cause serious damage over time. Cyclosporine can also cause high blood pressure, although limiting the course of treatment to a few months appears to mitigate this side effect. Other relatively minor side effects include nausea, joint pain, headache, and fatigue. (Cyclosporine has also been shown to raise the risk of non-melanoma skin cancer six-fold, but only in patients who have previously undergone a type of phototherapy known as PUVA.)"

Psoriasis Costs United States Up to $135 Billion a Year
http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/837741
JUST in the US people are paying $50 Billion on psoriasis treatments. Worldwide? I'm not paying $5,000 for detailed research reports, but I feel very comfortable saying $100 Billion worldwide is spent on psoriasis. How much of that $100 Billion will OWCP get?
Remember the "gold standard" psoriasis treatments I mentioned above? Did you know there are already a few CBD creams on the market for other ailments? Guess what the "side effects" are for those existing CBD-based creams? Sleepiness. Period. Yup. When my mother-in-law uses too much of her rheumatoid arthritis CBD cream she feels like taking a nap.
Did you know there already are psoriasis user groups following OWCP on Twitter, with thousands of followers, just waiting to hear when OWCP can start selling the psoriasis cream?
Set aside everything else OWCP has going for it, just focus on the psoriasis cream alone, and by that single yardstick OWCP is still very undervalued.
I'm not planning to sell any of my shares until 2018. Before I consider selling I have to know:
1. how many different topic creams will $OWCP be selling in 2017 and beyond;
2. how many consulting contracts have been signed and what are the terms;
3. how many licensing agreements have been made with respect to the patent-protected delivery systems - topical cream and sublingual tablet;
4. how much interest has been showing in the nasal spray and other delivery systems;
5. what is the roadmap for FDA approval for multiple myeloma;
6. what is the roadmap for FDA approval for PTSD; and
7. what is the roadmap for FDA approval for migraines.
Too many unknown factors for me to say what a fair selling price would be. It would be tempting for me to sell a very small portion if the stock hits $20-$25. There is just so much upside for this company.
my bad, i was glancing at this: https://www.whois.net/
what do you use for registration lookups?
Good luck to you to my friend!
Yeah, I swear when I saw the $OWCP ticker I had this weird deja vu sensation. I've broken so many of my trading rules with this one. Rule number 1: always lock in profits. Threw that out the window! I haven't sold a single share of this baby.
The stars are truly aligned for this ticker. Never seen anything like it. For those with the resolve, this stock is a life changer.
Oh darn, I've been taking profits on this baby and now I have a meager holding. Looks like this thing is gonna pop tomorrow! Go $ZYNE!
Don't feel bad. People have been telling me about this one for weeks and I've been too busy doing DD on other holdings. I'll load up if there are any dips tomorrow and next week.
Yeah, my chart guy says with news it will go to $7 so I fully expect it to be in the $7-$15 range when efficacy results drop. But I'm eyeing 2018.
I've heard rumblings that the FDA clinical trial system will be revamped. That will be huge for $OWCP. BioTech is THE sector to beat the S&P 500 in 2017 and MMJ is THE sector that will lead all others IMHO.
insiderfinancial.com Interesting website. Registered in Panama so info is hidden.
https://www.insiderfinancial.com/sector-watch/ These guys cover a bunch of MMJ stocks and other in the news companies like Apple.
They have a bunch of writers, this isn't the website of "1 wealthy guy".
https://www.insiderfinancial.com/writing-staff/
Take everything you read on the internet with a grain of salt of course. But I've been saying we are witnessing a Sector Rotation into MMJ and it's not surprising most coverage comes from small outfits.
If the cannabis caucus has it's way, future cannabis articles will be coming from Fortune and the WSJ.
Remember, it's always better to be ahead of the curve!
In honor of $OWCP being comfortably in Dollarville and in honor of Camelot's relentless fighting spirit I'm going to go put on 300.
The scenes in 300 after the big battles remind me of being on this Board after the market closes. The battle scenes remind me of this Board during market hours!!!

Psoriasis Costs United States Up to $135 Billion a Year JUST the US. Worldwide? I'm not paying $5,000 for detailed research reports, but I feel very comfortable saying $200 Billion worldwide is spent on psoriasis. Easy. OWCP needs half of 1% of that to get $1 Billion in sales. Assume a low P/E of 10. Boom! Mind blown!

Interesting, I'll try to see if I can short on any of my 3 different trading accounts tomorrow.
What I recall from my series 7 exam is that OTC shorts have to be covered in 1 day, I think. But that was like 3 lifetimes ago. I have that and a whole bunch of useless knowledge about bond yields in my brain. : )
CLARIFICATION: I'M not attempting or planning to short OWCP! I don't like the idea of short stocks in general (dumb, I know, but I just don't). I'm just going to see if it possible for me to do so. I'm assume it is so I'll investigate the mechanics of if.
Pssst... can you spot the undervalued MMJ company?
Ticker Last Price Shares Out Market Cap
ZYNE $22.100 13,000,000 $287,300,000
CARA $14.550 27,000,000 $392,850,000

NMUS $0.406 22,000,000 $8,932,000
I don't short stocks so I'm the wrong person to ask. : (
But as far as I remember OTC shorts have to be covered in 1 day.
I've heard OTC Shorts isn't accurate.
