I'm new to OTC stock investing, so here's a question for the long term pros.

What are the pros and cons of a reverse split for an OTCQB company like $PMCB?

CLAIRY: I know what it means technically, I guess I'm asking what people have witnessed with respect to other OTC stocks they were holding in the past that did a reverse split. TIA!
